后橋是指連接兩個后輪的一個橋,向后驅動車的后橋稱之為驅動橋,不是后驅車的后橋稱之為支撐橋
后懸架總成 往往出現在乘用車中,一般由彈簧、減震器、連接桿、等組成的起到傳遞和支撐輪胎和車身的之間的激勵的部件。
一般分為三種 獨立懸架(連桿式的)、半獨立懸架(扭力梁式)、非獨立懸架(橋或者軸式的)。后橋是指連接兩個后輪的一個橋,向后驅動車的后橋稱之為驅動橋,不是后驅車的后橋稱之為支撐橋,
后懸架總成是指用來支撐車輛后部車身的,一般為獨立懸架
1、將(jiang)橋(qiao)殼(ke)下(xia)部的放油螺塞(sai)擰下(xia),放出橋(qiao)殼(ke)的潤滑(hua)油;拆下(xia)主動(dong)(dong)錐(zhui)齒輪(lun)凸緣與傳動(dong)(dong)軸的連接(jie)螺栓;
2、半(ban)(ban)(ban)軸(zhou)(zhou)的拆卸。拆卸前,應將(jiang)(jiang)前輪(lun)用(yong)掩木掩住,松開(kai)駐車制動器。拆卸時(shi),松開(kai)并(bing)(bing)擰下全部(bu)半(ban)(ban)(ban)軸(zhou)(zhou)緊固螺母及墊圈(quan);用(yong)銅(tong)錘輕輕打擊(ji)半(ban)(ban)(ban)軸(zhou)(zhou)尾(wei)部(bu)中(zhong)央2至3下,使半(ban)(ban)(ban)軸(zhou)(zhou)法(fa)蘭(lan)面與(yu)輪(lun)轂連接面分離后,用(yong)手拉半(ban)(ban)(ban)軸(zhou)(zhou)法(fa)蘭(lan),即(ji)可將(jiang)(jiang)半(ban)(ban)(ban)軸(zhou)(zhou)抽(chou)出。注(zhu)意在半(ban)(ban)(ban)軸(zhou)(zhou)花鍵部(bu)分即(ji)將(jiang)(jiang)通(tong)過油(you)(you)封時(shi),要用(yong)手托住半(ban)(ban)(ban)軸(zhou)(zhou)桿部(bu),并(bing)(bing)緩緩轉動半(ban)(ban)(ban)軸(zhou)(zhou),使半(ban)(ban)(ban)軸(zhou)(zhou)并(bing)(bing)行移出,不致將(jiang)(jiang)半(ban)(ban)(ban)軸(zhou)(zhou)油(you)(you)封損壞(huai),也預防半(ban)(ban)(ban)軸(zhou)(zhou)掉地(di)扎傷人;
3、主減(jian)(jian)速(su)(su)(su)器總成的(de)拆(chai)卸(xie):卸(xie)下(xia)后(hou)制(zhi)動(dong)軟管(guan)與三通接頭;用(yong)小(xiao)車,將(jiang)減(jian)(jian)速(su)(su)(su)器殼(ke)(ke)支(zhi)承好,拆(chai)下(xia)減(jian)(jian)速(su)(su)(su)器殼(ke)(ke)與后(hou)橋(qiao)連接的(de)12個螺栓(shuan),將(jiang)減(jian)(jian)速(su)(su)(su)器總成從橋(qiao)殼(ke)(ke)上取下(xia);斷開制(zhi)動(dong)氣室軟管(guan)、管(guan)路之間(jian)的(de)連接,拆(chai)下(xia)制(zhi)動(dong)氣室,拆(chai)下(xia)調(diao)整臂總成;
4、拆除輪(lun)轂(gu)調(diao)整螺(luo)母鎖(suo)片(pian)緊固螺(luo)釘(ding),取出鎖(suo)片(pian)用,專(zhuan)用套筒拆掉輪(lun)轂(gu)調(diao)整螺(luo)母;稍稍轉動(dong)(dong)輪(lun)轂(gu)及(ji)制(zhi)(zhi)動(dong)(dong)鼓總成,用拉(la)馬向外(wai)拉(la)輪(lun)轂(gu),同(tong)時(shi)在制(zhi)(zhi)動(dong)(dong)鼓上輕輕敲擊(ji),以(yi)震松外(wai)軸(zhou)承(cheng)內(nei)圈,待外(wai)軸(zhou)承(cheng)內(nei)圈松動(dong)(dong)后,取下(xia)輪(lun)轂(gu)及(ji)制(zhi)(zhi)動(dong)(dong)鼓總成,但此時(shi)應注意(yi)該總成重(zhong)量較重(zhong),不要(yao)(yao)摔壞或砸(za)傷人,同(tong)時(shi)要(yao)(yao)注意(yi)保護外(wai)軸(zhou)承(cheng)內(nei)圈不要(yao)(yao)摔壞;
5、用拉馬拆出內軸(zhou)承內圈總(zong)(zong)(zong)成和油封座圈總(zong)(zong)(zong)成;用回(hui)位(wei)彈簧拆卸工具,拆下(xia)(xia)制動器回(hui)位(wei)彈簧,取下(xia)(xia)凸輪軸(zhou);用板手拆下(xia)(xia)制動器底板緊固螺栓,取下(xia)(xia)制動器底板帶(dai)蹄片及(ji)防塵(chen)罩總(zong)(zong)(zong)成;拆下(xia)(xia)制動氣室(shi)支架,拆下(xia)(xia)橋殼總(zong)(zong)(zong)成;
6、最后安(an)裝(zhuang)拆卸(xie)的反序安(an)裝(zhuang)即可。
