1、保證(zheng)汽(qi)(qi)車(che)(che)平穩起(qi)(qi)步(bu)(bu) 這(zhe)是(shi)離(li)(li)合器(qi)(qi)的(de)首要(yao)功能(neng)(neng)。在汽(qi)(qi)車(che)(che)起(qi)(qi)步(bu)(bu)前,自然要(yao)先(xian)起(qi)(qi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)發(fa)(fa)動(dong)(dong)(dong)機(ji)(ji)。而(er)汽(qi)(qi)車(che)(che)起(qi)(qi)步(bu)(bu)時(shi),汽(qi)(qi)車(che)(che)是(shi)從(cong)完全靜(jing)(jing)止(zhi)(zhi)的(de)狀態逐(zhu)(zhu)步(bu)(bu)加速(su)(su)的(de)。如果傳(chuan)動(dong)(dong)(dong)系(xi)(它聯系(xi)著整個汽(qi)(qi)車(che)(che))與發(fa)(fa)動(dong)(dong)(dong)機(ji)(ji)剛性(xing)(xing)地聯系(xi),則變(bian)速(su)(su)器(qi)(qi)一(yi)掛上檔(dang),汽(qi)(qi)車(che)(che)將突然向前沖(chong)一(yi)下(xia)(xia),但(dan)并不(bu)能(neng)(neng)起(qi)(qi)步(bu)(bu)。這(zhe)是(shi)因為汽(qi)(qi)車(che)(che)從(cong)靜(jing)(jing)止(zhi)(zhi)到前沖(chong)時(shi),產(chan)生很大(da)慣性(xing)(xing)力(li)(li),對(dui)發(fa)(fa)動(dong)(dong)(dong)機(ji)(ji)造成很大(da)地阻力(li)(li)矩。在這(zhe)慣性(xing)(xing)阻力(li)(li)矩作(zuo)用下(xia)(xia),發(fa)(fa)動(dong)(dong)(dong)機(ji)(ji)在瞬時(shi)間轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)速(su)(su)急劇下(xia)(xia)降到最低(di)穩定轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)速(su)(su)(一(yi)般300-500RPM)以(yi)下(xia)(xia),發(fa)(fa)動(dong)(dong)(dong)機(ji)(ji)即熄(xi)火(huo)而(er)不(bu)能(neng)(neng)工作(zuo),當然汽(qi)(qi)車(che)(che)也不(bu)能(neng)(neng)起(qi)(qi)步(bu)(bu)。 因此,我們就需要(yao)離(li)(li)合器(qi)(qi)的(de)幫助了。在發(fa)(fa)動(dong)(dong)(dong)機(ji)(ji)起(qi)(qi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)后,汽(qi)(qi)車(che)(che)起(qi)(qi)步(bu)(bu)之前,駕駛員先(xian)踩下(xia)(xia)離(li)(li)合器(qi)(qi)踏板(ban),將離(li)(li)合器(qi)(qi)分離(li)(li),使(shi)發(fa)(fa)動(dong)(dong)(dong)機(ji)(ji)和傳(chuan)動(dong)(dong)(dong)系(xi)脫開,再(zai)將變(bian)速(su)(su)器(qi)(qi)掛上檔(dang),然后逐(zhu)(zhu)漸松開離(li)(li)合器(qi)(qi)踏板(ban),使(shi)離(li)(li)合器(qi)(qi)逐(zhu)(zhu)漸接合。在接合過程中,發(fa)(fa)動(dong)(dong)(dong)機(ji)(ji)所受阻力(li)(li)矩逐(zhu)(zhu)漸增大(da),故(gu)應(ying)同(tong)(tong)時(shi)逐(zhu)(zhu)漸踩下(xia)(xia)加速(su)(su)踏板(ban),即逐(zhu)(zhu)步(bu)(bu)增加對(dui)發(fa)(fa)動(dong)(dong)(dong)機(ji)(ji)的(de)燃料供(gong)給量,使(shi)發(fa)(fa)動(dong)(dong)(dong)機(ji)(ji)的(de)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)速(su)(su)始終保持在最低(di)穩定轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)速(su)(su)上,而(er)不(bu)致熄(xi)火(huo)。同(tong)(tong)時(shi),由于離(li)(li)合器(qi)(qi)的(de)接合緊(jin)密程度逐(zhu)(zhu)漸增大(da),發(fa)(fa)動(dong)(dong)(dong)機(ji)(ji)經傳(chuan)動(dong)(dong)(dong)系(xi)傳(chuan)給驅動(dong)(dong)(dong)車(che)(che)輪的(de)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)矩便逐(zhu)(zhu)漸增加,到牽(qian)引力(li)(li)足以(yi)克服起(qi)(qi)步(bu)(bu)阻力(li)(li)時(shi),汽(qi)(qi)車(che)(che)即從(cong)靜(jing)(jing)止(zhi)(zhi)開始運動(dong)(dong)(dong)并逐(zhu)(zhu)步(bu)(bu)加速(su)(su)
2、保(bao)證傳動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)系(xi)換(huan)(huan)檔時(shi)工(gong)作平順 2:實(shi)(shi)現(xian)平順的(de)(de)(de)換(huan)(huan)檔 在汽車行(xing)駛過程(cheng)中,為(wei)適(shi)應不斷變化(hua)的(de)(de)(de)行(xing)駛條件,傳動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)系(xi)經(jing)常要(yao)更(geng)換(huan)(huan)不同(tong)檔位(wei)(wei)(wei)工(gong)作。實(shi)(shi)現(xian)齒輪式(shi)變速器的(de)(de)(de)換(huan)(huan)檔,一(yi)般(ban)是(shi)撥動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)齒輪或(huo)其他掛檔機構,使原用檔位(wei)(wei)(wei)的(de)(de)(de)某一(yi)齒輪副推出傳動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong),再使另一(yi)檔位(wei)(wei)(wei)的(de)(de)(de)齒輪副進(jin)入(ru)工(gong)作。在換(huan)(huan)檔前必須踩下離合(he)器踏板,中斷動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)力(li)傳動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong),便于(yu)使原檔位(wei)(wei)(wei)的(de)(de)(de)嚙(nie)(nie)合(he)副脫開,同(tong)時(shi)使新檔位(wei)(wei)(wei)嚙(nie)(nie)合(he)副的(de)(de)(de)嚙(nie)(nie)合(he)部位(wei)(wei)(wei)的(de)(de)(de)速度逐步趨向同(tong)步,這樣進(jin)入(ru)嚙(nie)(nie)合(he)時(shi)的(de)(de)(de)沖擊可以大大的(de)(de)(de)減小(xiao),實(shi)(shi)現(xian)平順的(de)(de)(de)換(huan)(huan)檔。
3、防止傳動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)系過載(zai) 當汽車進(jin)行緊急制動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)時,若沒有(you)離(li)合(he)器(qi),則發(fa)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)機(ji)(ji)將(jiang)因和傳動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)系剛性連接而(er)急劇降低(di)轉速,因而(er)其(qi)中所有(you)運動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)件(jian)將(jiang)產(chan)生很大(da)(da)的(de)(de)慣(guan)性力(li)矩(其(qi)數(shu)值可(ke)(ke)能大(da)(da)大(da)(da)超過發(fa)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)機(ji)(ji)正(zheng)常(chang)工(gong)作時所發(fa)出的(de)(de)最大(da)(da)扭(niu)距),對傳動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)系造成超過其(qi)承載(zai)能力(li)的(de)(de)載(zai)荷,而(er)使機(ji)(ji)件(jian)損壞。有(you)了離(li)合(he)器(qi),便可(ke)(ke)以依(yi)靠離(li)合(he)器(qi)主動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)部分(fen)和從(cong)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)部分(fen)之間可(ke)(ke)能產(chan)生的(de)(de)相對運動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)以消(xiao)除這一危險。因此,我們(men)需要離(li)合(he)器(qi)來限制傳動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)系所承受的(de)(de)最大(da)(da)扭(niu)距,保證安全(quan)。 離(li)合(he)器(qi)可(ke)(ke)分(fen)為:摩擦離(li)合(he)器(qi),或是(shi)利用液體作為傳動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)的(de)(de)介質(即(ji)液力(li)偶合(he)器(qi)),或是(shi)利用磁力(li)傳動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(即(ji)電(dian)磁離(li)合(he)器(qi)}
離合器撥叉是汽車變速箱的一部分,屬于變速箱附件,主要用于離合器換擋。與變速手柄連接,位于手柄下端,撥動中間變速輪改變輸入輸出速比。撥叉一般是指手動變速箱的汽車,位于變速箱和發動機之間的離合器系統中。
踏板通過傳動系統將力傳遞給撥叉,撥叉推動分離軸承壓下離合器壓盤,將發動機和變速箱之間的動力傳遞分離。離合器接合時,踏板處于最高位置,分離桿和分離軸承之間有間隙δ。壓盤在壓緊彈簧的作用下壓緊從動盤,發動機的扭矩通過飛輪和壓盤傳遞到從動盤,再傳遞到變速器的第一軸。
離合器傳遞的最大扭矩取決于從動盤摩擦面的最大靜摩擦力。它與摩擦表面之間的壓力、摩擦面積和摩擦材料的性能有關。對于具有一定結構的離合器,其最大靜摩擦力是一個固定值。如果傳動系統傳遞的扭矩超過這個固定值,離合器就會打滑,從而起到過載保護的作用。
