汽車(che)空(kong)(kong)調系統有兩(liang)個主要的空(kong)(kong)調管,一根(gen)是(shi)從(cong)蒸發器到(dao)壓縮機的低(di)壓管,另外一根(gen)是(shi)從(cong)冷凝器到(dao)蒸發器的高(gao)(gao)壓管。包裹這兩(liang)根(gen)空(kong)(kong)調管可(ke)(ke)以提高(gao)(gao)空(kong)(kong)調系統的制冷性能(neng)嗎?答案是(shi)肯定的,但是(shi)包裹的方法和位置(zhi)是(shi)很有講(jiang)究。如果包裹不(bu)當,可(ke)(ke)能(neng)會起到(dao)相反的效(xiao)果。
汽車空(kong)(kong)調原理:壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)縮機(ji)(ji)(ji)往往是(shi)(shi)(shi)安裝(zhuang)在(zai)(zai)發(fa)(fa)動機(ji)(ji)(ji)上,并用皮帶(dai)驅(qu)動(也有直接驅(qu)動的(de)(de)(de)),冷(leng)凝(ning)器(qi)(qi)安裝(zhuang)在(zai)(zai)汽車散(san)熱器(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)(de)前方,而(er)蒸(zheng)(zheng)(zheng)發(fa)(fa)器(qi)(qi)在(zai)(zai)車里(li)面(mian),工(gong)作時從蒸(zheng)(zheng)(zheng)發(fa)(fa)器(qi)(qi)出來的(de)(de)(de)低(di)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)氣態致(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)冷(leng)劑(ji)(ji)流經(jing)(jing)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)縮機(ji)(ji)(ji)變成高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)高(gao)(gao)溫(wen)氣體(ti),經(jing)(jing)過冷(leng)凝(ning)器(qi)(qi)散(san)熱管降(jiang)(jiang)溫(wen)冷(leng)卻變成高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)低(di)溫(wen)的(de)(de)(de)液(ye)(ye)體(ti),再(zai)經(jing)(jing)過貯液(ye)(ye)干燥器(qi)(qi)除濕與緩沖,然后(hou)以較穩(wen)定的(de)(de)(de)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)和(he)流量流向(xiang)膨脹(zhang)(zhang)閥(fa)(fa),經(jing)(jing)節流和(he)降(jiang)(jiang)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)最后(hou)流向(xiang)蒸(zheng)(zheng)(zheng)發(fa)(fa)器(qi)(qi)。致(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)冷(leng)劑(ji)(ji)一遇低(di)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)環(huan)境(jing)即蒸(zheng)(zheng)(zheng)發(fa)(fa),吸收(shou)大量熱能。車廂內的(de)(de)(de)空(kong)(kong)氣不斷流經(jing)(jing)蒸(zheng)(zheng)(zheng)發(fa)(fa)器(qi)(qi),車廂內溫(wen)度也就因(yin)此降(jiang)(jiang)低(di)。液(ye)(ye)態致(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)冷(leng)劑(ji)(ji)流經(jing)(jing)蒸(zheng)(zheng)(zheng)發(fa)(fa)器(qi)(qi)后(hou)再(zai)次(ci)變成低(di)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)氣體(ti),又重新被吸入壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)縮機(ji)(ji)(ji)進行(xing)下一次(ci)的(de)(de)(de)循環(huan)工(gong)作。在(zai)(zai)整個系統(tong)中,膨脹(zhang)(zhang)閥(fa)(fa)是(shi)(shi)(shi)控(kong)制致(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)冷(leng)劑(ji)(ji)進入蒸(zheng)(zheng)(zheng)發(fa)(fa)器(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)(de)機(ji)(ji)(ji)關,致(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)冷(leng)劑(ji)(ji)進入蒸(zheng)(zheng)(zheng)發(fa)(fa)器(qi)(qi)太(tai)多就不易蒸(zheng)(zheng)(zheng)發(fa)(fa)而(er)太(tai)少冷(leng)氣又會不夠(gou),因(yin)此膨脹(zhang)(zhang)閥(fa)(fa)是(shi)(shi)(shi)調節中樞(shu)。而(er)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)縮機(ji)(ji)(ji)是(shi)(shi)(shi)系統(tong)的(de)(de)(de)心臟,系統(tong)循環(huan)的(de)(de)(de)動力(li)(li)源泉。
