汽車空(kong)(kong)調(diao)(diao)系統有(you)(you)兩(liang)(liang)個主(zhu)要的(de)(de)(de)空(kong)(kong)調(diao)(diao)管(guan),一(yi)根(gen)是從蒸發器到壓(ya)縮機的(de)(de)(de)低(di)壓(ya)管(guan),另外一(yi)根(gen)是從冷(leng)凝器到蒸發器的(de)(de)(de)高壓(ya)管(guan)。包裹(guo)這兩(liang)(liang)根(gen)空(kong)(kong)調(diao)(diao)管(guan)可(ke)以提高空(kong)(kong)調(diao)(diao)系統的(de)(de)(de)制(zhi)冷(leng)性能嗎?答(da)案是肯(ken)定的(de)(de)(de),但(dan)是包裹(guo)的(de)(de)(de)方(fang)法和位置(zhi)是很有(you)(you)講究。如果(guo)包裹(guo)不當,可(ke)能會(hui)起到相反(fan)的(de)(de)(de)效果(guo)。
汽車(che)(che)空調原理:壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)縮機(ji)(ji)往(wang)往(wang)是(shi)(shi)安裝(zhuang)(zhuang)在(zai)發(fa)動(dong)機(ji)(ji)上,并用皮(pi)帶(dai)驅動(dong)(也有直接驅動(dong)的(de)(de)),冷(leng)(leng)(leng)凝(ning)器(qi)(qi)(qi)安裝(zhuang)(zhuang)在(zai)汽車(che)(che)散(san)熱(re)(re)器(qi)(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)前方(fang),而(er)蒸(zheng)(zheng)(zheng)發(fa)器(qi)(qi)(qi)在(zai)車(che)(che)里面,工作時從(cong)蒸(zheng)(zheng)(zheng)發(fa)器(qi)(qi)(qi)出(chu)來的(de)(de)低(di)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)氣態致(zhi)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)劑(ji)流(liu)(liu)經(jing)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)縮機(ji)(ji)變成(cheng)高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)高(gao)溫(wen)(wen)氣體,經(jing)過冷(leng)(leng)(leng)凝(ning)器(qi)(qi)(qi)散(san)熱(re)(re)管(guan)降溫(wen)(wen)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)卻變成(cheng)高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)低(di)溫(wen)(wen)的(de)(de)液體,再經(jing)過貯液干燥器(qi)(qi)(qi)除濕與緩沖,然后(hou)以較穩(wen)定的(de)(de)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)力和流(liu)(liu)量(liang)流(liu)(liu)向膨脹閥(fa),經(jing)節流(liu)(liu)和降壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)最后(hou)流(liu)(liu)向蒸(zheng)(zheng)(zheng)發(fa)器(qi)(qi)(qi)。致(zhi)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)劑(ji)一遇低(di)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)環(huan)境即(ji)蒸(zheng)(zheng)(zheng)發(fa),吸(xi)收大量(liang)熱(re)(re)能。車(che)(che)廂內的(de)(de)空氣不(bu)斷流(liu)(liu)經(jing)蒸(zheng)(zheng)(zheng)發(fa)器(qi)(qi)(qi),車(che)(che)廂內溫(wen)(wen)度也就因(yin)此(ci)降低(di)。液態致(zhi)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)劑(ji)流(liu)(liu)經(jing)蒸(zheng)(zheng)(zheng)發(fa)器(qi)(qi)(qi)后(hou)再次(ci)變成(cheng)低(di)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)氣體,又重新被吸(xi)入壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)縮機(ji)(ji)進行(xing)下一次(ci)的(de)(de)循環(huan)工作。在(zai)整個系(xi)統中(zhong),膨脹閥(fa)是(shi)(shi)控制致(zhi)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)劑(ji)進入蒸(zheng)(zheng)(zheng)發(fa)器(qi)(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)機(ji)(ji)關,致(zhi)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)劑(ji)進入蒸(zheng)(zheng)(zheng)發(fa)器(qi)(qi)(qi)太多就不(bu)易(yi)蒸(zheng)(zheng)(zheng)發(fa)而(er)太少冷(leng)(leng)(leng)氣又會不(bu)夠,因(yin)此(ci)膨脹閥(fa)是(shi)(shi)調節中(zhong)樞。而(er)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)縮機(ji)(ji)是(shi)(shi)系(xi)統的(de)(de)心(xin)臟,系(xi)統循環(huan)的(de)(de)動(dong)力源泉。
