汽車空(kong)調(diao)系統有兩個主要的空(kong)調(diao)管(guan),一根是(shi)從(cong)蒸(zheng)發器到(dao)(dao)壓(ya)縮機(ji)的低(di)壓(ya)管(guan),另外一根是(shi)從(cong)冷(leng)凝器到(dao)(dao)蒸(zheng)發器的高(gao)壓(ya)管(guan)。包(bao)裹(guo)這(zhe)兩根空(kong)調(diao)管(guan)可(ke)以提(ti)高(gao)空(kong)調(diao)系統的制冷(leng)性能嗎?答案是(shi)肯(ken)定的,但是(shi)包(bao)裹(guo)的方(fang)法(fa)和位置是(shi)很(hen)有講(jiang)究。如果包(bao)裹(guo)不當,可(ke)能會起(qi)到(dao)(dao)相反(fan)的效果。
汽(qi)車空調原理:壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)縮(suo)機(ji)往(wang)往(wang)是安裝在(zai)發(fa)動(dong)(dong)機(ji)上,并(bing)用(yong)皮帶驅動(dong)(dong)(也有直接驅動(dong)(dong)的(de)(de)(de)),冷(leng)(leng)凝器(qi)(qi)(qi)安裝在(zai)汽(qi)車散熱器(qi)(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)(de)前方(fang),而蒸(zheng)(zheng)(zheng)發(fa)器(qi)(qi)(qi)在(zai)車里面,工作時(shi)從(cong)蒸(zheng)(zheng)(zheng)發(fa)器(qi)(qi)(qi)出來的(de)(de)(de)低(di)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)氣(qi)(qi)態致(zhi)冷(leng)(leng)劑(ji)流(liu)(liu)經(jing)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)縮(suo)機(ji)變(bian)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)高壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)高溫氣(qi)(qi)體(ti),經(jing)過(guo)冷(leng)(leng)凝器(qi)(qi)(qi)散熱管降溫冷(leng)(leng)卻變(bian)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)高壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)低(di)溫的(de)(de)(de)液體(ti),再經(jing)過(guo)貯(zhu)液干燥器(qi)(qi)(qi)除濕與緩沖,然后(hou)以較穩定(ding)的(de)(de)(de)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)力和流(liu)(liu)量流(liu)(liu)向膨(peng)脹閥,經(jing)節流(liu)(liu)和降壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)最(zui)后(hou)流(liu)(liu)向蒸(zheng)(zheng)(zheng)發(fa)器(qi)(qi)(qi)。致(zhi)冷(leng)(leng)劑(ji)一遇(yu)低(di)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)環境即(ji)蒸(zheng)(zheng)(zheng)發(fa),吸收大量熱能。車廂內(nei)的(de)(de)(de)空氣(qi)(qi)不(bu)斷流(liu)(liu)經(jing)蒸(zheng)(zheng)(zheng)發(fa)器(qi)(qi)(qi),車廂內(nei)溫度(du)也就因此降低(di)。液態致(zhi)冷(leng)(leng)劑(ji)流(liu)(liu)經(jing)蒸(zheng)(zheng)(zheng)發(fa)器(qi)(qi)(qi)后(hou)再次(ci)變(bian)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)低(di)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)氣(qi)(qi)體(ti),又重新(xin)被吸入(ru)(ru)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)縮(suo)機(ji)進行下(xia)一次(ci)的(de)(de)(de)循環工作。在(zai)整個系統中,膨(peng)脹閥是控制(zhi)致(zhi)冷(leng)(leng)劑(ji)進入(ru)(ru)蒸(zheng)(zheng)(zheng)發(fa)器(qi)(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)(de)機(ji)關,致(zhi)冷(leng)(leng)劑(ji)進入(ru)(ru)蒸(zheng)(zheng)(zheng)發(fa)器(qi)(qi)(qi)太多就不(bu)易蒸(zheng)(zheng)(zheng)發(fa)而太少冷(leng)(leng)氣(qi)(qi)又會不(bu)夠,因此膨(peng)脹閥是調節中樞。而壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)縮(suo)機(ji)是系統的(de)(de)(de)心臟,系統循環的(de)(de)(de)動(dong)(dong)力源泉。
