1、保(bao)證汽(qi)車(che)平(ping)穩起步(bu)(bu) 這(zhe)(zhe)是(shi)離(li)合(he)(he)器(qi)的(de)首要功(gong)能(neng)(neng)。在(zai)(zai)(zai)汽(qi)車(che)起步(bu)(bu)前(qian)(qian),自然(ran)要先(xian)起動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)發(fa)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)機(ji)(ji)。而(er)汽(qi)車(che)起步(bu)(bu)時(shi)(shi)(shi),汽(qi)車(che)是(shi)從(cong)完全(quan)靜(jing)止的(de)狀態逐(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)步(bu)(bu)加(jia)(jia)速的(de)。如果傳動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)系(xi)(xi)(它聯(lian)系(xi)(xi)著整(zheng)個汽(qi)車(che))與發(fa)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)機(ji)(ji)剛(gang)性(xing)(xing)地聯(lian)系(xi)(xi),則變速器(qi)一(yi)掛上檔(dang),汽(qi)車(che)將突然(ran)向前(qian)(qian)沖一(yi)下,但并不(bu)能(neng)(neng)起步(bu)(bu)。這(zhe)(zhe)是(shi)因(yin)為汽(qi)車(che)從(cong)靜(jing)止到前(qian)(qian)沖時(shi)(shi)(shi),產生(sheng)很大(da)慣性(xing)(xing)力,對發(fa)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)機(ji)(ji)造成很大(da)地阻(zu)力矩(ju)。在(zai)(zai)(zai)這(zhe)(zhe)慣性(xing)(xing)阻(zu)力矩(ju)作(zuo)(zuo)用下,發(fa)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)機(ji)(ji)在(zai)(zai)(zai)瞬時(shi)(shi)(shi)間轉(zhuan)速急劇下降到最低穩定轉(zhuan)速(一(yi)般(ban)300-500RPM)以下,發(fa)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)機(ji)(ji)即熄火而(er)不(bu)能(neng)(neng)工作(zuo)(zuo),當然(ran)汽(qi)車(che)也不(bu)能(neng)(neng)起步(bu)(bu)。 因(yin)此,我們就需要離(li)合(he)(he)器(qi)的(de)幫助了。在(zai)(zai)(zai)發(fa)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)機(ji)(ji)起動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)后,汽(qi)車(che)起步(bu)(bu)之前(qian)(qian),駕(jia)駛員先(xian)踩(cai)下離(li)合(he)(he)器(qi)踏板(ban),將離(li)合(he)(he)器(qi)分離(li),使發(fa)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)機(ji)(ji)和傳動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)系(xi)(xi)脫開,再(zai)將變速器(qi)掛上檔(dang),然(ran)后逐(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)漸(jian)(jian)(jian)松開離(li)合(he)(he)器(qi)踏板(ban),使離(li)合(he)(he)器(qi)逐(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)漸(jian)(jian)(jian)接合(he)(he)。在(zai)(zai)(zai)接合(he)(he)過程(cheng)中,發(fa)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)機(ji)(ji)所受阻(zu)力矩(ju)逐(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)漸(jian)(jian)(jian)增大(da),故應同(tong)時(shi)(shi)(shi)逐(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)漸(jian)(jian)(jian)踩(cai)下加(jia)(jia)速踏板(ban),即逐(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)步(bu)(bu)增加(jia)(jia)對發(fa)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)機(ji)(ji)的(de)燃料(liao)供給量,使發(fa)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)機(ji)(ji)的(de)轉(zhuan)速始(shi)終(zhong)保(bao)持在(zai)(zai)(zai)最低穩定轉(zhuan)速上,而(er)不(bu)致熄火。同(tong)時(shi)(shi)(shi),由于離(li)合(he)(he)器(qi)的(de)接合(he)(he)緊(jin)密程(cheng)度逐(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)漸(jian)(jian)(jian)增大(da),發(fa)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)機(ji)(ji)經(jing)傳動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)系(xi)(xi)傳給驅動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)車(che)輪(lun)的(de)轉(zhuan)矩(ju)便逐(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)漸(jian)(jian)(jian)增加(jia)(jia),到牽引力足以克服起步(bu)(bu)阻(zu)力時(shi)(shi)(shi),汽(qi)車(che)即從(cong)靜(jing)止開始(shi)運動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)并逐(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)步(bu)(bu)加(jia)(jia)速
2、保證傳動(dong)(dong)系換(huan)檔(dang)(dang)(dang)時(shi)(shi)工作平(ping)順(shun)(shun) 2:實(shi)現(xian)平(ping)順(shun)(shun)的(de)(de)(de)換(huan)檔(dang)(dang)(dang) 在汽車行駛過程中,為適應不斷變(bian)化的(de)(de)(de)行駛條件(jian),傳動(dong)(dong)系經常(chang)要更換(huan)不同檔(dang)(dang)(dang)位工作。實(shi)現(xian)齒輪(lun)式變(bian)速器的(de)(de)(de)換(huan)檔(dang)(dang)(dang),一(yi)般是撥動(dong)(dong)齒輪(lun)或其他掛檔(dang)(dang)(dang)機(ji)構,使(shi)原(yuan)用(yong)檔(dang)(dang)(dang)位的(de)(de)(de)某一(yi)齒輪(lun)副(fu)推出傳動(dong)(dong),再使(shi)另一(yi)檔(dang)(dang)(dang)位的(de)(de)(de)齒輪(lun)副(fu)進(jin)入工作。在換(huan)檔(dang)(dang)(dang)前必須踩(cai)下離(li)合(he)(he)器踏(ta)板,中斷動(dong)(dong)力傳動(dong)(dong),便于使(shi)原(yuan)檔(dang)(dang)(dang)位的(de)(de)(de)嚙(nie)合(he)(he)副(fu)脫開(kai),同時(shi)(shi)使(shi)新檔(dang)(dang)(dang)位嚙(nie)合(he)(he)副(fu)的(de)(de)(de)嚙(nie)合(he)(he)部位的(de)(de)(de)速度逐(zhu)步趨向同步,這樣進(jin)入嚙(nie)合(he)(he)時(shi)(shi)的(de)(de)(de)沖(chong)擊可以大大的(de)(de)(de)減小,實(shi)現(xian)平(ping)順(shun)(shun)的(de)(de)(de)換(huan)檔(dang)(dang)(dang)。
3、防止傳(chuan)動(dong)系(xi)過載 當汽(qi)車進行緊急制動(dong)時,若沒(mei)有離(li)(li)(li)合(he)器(qi)(qi),則(ze)發動(dong)機(ji)將因(yin)和傳(chuan)動(dong)系(xi)剛性(xing)連接(jie)而(er)急劇降(jiang)低轉速,因(yin)而(er)其中所(suo)有運動(dong)件(jian)(jian)將產生(sheng)很大的(de)(de)慣性(xing)力(li)(li)矩(ju)(其數值可能大大超(chao)過發動(dong)機(ji)正常工作(zuo)時所(suo)發出的(de)(de)最大扭距(ju)),對傳(chuan)動(dong)系(xi)造成(cheng)超(chao)過其承載能力(li)(li)的(de)(de)載荷,而(er)使(shi)機(ji)件(jian)(jian)損壞。有了離(li)(li)(li)合(he)器(qi)(qi),便可以(yi)依靠離(li)(li)(li)合(he)器(qi)(qi)主動(dong)部(bu)分(fen)和從動(dong)部(bu)分(fen)之間可能產生(sheng)的(de)(de)相對運動(dong)以(yi)消(xiao)除(chu)這一危(wei)險。因(yin)此(ci),我們需要(yao)離(li)(li)(li)合(he)器(qi)(qi)來限(xian)制傳(chuan)動(dong)系(xi)所(suo)承受的(de)(de)最大扭距(ju),保(bao)證安全。 離(li)(li)(li)合(he)器(qi)(qi)可分(fen)為:摩擦(ca)離(li)(li)(li)合(he)器(qi)(qi),或(huo)是(shi)利(li)用液體作(zuo)為傳(chuan)動(dong)的(de)(de)介質(即液力(li)(li)偶(ou)合(he)器(qi)(qi)),或(huo)是(shi)利(li)用磁(ci)力(li)(li)傳(chuan)動(dong)(即電磁(ci)離(li)(li)(li)合(he)器(qi)(qi)}
離合器撥叉是汽車變速箱的一部分,屬于變速箱附件,主要用于離合器換擋。與變速手柄連接,位于手柄下端,撥動中間變速輪改變輸入輸出速比。撥叉一般是指手動變速箱的汽車,位于變速箱和發動機之間的離合器系統中。
踏板通過傳動系統將力傳遞給撥叉,撥叉推動分離軸承壓下離合器壓盤,將發動機和變速箱之間的動力傳遞分離。離合器接合時,踏板處于最高位置,分離桿和分離軸承之間有間隙δ。壓盤在壓緊彈簧的作用下壓緊從動盤,發動機的扭矩通過飛輪和壓盤傳遞到從動盤,再傳遞到變速器的第一軸。
離合器傳遞的最大扭矩取決于從動盤摩擦面的最大靜摩擦力。它與摩擦表面之間的壓力、摩擦面積和摩擦材料的性能有關。對于具有一定結構的離合器,其最大靜摩擦力是一個固定值。如果傳動系統傳遞的扭矩超過這個固定值,離合器就會打滑,從而起到過載保護的作用。
