1、保證汽(qi)(qi)(qi)車(che)平穩起(qi)(qi)步(bu)(bu) 這是離合(he)器(qi)(qi)的首要(yao)功能。在(zai)汽(qi)(qi)(qi)車(che)起(qi)(qi)步(bu)(bu)前(qian)(qian),自然(ran)要(yao)先起(qi)(qi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)發動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)機(ji)(ji)。而(er)汽(qi)(qi)(qi)車(che)起(qi)(qi)步(bu)(bu)時(shi),汽(qi)(qi)(qi)車(che)是從完(wan)全(quan)靜(jing)止(zhi)的狀態逐(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)步(bu)(bu)加速(su)(su)的。如果傳(chuan)(chuan)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)系(它聯系著整(zheng)個汽(qi)(qi)(qi)車(che))與發動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)機(ji)(ji)剛(gang)性(xing)(xing)地聯系,則(ze)變速(su)(su)器(qi)(qi)一掛上檔,汽(qi)(qi)(qi)車(che)將突然(ran)向前(qian)(qian)沖(chong)一下(xia),但并不(bu)(bu)能起(qi)(qi)步(bu)(bu)。這是因(yin)為(wei)汽(qi)(qi)(qi)車(che)從靜(jing)止(zhi)到(dao)(dao)前(qian)(qian)沖(chong)時(shi),產生很大慣性(xing)(xing)力(li),對(dui)發動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)機(ji)(ji)造成很大地阻(zu)(zu)(zu)力(li)矩(ju)。在(zai)這慣性(xing)(xing)阻(zu)(zu)(zu)力(li)矩(ju)作用下(xia),發動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)機(ji)(ji)在(zai)瞬時(shi)間(jian)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)速(su)(su)急劇下(xia)降到(dao)(dao)最(zui)低(di)穩定轉(zhuan)(zhuan)速(su)(su)(一般300-500RPM)以(yi)下(xia),發動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)機(ji)(ji)即熄火而(er)不(bu)(bu)能工作,當然(ran)汽(qi)(qi)(qi)車(che)也(ye)不(bu)(bu)能起(qi)(qi)步(bu)(bu)。 因(yin)此,我們就(jiu)需要(yao)離合(he)器(qi)(qi)的幫(bang)助了。在(zai)發動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)機(ji)(ji)起(qi)(qi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)后,汽(qi)(qi)(qi)車(che)起(qi)(qi)步(bu)(bu)之前(qian)(qian),駕駛員先踩下(xia)離合(he)器(qi)(qi)踏板,將離合(he)器(qi)(qi)分離,使發動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)機(ji)(ji)和(he)傳(chuan)(chuan)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)系脫開,再將變速(su)(su)器(qi)(qi)掛上檔,然(ran)后逐(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)漸(jian)(jian)(jian)松開離合(he)器(qi)(qi)踏板,使離合(he)器(qi)(qi)逐(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)漸(jian)(jian)(jian)接(jie)合(he)。在(zai)接(jie)合(he)過(guo)程中,發動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)機(ji)(ji)所受阻(zu)(zu)(zu)力(li)矩(ju)逐(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)漸(jian)(jian)(jian)增大,故(gu)應同(tong)時(shi)逐(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)漸(jian)(jian)(jian)踩下(xia)加速(su)(su)踏板,即逐(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)步(bu)(bu)增加對(dui)發動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)機(ji)(ji)的燃料供(gong)給(gei)量,使發動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)機(ji)(ji)的轉(zhuan)(zhuan)速(su)(su)始終保持在(zai)最(zui)低(di)穩定轉(zhuan)(zhuan)速(su)(su)上,而(er)不(bu)(bu)致熄火。同(tong)時(shi),由于(yu)離合(he)器(qi)(qi)的接(jie)合(he)緊密(mi)程度逐(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)漸(jian)(jian)(jian)增大,發動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)機(ji)(ji)經傳(chuan)(chuan)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)系傳(chuan)(chuan)給(gei)驅動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)車(che)輪的轉(zhuan)(zhuan)矩(ju)便逐(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)漸(jian)(jian)(jian)增加,到(dao)(dao)牽引力(li)足以(yi)克服(fu)起(qi)(qi)步(bu)(bu)阻(zu)(zu)(zu)力(li)時(shi),汽(qi)(qi)(qi)車(che)即從靜(jing)止(zhi)開始運動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)并逐(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)步(bu)(bu)加速(su)(su)
2、保(bao)證傳(chuan)動系換(huan)檔(dang)(dang)時工(gong)作(zuo)平(ping)順(shun) 2:實現平(ping)順(shun)的(de)(de)換(huan)檔(dang)(dang) 在汽車行駛(shi)過(guo)程中,為適應不斷變(bian)化的(de)(de)行駛(shi)條件(jian),傳(chuan)動系經常要更換(huan)不同檔(dang)(dang)位工(gong)作(zuo)。實現齒輪式變(bian)速器(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)換(huan)檔(dang)(dang),一般是撥動齒輪或其他掛檔(dang)(dang)機(ji)構,使原用檔(dang)(dang)位的(de)(de)某一齒輪副推出(chu)傳(chuan)動,再使另一檔(dang)(dang)位的(de)(de)齒輪副進(jin)入工(gong)作(zuo)。在換(huan)檔(dang)(dang)前必須踩下(xia)離合(he)器(qi)(qi)踏板,中斷動力傳(chuan)動,便(bian)于使原檔(dang)(dang)位的(de)(de)嚙(nie)合(he)副脫開,同時使新(xin)檔(dang)(dang)位嚙(nie)合(he)副的(de)(de)嚙(nie)合(he)部位的(de)(de)速度逐步趨向(xiang)同步,這樣(yang)進(jin)入嚙(nie)合(he)時的(de)(de)沖擊可以大大的(de)(de)減小,實現平(ping)順(shun)的(de)(de)換(huan)檔(dang)(dang)。
3、防(fang)止傳(chuan)動(dong)(dong)系(xi)過載(zai) 當汽車進行緊急(ji)制動(dong)(dong)時,若沒有(you)離合(he)器,則發(fa)動(dong)(dong)機將因(yin)和傳(chuan)動(dong)(dong)系(xi)剛性連接而急(ji)劇降低轉速(su),因(yin)而其中所有(you)運(yun)(yun)動(dong)(dong)件(jian)將產(chan)生(sheng)很大(da)的慣性力矩(其數值可(ke)能大(da)大(da)超過發(fa)動(dong)(dong)機正常工作時所發(fa)出的最(zui)大(da)扭(niu)距(ju)),對傳(chuan)動(dong)(dong)系(xi)造成超過其承(cheng)載(zai)能力的載(zai)荷(he),而使機件(jian)損壞。有(you)了(le)離合(he)器,便可(ke)以(yi)依靠離合(he)器主動(dong)(dong)部(bu)分(fen)(fen)(fen)和從動(dong)(dong)部(bu)分(fen)(fen)(fen)之(zhi)間可(ke)能產(chan)生(sheng)的相對運(yun)(yun)動(dong)(dong)以(yi)消除這一危險。因(yin)此,我們需要離合(he)器來限制傳(chuan)動(dong)(dong)系(xi)所承(cheng)受的最(zui)大(da)扭(niu)距(ju),保證(zheng)安全。 離合(he)器可(ke)分(fen)(fen)(fen)為:摩(mo)擦(ca)離合(he)器,或(huo)(huo)是利用液體作為傳(chuan)動(dong)(dong)的介質(即(ji)液力偶合(he)器),或(huo)(huo)是利用磁力傳(chuan)動(dong)(dong)(即(ji)電(dian)磁離合(he)器}
離合器撥叉是汽車變速箱的一部分,屬于變速箱附件,主要用于離合器換擋。與變速手柄連接,位于手柄下端,撥動中間變速輪改變輸入輸出速比。撥叉一般是指手動變速箱的汽車,位于變速箱和發動機之間的離合器系統中。
踏板通過傳動系統將力傳遞給撥叉,撥叉推動分離軸承壓下離合器壓盤,將發動機和變速箱之間的動力傳遞分離。離合器接合時,踏板處于最高位置,分離桿和分離軸承之間有間隙δ。壓盤在壓緊彈簧的作用下壓緊從動盤,發動機的扭矩通過飛輪和壓盤傳遞到從動盤,再傳遞到變速器的第一軸。
離合器傳遞的最大扭矩取決于從動盤摩擦面的最大靜摩擦力。它與摩擦表面之間的壓力、摩擦面積和摩擦材料的性能有關。對于具有一定結構的離合器,其最大靜摩擦力是一個固定值。如果傳動系統傳遞的扭矩超過這個固定值,離合器就會打滑,從而起到過載保護的作用。
