汽車空(kong)調系(xi)統有兩個主(zhu)要(yao)的(de)(de)空(kong)調管(guan),一(yi)根是從(cong)蒸發器到(dao)壓(ya)縮機的(de)(de)低壓(ya)管(guan),另外一(yi)根是從(cong)冷凝(ning)器到(dao)蒸發器的(de)(de)高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)管(guan)。包(bao)(bao)裹這兩根空(kong)調管(guan)可以提高(gao)(gao)空(kong)調系(xi)統的(de)(de)制冷性能(neng)嗎?答案是肯定的(de)(de),但是包(bao)(bao)裹的(de)(de)方法和位置(zhi)是很有講究。如果(guo)(guo)包(bao)(bao)裹不當,可能(neng)會起到(dao)相(xiang)反的(de)(de)效果(guo)(guo)。
汽車空調原理:壓(ya)(ya)(ya)縮(suo)機往往是(shi)(shi)安裝在發(fa)(fa)動機上,并用皮(pi)帶驅(qu)動(也有直(zhi)接驅(qu)動的),冷(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)凝(ning)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)安裝在汽車散熱(re)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)的前(qian)方,而蒸(zheng)(zheng)發(fa)(fa)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)在車里面,工作(zuo)時從蒸(zheng)(zheng)發(fa)(fa)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)出(chu)來(lai)的低壓(ya)(ya)(ya)氣(qi)(qi)態致(zhi)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)劑流(liu)經(jing)(jing)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)縮(suo)機變(bian)成高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)高(gao)溫氣(qi)(qi)體,經(jing)(jing)過冷(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)凝(ning)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)散熱(re)管降(jiang)溫冷(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)卻變(bian)成高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)低溫的液(ye)體,再(zai)經(jing)(jing)過貯液(ye)干燥(zao)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)除濕與緩(huan)沖,然后(hou)以(yi)較穩(wen)定(ding)的壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力和流(liu)量流(liu)向膨脹(zhang)閥(fa),經(jing)(jing)節(jie)流(liu)和降(jiang)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)最(zui)后(hou)流(liu)向蒸(zheng)(zheng)發(fa)(fa)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)。致(zhi)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)劑一(yi)遇低壓(ya)(ya)(ya)環境即蒸(zheng)(zheng)發(fa)(fa),吸(xi)收大量熱(re)能。車廂(xiang)內(nei)的空氣(qi)(qi)不斷流(liu)經(jing)(jing)蒸(zheng)(zheng)發(fa)(fa)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi),車廂(xiang)內(nei)溫度也就因此降(jiang)低。液(ye)態致(zhi)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)劑流(liu)經(jing)(jing)蒸(zheng)(zheng)發(fa)(fa)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)后(hou)再(zai)次變(bian)成低壓(ya)(ya)(ya)氣(qi)(qi)體,又(you)重新被(bei)吸(xi)入壓(ya)(ya)(ya)縮(suo)機進行下一(yi)次的循環工作(zuo)。在整個系(xi)統中(zhong),膨脹(zhang)閥(fa)是(shi)(shi)控制致(zhi)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)劑進入蒸(zheng)(zheng)發(fa)(fa)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)的機關,致(zhi)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)劑進入蒸(zheng)(zheng)發(fa)(fa)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)太多就不易蒸(zheng)(zheng)發(fa)(fa)而太少冷(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)氣(qi)(qi)又(you)會不夠,因此膨脹(zhang)閥(fa)是(shi)(shi)調節(jie)中(zhong)樞。而壓(ya)(ya)(ya)縮(suo)機是(shi)(shi)系(xi)統的心臟,系(xi)統循環的動力源泉。
