汽(qi)車(che)(che)空(kong)調(diao)原理:壓(ya)(ya)縮(suo)(suo)機(ji)往往是(shi)(shi)安裝在(zai)發動(dong)機(ji)上,并用皮(pi)帶驅(qu)動(dong)(也(ye)有直接驅(qu)動(dong)的(de)(de)),冷(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)凝器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)安裝在(zai)汽(qi)車(che)(che)散熱(re)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)前方,而(er)蒸(zheng)(zheng)(zheng)發器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)在(zai)車(che)(che)里面,工(gong)作(zuo)時從蒸(zheng)(zheng)(zheng)發器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)出來的(de)(de)低(di)壓(ya)(ya)氣(qi)態致(zhi)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)劑(ji)流經(jing)(jing)壓(ya)(ya)縮(suo)(suo)機(ji)變(bian)(bian)成(cheng)(cheng)高壓(ya)(ya)高溫(wen)氣(qi)體,經(jing)(jing)過冷(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)凝器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)散熱(re)管降溫(wen)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)卻變(bian)(bian)成(cheng)(cheng)高壓(ya)(ya)低(di)溫(wen)的(de)(de)液體,再經(jing)(jing)過貯(zhu)液干燥器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)除濕與緩沖,然后(hou)以較穩(wen)定(ding)的(de)(de)壓(ya)(ya)力和(he)流量流向(xiang)膨脹(zhang)閥,經(jing)(jing)節流和(he)降壓(ya)(ya)最(zui)后(hou)流向(xiang)蒸(zheng)(zheng)(zheng)發器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)。致(zhi)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)劑(ji)一遇(yu)低(di)壓(ya)(ya)環境即蒸(zheng)(zheng)(zheng)發,吸收大量熱(re)能。車(che)(che)廂內的(de)(de)空(kong)氣(qi)不斷流經(jing)(jing)蒸(zheng)(zheng)(zheng)發器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi),車(che)(che)廂內溫(wen)度也(ye)就因此降低(di)。液態致(zhi)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)劑(ji)流經(jing)(jing)蒸(zheng)(zheng)(zheng)發器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)后(hou)再次(ci)變(bian)(bian)成(cheng)(cheng)低(di)壓(ya)(ya)氣(qi)體,又(you)重(zhong)新被吸入壓(ya)(ya)縮(suo)(suo)機(ji)進(jin)行下一次(ci)的(de)(de)循環工(gong)作(zuo)。在(zai)整(zheng)個系(xi)統(tong)(tong)中,膨脹(zhang)閥是(shi)(shi)控(kong)制致(zhi)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)劑(ji)進(jin)入蒸(zheng)(zheng)(zheng)發器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)機(ji)關,致(zhi)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)劑(ji)進(jin)入蒸(zheng)(zheng)(zheng)發器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)太多(duo)就不易(yi)蒸(zheng)(zheng)(zheng)發而(er)太少冷(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)氣(qi)又(you)會(hui)不夠,因此膨脹(zhang)閥是(shi)(shi)調(diao)節中樞。而(er)壓(ya)(ya)縮(suo)(suo)機(ji)是(shi)(shi)系(xi)統(tong)(tong)的(de)(de)心臟,系(xi)統(tong)(tong)循環的(de)(de)動(dong)力源泉(quan)。
