電(dian)動(dong)助力(li)轉向(xiang)系(xi)統主要(yao)由(you)扭(niu)(niu)矩(ju)(ju)傳(chuan)感器(qi)(qi),車(che)速(su)傳(chuan)感器(qi)(qi),電(dian)動(dong)機(ji),減速(su)機(ji)構(gou)與(yu)電(dian)子控制單元等組成(cheng)(cheng)。該系(xi)統通過扭(niu)(niu)矩(ju)(ju)傳(chuan)感器(qi)(qi)感知駕駛員在(zai)轉向(xiang)操作時方(fang)向(xiang)盤產生的扭(niu)(niu)矩(ju)(ju)力(li)和轉向(xiang)角(jiao)度(du),就會把操控信(xin)息(xi)轉換成(cheng)(cheng)數字信(xin)號(hao)(hao)輸入到控制單元,再經(jing)過控制單元對這些信(xin)號(hao)(hao)進行運算(suan)得到一個(ge)最佳的力(li)矩(ju)(ju)最后(hou)控制驅(qu)使電(dian)動(dong)機(ji)工(gong)作。以(yi)上(shang)就是整個(ge)電(dian)動(dong)助力(li)系(xi)統構(gou)成(cheng)(cheng)和工(gong)作的過程,不難看(kan)出扭(niu)(niu)矩(ju)(ju)傳(chuan)感器(qi)(qi)在(zai)電(dian)動(dong)助力(li)系(xi)統中是最為重(zhong)要(yao)的器(qi)(qi)件之一。
扭矩傳(chuan)(chuan)感(gan)器在(zai)電(dian)(dian)動(dong)(dong)助(zhu)力(li)轉(zhuan)向(xiang)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)中(zhong)的(de)作用電(dian)(dian)動(dong)(dong)助(zhu)力(li)轉(zhuan)向(xiang)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)可(ke)以稱之為EPS,它(ta)就是一種(zhong)直接依(yi)靠電(dian)(dian)機提供輔(fu)助(zhu)扭矩的(de)動(dong)(dong)力(li)轉(zhuan)向(xiang)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)。在(zai)整(zheng)個(ge)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)中(zhong),扭矩傳(chuan)(chuan)感(gan)器起到決(jue)定性作用。與傳(chuan)(chuan)統(tong)(tong)(tong)的(de)液(ye)壓助(zhu)力(li)轉(zhuan)向(xiang)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)不(bu)同(tong)(tong)的(de)是電(dian)(dian)動(dong)(dong)助(zhu)力(li)轉(zhuan)向(xiang)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)具有性能(neng)(neng)應用上更大(da)的(de)優(you)勢。它(ta)不(bu)光在(zai)需要(yao)轉(zhuan)向(xiang)時才啟(qi)動(dong)(dong)電(dian)(dian)機產(chan)生助(zhu)力(li),這樣能(neng)(neng)大(da)大(da)的(de)減(jian)少發動(dong)(dong)機燃油消耗(hao)。電(dian)(dian)動(dong)(dong)助(zhu)力(li)能(neng)(neng)在(zai)各種(zhong)行駛工(gong)況下提供最佳助(zhu)力(li),減(jian)小由路面不(bu)平所引起電(dian)(dian)動(dong)(dong)機的(de)輸(shu)出轉(zhuan)矩通過傳(chuan)(chuan)動(dong)(dong)裝置(zhi)的(de)作用而助(zhu)力(li)向(xiang)系(xi)(xi)的(de)擾動(dong)(dong),改善汽車(che)的(de)轉(zhuan)向(xiang)特性,提高(gao)汽車(che)的(de)主動(dong)(dong)安全性。和液(ye)壓助(zhu)力(li)相比沒有液(ye)壓回路,調(diao)整(zheng)和檢(jian)測更容(rong)易,裝配自(zi)動(dong)(dong)化程(cheng)度更高(gao),且可(ke)通過設置(zhi)不(bu)同(tong)(tong)的(de)程(cheng)序(xu),快速以及不(bu)同(tong)(tong)車(che)型匹配,縮(suo)短生產(chan)和開發周期。
扭(niu)矩傳感器的作用(yong)是測量動態扭(niu)矩和靜(jing)態扭(niu)矩,其檢(jian)測穩定性(xing)、抗干(gan)擾性(xing),以及精度都很好,每次使用(yong)不(bu)需要調整(zheng)為零(ling)。
