轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)機(ji)總成即轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)器(qi)(qi),又(you)名轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)機(ji)、方向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)機(ji),它是(shi)(shi)(shi)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)系中(zhong)最(zui)重要的(de)(de)(de)部件。它的(de)(de)(de)作用(yong)是(shi)(shi)(shi):增大(da)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)盤(pan)傳到(dao)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)傳動(dong)(dong)機(ji)構的(de)(de)(de)力(li)(li)和(he)改變力(li)(li)的(de)(de)(de)傳遞方向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)。轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)器(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)(de)操縱(zong)(zong)是(shi)(shi)(shi)全(quan)液(ye)(ye)壓式(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi),也就是(shi)(shi)(shi)說在轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)柱和(he)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)輪(lun)之間沒有機(ji)械連(lian)接(jie),在轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)器(qi)(qi)與轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)油(you)(you)缸之間是(shi)(shi)(shi)液(ye)(ye)壓管或軟管鏈接(jie)。當(dang)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)動(dong)(dong)方向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)盤(pan),轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)器(qi)(qi)根據方向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)盤(pan)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)動(dong)(dong)比例輸(shu)送相(xiang)對的(de)(de)(de)油(you)(you)量,該油(you)(you)量直接(jie)流到(dao)操縱(zong)(zong)缸相(xiang)應一(yi)側,同時另(ling)一(yi)側的(de)(de)(de)油(you)(you)量回(hui)到(dao)油(you)(you)箱(xiang)。轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)器(qi)(qi)按結構形(xing)式(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)可分為(wei):有齒(chi)輪(lun)齒(chi)條(tiao)式(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)器(qi)(qi)、蝸桿曲柄(bing)指銷(xiao)式(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)器(qi)(qi)、循(xun)環球-齒(chi)條(tiao)齒(chi)扇式(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)器(qi)(qi)、循(xun)環球曲柄(bing)指銷(xiao)式(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)器(qi)(qi)、蝸桿滾輪(lun)式(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)器(qi)(qi)等。按照助力(li)(li)形(xing)式(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)又(you)可以分:為(wei)機(ji)械式(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(無助力(li)(li))轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)器(qi)(qi),和(he)動(dong)(dong)力(li)(li)式(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(有助力(li)(li))轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)器(qi)(qi)兩種(zhong),其中(zhong)動(dong)(dong)力(li)(li)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)器(qi)(qi)又(you)可以分為(wei)氣壓動(dong)(dong)力(li)(li)式(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)、液(ye)(ye)壓動(dong)(dong)力(li)(li)式(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)、電(dian)動(dong)(dong)助力(li)(li)式(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)、電(dian)液(ye)(ye)助力(li)(li)式(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)等種(zhong)類。
第一(yi)(yi)步:我們拿到(dao)方向(xiang)機以后(hou)居(ju)中(zhong)方向(xiang)機,怎么(me)居(ju)中(zhong)呢,把方向(xiang)機轉到(dao)任何(he)一(yi)(yi)側的盡頭(tou),就(jiu)是打死方向(xiang)機,做好(hao)一(yi)(yi)個幾(ji)(ji)號(hao),一(yi)(yi)圈(quan)(quan)圈(quan)(quan)的打到(dao)另外一(yi)(yi)側,數下有幾(ji)(ji)圈(quan)(quan),如果是3圈(quan)(quan),左右2變就(jiu)是哥(ge)1.5圈(quan)(quan),這樣就(jiu)很(hen)好(hao)居(ju)中(zhong)了(le)
第二步:把方向(xiang)機(ji)固(gu)定(ding)到車的(de)底(di)盤安裝(zhuang)(zhuang)位并(bing)固(gu)定(ding)好(hao)螺(luo)絲,根據左(zuo)右2邊(bian)的(de)制(zhi)動轂(就(jiu)是安裝(zhuang)(zhuang)輪胎的(de)那(nei)個東西),調整好(hao)方向(xiang)機(ji)外(wai)球(qiu)頭(tou)的(de)大(da)致位置(zhi),內球(qiu)頭(tou)擰(ning)進到外(wai)球(qiu)頭(tou)深度到正常位置(zhi)左(zuo)右,并(bing)保持2邊(bian)的(de)螺(luo)絲牙深度保持一致,并(bing)固(gu)定(ding)到剎車盤下(xia)面的(de)下(xia)球(qiu)頭(tou)上鎖緊螺(luo)絲。
第三步(bu):安裝好2側輪胎,用(yong)卷尺,測量好2個(ge)前(qian)輪前(qian)面部位和后面的2側輪胎的距離(li)保持一致(zhi),(看下面的圖片)
第(di)四步:確(que)定好方向盤居(ju)中的位置,套(tao)上十字節,鎖(suo)緊螺絲(si)。
第(di)五步(bu):在路上跑一(yi)(yi)圈,確定下十(shi)字節的(de)位置,如果有偏差,在做(zuo)簡(jian)單(dan)調(diao)整(zheng)(zheng),直到(dao)基本居中為止,如果你(ni)是車主,看到(dao)這里,一(yi)(yi)定叫修理(li)廠調(diao)整(zheng)(zheng)到(dao)位,修理(li)工嫌(xian)麻(ma)煩(fan),你(ni)不能嫌(xian)麻(ma)煩(fan),因為最(zui)后一(yi)(yi)步(bu)四(si)輪定位只能做(zuo)簡(jian)單(dan)的(de)前速的(de)調(diao)整(zheng)(zheng)。
第六步,找個專業(ye)店子(zi),四(si)輪定(ding)位(wei)。
