汽(qi)(qi)車(che)的供電(dian)(dian)(dian)系統是由汽(qi)(qi)車(che)蓄電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)和(he)發電(dian)(dian)(dian)機(ji)組成,發電(dian)(dian)(dian)機(ji)負(fu)責(ze)(ze)對電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)進行充電(dian)(dian)(dian),使電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)長期保持(chi)在足(zu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)狀態。電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)和(he)發電(dian)(dian)(dian)機(ji)負(fu)責(ze)(ze)對全車(che)的電(dian)(dian)(dian)器進行供電(dian)(dian)(dian)。
電壓調節器的作用:在發電機轉速變化時,自動控制發電機電壓,使其保持恒定,防止發電機電壓過高而燒壞用電設備和導致蓄電池過量充電,同時也防止發電機電壓過低而導致用電設備工作失常和蓄電池充電不足。
電壓調節器的工作原理:由于發電機與發動機的傳動比固定,所以發電機的轉速將隨發動機轉速的變化而變化。汽車在運行過程中,發動機轉速變化范圍很大,發電機的端電壓也將隨發動機的轉速變化而在很大范圍內變化。發電機對用電設備供電和向蓄電池充電,都要求其電壓穩定,所以為使電壓始終保持在某一數值基本不變,就必須對發電機的輸出電壓進行調節。
發(fa)(fa)(fa)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)機(ji)(ji)調(diao)(diao)節器的主要作用是為了控制發(fa)(fa)(fa)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)機(ji)(ji)輸出電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)在(zai)額定值(zhi)內,由于發(fa)(fa)(fa)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)機(ji)(ji)與發(fa)(fa)(fa)動(dong)(dong)機(ji)(ji)的傳動(dong)(dong)比是固定的,所以發(fa)(fa)(fa)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)機(ji)(ji)的轉(zhuan)速將隨發(fa)(fa)(fa)動(dong)(dong)機(ji)(ji)轉(zhuan)速的變化(hua)而變化(hua)。汽車在(zai)運行過程中發(fa)(fa)(fa)動(dong)(dong)機(ji)(ji)轉(zhuan)速變化(hua)范圍很(hen)大,發(fa)(fa)(fa)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)機(ji)(ji)的端電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)也將隨發(fa)(fa)(fa)動(dong)(dong)機(ji)(ji)的轉(zhuan)速變化(hua)而在(zai)很(hen)大范圍內變化(hua)。發(fa)(fa)(fa)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)機(ji)(ji)對用電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)設備供(gong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)和(he)向蓄電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)充電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian),都要求其電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)穩定,為了使電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)始終保持在(zai)某一數值(zhi)基本不變,就必須(xu)對發(fa)(fa)(fa)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)機(ji)(ji)的輸出電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)進行調(diao)(diao)節。
