1、保(bao)證汽(qi)(qi)(qi)車平穩起(qi)(qi)(qi)步(bu)(bu) 這是(shi)離(li)合(he)(he)器(qi)的(de)首要(yao)功(gong)能(neng)。在(zai)汽(qi)(qi)(qi)車起(qi)(qi)(qi)步(bu)(bu)前,自然要(yao)先起(qi)(qi)(qi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)發動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)機(ji)(ji)(ji)。而(er)(er)汽(qi)(qi)(qi)車起(qi)(qi)(qi)步(bu)(bu)時(shi)(shi),汽(qi)(qi)(qi)車是(shi)從(cong)完全靜止的(de)狀態逐步(bu)(bu)加(jia)速(su)(su)的(de)。如果傳(chuan)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)系(xi)(它(ta)聯(lian)系(xi)著整(zheng)個汽(qi)(qi)(qi)車)與發動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)機(ji)(ji)(ji)剛性(xing)地聯(lian)系(xi),則變速(su)(su)器(qi)一(yi)掛上(shang)檔,汽(qi)(qi)(qi)車將突然向前沖一(yi)下(xia)(xia),但并不(bu)能(neng)起(qi)(qi)(qi)步(bu)(bu)。這是(shi)因為汽(qi)(qi)(qi)車從(cong)靜止到前沖時(shi)(shi),產生很大(da)(da)慣(guan)性(xing)力(li)(li),對發動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)機(ji)(ji)(ji)造成(cheng)很大(da)(da)地阻力(li)(li)矩(ju)。在(zai)這慣(guan)性(xing)阻力(li)(li)矩(ju)作(zuo)用下(xia)(xia),發動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)機(ji)(ji)(ji)在(zai)瞬時(shi)(shi)間轉速(su)(su)急劇(ju)下(xia)(xia)降到最低穩定轉速(su)(su)(一(yi)般300-500RPM)以下(xia)(xia),發動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)機(ji)(ji)(ji)即熄(xi)火(huo)而(er)(er)不(bu)能(neng)工作(zuo),當然汽(qi)(qi)(qi)車也不(bu)能(neng)起(qi)(qi)(qi)步(bu)(bu)。 因此,我(wo)們就需(xu)要(yao)離(li)合(he)(he)器(qi)的(de)幫助(zhu)了。在(zai)發動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)機(ji)(ji)(ji)起(qi)(qi)(qi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)后(hou),汽(qi)(qi)(qi)車起(qi)(qi)(qi)步(bu)(bu)之前,駕駛員先踩(cai)下(xia)(xia)離(li)合(he)(he)器(qi)踏(ta)板(ban),將離(li)合(he)(he)器(qi)分離(li),使發動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)機(ji)(ji)(ji)和傳(chuan)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)系(xi)脫開,再將變速(su)(su)器(qi)掛上(shang)檔,然后(hou)逐漸(jian)松開離(li)合(he)(he)器(qi)踏(ta)板(ban),使離(li)合(he)(he)器(qi)逐漸(jian)接合(he)(he)。在(zai)接合(he)(he)過程(cheng)(cheng)中,發動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)機(ji)(ji)(ji)所受阻力(li)(li)矩(ju)逐漸(jian)增大(da)(da),故應同(tong)(tong)時(shi)(shi)逐漸(jian)踩(cai)下(xia)(xia)加(jia)速(su)(su)踏(ta)板(ban),即逐步(bu)(bu)增加(jia)對發動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)機(ji)(ji)(ji)的(de)燃(ran)料供給(gei)量,使發動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)機(ji)(ji)(ji)的(de)轉速(su)(su)始(shi)(shi)終(zhong)保(bao)持(chi)在(zai)最低穩定轉速(su)(su)上(shang),而(er)(er)不(bu)致熄(xi)火(huo)。同(tong)(tong)時(shi)(shi),由于離(li)合(he)(he)器(qi)的(de)接合(he)(he)緊密(mi)程(cheng)(cheng)度逐漸(jian)增大(da)(da),發動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)機(ji)(ji)(ji)經傳(chuan)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)系(xi)傳(chuan)給(gei)驅動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)車輪的(de)轉矩(ju)便逐漸(jian)增加(jia),到牽引力(li)(li)足以克服起(qi)(qi)(qi)步(bu)(bu)阻力(li)(li)時(shi)(shi),汽(qi)(qi)(qi)車即從(cong)靜止開始(shi)(shi)運動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)并逐步(bu)(bu)加(jia)速(su)(su)
2、保證傳(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)動(dong)(dong)系換檔(dang)(dang)時(shi)工作平(ping)順(shun) 2:實(shi)(shi)現(xian)平(ping)順(shun)的(de)(de)換檔(dang)(dang) 在汽車行駛過(guo)程中,為(wei)適應不(bu)(bu)斷變化的(de)(de)行駛條件,傳(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)動(dong)(dong)系經常要更換不(bu)(bu)同檔(dang)(dang)位(wei)工作。實(shi)(shi)現(xian)齒(chi)輪式變速(su)器(qi)的(de)(de)換檔(dang)(dang),一般是撥動(dong)(dong)齒(chi)輪或其(qi)他(ta)掛檔(dang)(dang)機(ji)構,使(shi)原用(yong)檔(dang)(dang)位(wei)的(de)(de)某(mou)一齒(chi)輪副(fu)推出傳(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)動(dong)(dong),再使(shi)另一檔(dang)(dang)位(wei)的(de)(de)齒(chi)輪副(fu)進入(ru)工作。在換檔(dang)(dang)前必須踩下離合器(qi)踏(ta)板(ban),中斷動(dong)(dong)力(li)傳(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)動(dong)(dong),便于使(shi)原檔(dang)(dang)位(wei)的(de)(de)嚙(nie)(nie)(nie)合副(fu)脫開,同時(shi)使(shi)新(xin)檔(dang)(dang)位(wei)嚙(nie)(nie)(nie)合副(fu)的(de)(de)嚙(nie)(nie)(nie)合部(bu)位(wei)的(de)(de)速(su)度逐步趨向同步,這(zhe)樣進入(ru)嚙(nie)(nie)(nie)合時(shi)的(de)(de)沖(chong)擊(ji)可以大大的(de)(de)減小,實(shi)(shi)現(xian)平(ping)順(shun)的(de)(de)換檔(dang)(dang)。
3、防止傳動(dong)(dong)(dong)系過(guo)載(zai) 當汽車(che)進(jin)行緊急(ji)制(zhi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)時,若沒有離(li)(li)(li)(li)合(he)(he)(he)器,則發(fa)動(dong)(dong)(dong)機將(jiang)因和(he)傳動(dong)(dong)(dong)系剛性(xing)連接而急(ji)劇降低轉速,因而其中所(suo)有運動(dong)(dong)(dong)件將(jiang)產生(sheng)很大(da)的(de)慣性(xing)力(li)(li)矩(ju)(其數值可(ke)(ke)能大(da)大(da)超過(guo)發(fa)動(dong)(dong)(dong)機正常工作時所(suo)發(fa)出的(de)最大(da)扭距(ju)),對傳動(dong)(dong)(dong)系造成超過(guo)其承(cheng)載(zai)能力(li)(li)的(de)載(zai)荷,而使機件損壞。有了(le)離(li)(li)(li)(li)合(he)(he)(he)器,便可(ke)(ke)以依靠離(li)(li)(li)(li)合(he)(he)(he)器主動(dong)(dong)(dong)部(bu)分和(he)從動(dong)(dong)(dong)部(bu)分之間可(ke)(ke)能產生(sheng)的(de)相對運動(dong)(dong)(dong)以消除這一(yi)危險(xian)。因此(ci),我們需要離(li)(li)(li)(li)合(he)(he)(he)器來限(xian)制(zhi)傳動(dong)(dong)(dong)系所(suo)承(cheng)受的(de)最大(da)扭距(ju),保證安全。 離(li)(li)(li)(li)合(he)(he)(he)器可(ke)(ke)分為(wei):摩擦(ca)離(li)(li)(li)(li)合(he)(he)(he)器,或是利用液體作為(wei)傳動(dong)(dong)(dong)的(de)介質(即液力(li)(li)偶合(he)(he)(he)器),或是利用磁力(li)(li)傳動(dong)(dong)(dong)(即電磁離(li)(li)(li)(li)合(he)(he)(he)器}
離合器撥叉是汽車變速箱的一部分,屬于變速箱附件,主要用于離合器換擋。與變速手柄連接,位于手柄下端,撥動中間變速輪改變輸入輸出速比。撥叉一般是指手動變速箱的汽車,位于變速箱和發動機之間的離合器系統中。
踏板通過傳動系統將力傳遞給撥叉,撥叉推動分離軸承壓下離合器壓盤,將發動機和變速箱之間的動力傳遞分離。離合器接合時,踏板處于最高位置,分離桿和分離軸承之間有間隙δ。壓盤在壓緊彈簧的作用下壓緊從動盤,發動機的扭矩通過飛輪和壓盤傳遞到從動盤,再傳遞到變速器的第一軸。
離合器傳遞的最大扭矩取決于從動盤摩擦面的最大靜摩擦力。它與摩擦表面之間的壓力、摩擦面積和摩擦材料的性能有關。對于具有一定結構的離合器,其最大靜摩擦力是一個固定值。如果傳動系統傳遞的扭矩超過這個固定值,離合器就會打滑,從而起到過載保護的作用。
