轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)向(xiang)(xiang)機(ji)總成即轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)向(xiang)(xiang)器(qi)(qi)(qi),又(you)名轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)向(xiang)(xiang)機(ji)、方(fang)向(xiang)(xiang)機(ji),它是(shi)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)向(xiang)(xiang)系中(zhong)最重要(yao)的(de)部件。它的(de)作用是(shi):增大轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)向(xiang)(xiang)盤傳到轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)向(xiang)(xiang)傳動(dong)機(ji)構的(de)力(li)和(he)改變(bian)力(li)的(de)傳遞方(fang)向(xiang)(xiang)。轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)向(xiang)(xiang)器(qi)(qi)(qi)的(de)操縱是(shi)全液(ye)壓(ya)式(shi)(shi),也(ye)就是(shi)說在轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)向(xiang)(xiang)柱和(he)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)向(xiang)(xiang)輪之間(jian)沒(mei)有(you)(you)機(ji)械連接,在轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)向(xiang)(xiang)器(qi)(qi)(qi)與轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)向(xiang)(xiang)油(you)缸之間(jian)是(shi)液(ye)壓(ya)管或軟管鏈(lian)接。當轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)動(dong)方(fang)向(xiang)(xiang)盤,轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)向(xiang)(xiang)器(qi)(qi)(qi)根(gen)據方(fang)向(xiang)(xiang)盤轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)動(dong)比例輸送相對的(de)油(you)量,該(gai)油(you)量直接流到操縱缸相應一(yi)側(ce),同時另一(yi)側(ce)的(de)油(you)量回到油(you)箱。轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)向(xiang)(xiang)器(qi)(qi)(qi)按結構形式(shi)(shi)可(ke)分(fen)(fen)為(wei):有(you)(you)齒輪齒條(tiao)式(shi)(shi)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)向(xiang)(xiang)器(qi)(qi)(qi)、蝸(gua)桿曲(qu)柄指(zhi)(zhi)銷(xiao)式(shi)(shi)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)向(xiang)(xiang)器(qi)(qi)(qi)、循環(huan)球(qiu)-齒條(tiao)齒扇(shan)式(shi)(shi)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)向(xiang)(xiang)器(qi)(qi)(qi)、循環(huan)球(qiu)曲(qu)柄指(zhi)(zhi)銷(xiao)式(shi)(shi)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)向(xiang)(xiang)器(qi)(qi)(qi)、蝸(gua)桿滾輪式(shi)(shi)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)向(xiang)(xiang)器(qi)(qi)(qi)等。按照助力(li)形式(shi)(shi)又(you)可(ke)以分(fen)(fen):為(wei)機(ji)械式(shi)(shi)(無助力(li))轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)向(xiang)(xiang)器(qi)(qi)(qi),和(he)動(dong)力(li)式(shi)(shi)(有(you)(you)助力(li))轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)向(xiang)(xiang)器(qi)(qi)(qi)兩種,其(qi)中(zhong)動(dong)力(li)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)向(xiang)(xiang)器(qi)(qi)(qi)又(you)可(ke)以分(fen)(fen)為(wei)氣壓(ya)動(dong)力(li)式(shi)(shi)、液(ye)壓(ya)動(dong)力(li)式(shi)(shi)、電動(dong)助力(li)式(shi)(shi)、電液(ye)助力(li)式(shi)(shi)等種類。
第一(yi)步(bu):我們拿到(dao)方向(xiang)機(ji)以后居中(zhong)方向(xiang)機(ji),怎(zen)么(me)居中(zhong)呢,把方向(xiang)機(ji)轉到(dao)任何一(yi)側的盡頭,就(jiu)是(shi)打死方向(xiang)機(ji),做好一(yi)個幾號(hao),一(yi)圈圈的打到(dao)另外(wai)一(yi)側,數下有幾圈,如果是(shi)3圈,左右2變就(jiu)是(shi)哥1.5圈,這樣就(jiu)很好居中(zhong)了
第二步:把方向機固定(ding)到車(che)的(de)底(di)盤(pan)安(an)裝(zhuang)位(wei)并(bing)(bing)固定(ding)好(hao)螺(luo)(luo)絲,根(gen)據左右(you)2邊的(de)制動轂(就是安(an)裝(zhuang)輪胎(tai)的(de)那(nei)個東西(xi)),調整(zheng)好(hao)方向機外(wai)球頭(tou)(tou)的(de)大致(zhi)位(wei)置,內球頭(tou)(tou)擰(ning)進到外(wai)球頭(tou)(tou)深度到正常位(wei)置左右(you),并(bing)(bing)保(bao)持(chi)2邊的(de)螺(luo)(luo)絲牙(ya)深度保(bao)持(chi)一(yi)致(zhi),并(bing)(bing)固定(ding)到剎車(che)盤(pan)下(xia)(xia)面的(de)下(xia)(xia)球頭(tou)(tou)上鎖(suo)緊螺(luo)(luo)絲。
第三步:安(an)裝(zhuang)好2側輪(lun)胎,用卷尺,測量好2個前輪(lun)前面部(bu)位和(he)后面的2側輪(lun)胎的距(ju)離保持(chi)一(yi)致(zhi),(看下(xia)面的圖片)
第四步:確定好方(fang)向盤居(ju)中的位置(zhi),套上十字節,鎖緊(jin)螺(luo)絲。
第(di)五步:在路上跑一圈,確定下十字節的位(wei)置,如果有偏差,在做(zuo)簡單調整,直到基本居中為止(zhi),如果你是車主,看到這(zhe)里,一定叫修理(li)廠調整到位(wei),修理(li)工(gong)嫌(xian)麻煩,你不能嫌(xian)麻煩,因為最后一步四輪定位(wei)只能做(zuo)簡單的前(qian)速的調整。
第(di)六步,找個(ge)專(zhuan)業店子,四輪定位。
