第一步:我們拿到(dao)方向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)機(ji)(ji)以后居中(zhong)(zhong)方向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)機(ji)(ji),怎么居中(zhong)(zhong)呢,把方向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)機(ji)(ji)轉到(dao)任何(he)一側的盡頭,就(jiu)(jiu)是打死方向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)機(ji)(ji),做好(hao)一個(ge)幾號,一圈圈的打到(dao)另外一側,數下有幾圈,如(ru)果是3圈,左右2變就(jiu)(jiu)是哥1.5圈,這(zhe)樣就(jiu)(jiu)很好(hao)居中(zhong)(zhong)了(le)
第二步:把方向機(ji)固定(ding)到(dao)車(che)的底盤安裝(zhuang)(zhuang)位(wei)(wei)并(bing)固定(ding)好螺絲,根據左(zuo)右(you)2邊的制動轂(就是安裝(zhuang)(zhuang)輪胎的那個東西),調整好方向機(ji)外(wai)球頭(tou)的大致位(wei)(wei)置(zhi),內球頭(tou)擰進到(dao)外(wai)球頭(tou)深度到(dao)正(zheng)常位(wei)(wei)置(zhi)左(zuo)右(you),并(bing)保(bao)持2邊的螺絲牙深度保(bao)持一致,并(bing)固定(ding)到(dao)剎車(che)盤下面的下球頭(tou)上鎖(suo)緊螺絲。
第三(san)步:安(an)裝(zhuang)好(hao)2側輪(lun)胎,用卷尺(chi),測量好(hao)2個前輪(lun)前面部位和后面的(de)2側輪(lun)胎的(de)距離(li)保持一致,(看下面的(de)圖片)
第(di)四步(bu):確定(ding)好(hao)方向盤居(ju)中的位(wei)置(zhi),套(tao)上十字節,鎖緊(jin)螺絲。
第五步:在路(lu)上跑一圈,確定下十(shi)字節的位(wei)(wei)置,如果有(you)偏差,在做簡單(dan)調整(zheng),直到(dao)基本居中為(wei)止,如果你是車主,看到(dao)這里,一定叫修(xiu)理(li)廠調整(zheng)到(dao)位(wei)(wei),修(xiu)理(li)工嫌(xian)麻(ma)煩(fan),你不能嫌(xian)麻(ma)煩(fan),因(yin)為(wei)最(zui)后一步四輪(lun)定位(wei)(wei)只能做簡單(dan)的前速的調整(zheng)。
第六步,找(zhao)個(ge)專業店子,四(si)輪定位。
