后橋是指連接兩個后輪的一個橋,向后驅動車的后橋稱之為驅動橋,不是后驅車的后橋稱之為支撐橋
后懸架總成 往往出現在乘用車中,一般由彈簧、減震器、連接桿、等組成的起到傳遞和支撐輪胎和車身的之間的激勵的部件。
一般分為三種 獨立懸架(連桿式的)、半獨立懸架(扭力梁式)、非獨立懸架(橋或者軸式的)。后橋是指連接兩個后輪的一個橋,向后驅動車的后橋稱之為驅動橋,不是后驅車的后橋稱之為支撐橋,
后懸架總成是指用來支撐車輛后部車身的,一般為獨立懸架
1、將橋殼(ke)下部的放油螺塞擰下,放出橋殼(ke)的潤(run)滑油;拆(chai)下主動錐齒輪(lun)凸緣與傳(chuan)動軸的連接螺栓;
2、半(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)的拆卸(xie)。拆卸(xie)前(qian)(qian),應將(jiang)前(qian)(qian)輪用掩木掩住,松(song)開駐(zhu)車制(zhi)動(dong)器。拆卸(xie)時,松(song)開并(bing)擰下(xia)全部(bu)半(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)緊固螺(luo)母及墊圈(quan);用銅錘(chui)輕(qing)輕(qing)打擊半(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)尾部(bu)中央2至3下(xia),使半(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)法蘭(lan)面與輪轂連接面分離(li)后,用手拉(la)半(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)法蘭(lan),即(ji)可(ke)將(jiang)半(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)抽出。注意在半(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)花鍵部(bu)分即(ji)將(jiang)通(tong)過油(you)封時,要用手托(tuo)住半(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)桿部(bu),并(bing)緩緩轉(zhuan)動(dong)半(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)(zhou),使半(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)并(bing)行移出,不致將(jiang)半(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)油(you)封損壞,也預防半(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)掉(diao)地扎傷人;
3、主減速器(qi)總成的拆(chai)(chai)卸:卸下(xia)后制動軟管(guan)與三通接(jie)(jie)頭;用小車,將減速器(qi)殼支承(cheng)好(hao),拆(chai)(chai)下(xia)減速器(qi)殼與后橋連(lian)接(jie)(jie)的12個螺栓,將減速器(qi)總成從(cong)橋殼上取下(xia);斷開制動氣(qi)室軟管(guan)、管(guan)路之間的連(lian)接(jie)(jie),拆(chai)(chai)下(xia)制動氣(qi)室,拆(chai)(chai)下(xia)調整臂總成;
4、拆(chai)除(chu)輪(lun)(lun)轂(gu)(gu)調(diao)整螺(luo)母鎖片緊固螺(luo)釘,取(qu)出(chu)鎖片用,專用套筒拆(chai)掉輪(lun)(lun)轂(gu)(gu)調(diao)整螺(luo)母;稍稍轉動(dong)輪(lun)(lun)轂(gu)(gu)及(ji)制(zhi)動(dong)鼓(gu)總(zong)成(cheng)(cheng),用拉馬向外(wai)拉輪(lun)(lun)轂(gu)(gu),同時(shi)在制(zhi)動(dong)鼓(gu)上(shang)輕輕敲擊,以震松外(wai)軸承內(nei)圈(quan),待外(wai)軸承內(nei)圈(quan)松動(dong)后,取(qu)下輪(lun)(lun)轂(gu)(gu)及(ji)制(zhi)動(dong)鼓(gu)總(zong)成(cheng)(cheng),但此時(shi)應(ying)注(zhu)(zhu)意該總(zong)成(cheng)(cheng)重量(liang)較(jiao)重,不要摔(shuai)壞或砸(za)傷(shang)人,同時(shi)要注(zhu)(zhu)意保護外(wai)軸承內(nei)圈(quan)不要摔(shuai)壞;
5、用(yong)拉馬拆出內軸(zhou)承內圈總成和(he)油封座圈總成;用(yong)回(hui)位彈(dan)簧拆卸工具,拆下(xia)(xia)制(zhi)動(dong)器(qi)回(hui)位彈(dan)簧,取下(xia)(xia)凸輪軸(zhou);用(yong)板手(shou)拆下(xia)(xia)制(zhi)動(dong)器(qi)底(di)板緊固螺栓,取下(xia)(xia)制(zhi)動(dong)器(qi)底(di)板帶(dai)蹄(ti)片(pian)及防塵罩總成;拆下(xia)(xia)制(zhi)動(dong)氣室(shi)支架,拆下(xia)(xia)橋(qiao)殼總成;
6、最后安(an)裝(zhuang)拆(chai)卸的反序安(an)裝(zhuang)即可。
