電(dian)動(dong)(dong)助(zhu)力(li)(li)轉(zhuan)向系(xi)統(tong)主要(yao)由(you)扭(niu)(niu)矩傳感(gan)器,車速傳感(gan)器,電(dian)動(dong)(dong)機,減速機構(gou)與電(dian)子控(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)單元(yuan)等組成(cheng)。該系(xi)統(tong)通(tong)過(guo)(guo)扭(niu)(niu)矩傳感(gan)器感(gan)知駕(jia)駛員在轉(zhuan)向操(cao)作時方向盤產生的扭(niu)(niu)矩力(li)(li)和轉(zhuan)向角度,就(jiu)(jiu)會把操(cao)控(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)信(xin)息轉(zhuan)換(huan)成(cheng)數字信(xin)號輸入到(dao)控(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)單元(yuan),再(zai)經過(guo)(guo)控(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)單元(yuan)對這些信(xin)號進行運算得到(dao)一(yi)個最(zui)佳的力(li)(li)矩最(zui)后控(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)驅使電(dian)動(dong)(dong)機工(gong)作。以上(shang)就(jiu)(jiu)是(shi)整個電(dian)動(dong)(dong)助(zhu)力(li)(li)系(xi)統(tong)構(gou)成(cheng)和工(gong)作的過(guo)(guo)程,不難看出扭(niu)(niu)矩傳感(gan)器在電(dian)動(dong)(dong)助(zhu)力(li)(li)系(xi)統(tong)中是(shi)最(zui)為重要(yao)的器件之(zhi)一(yi)。
扭矩(ju)傳(chuan)感器在電(dian)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)助(zhu)力(li)(li)轉(zhuan)向(xiang)(xiang)系(xi)(xi)(xi)統中的(de)(de)作用電(dian)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)助(zhu)力(li)(li)轉(zhuan)向(xiang)(xiang)系(xi)(xi)(xi)統可(ke)以稱之為EPS,它就(jiu)是一(yi)種直接依靠電(dian)機(ji)提(ti)供(gong)輔助(zhu)扭矩(ju)的(de)(de)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)力(li)(li)轉(zhuan)向(xiang)(xiang)系(xi)(xi)(xi)統。在整個(ge)系(xi)(xi)(xi)統中,扭矩(ju)傳(chuan)感器起(qi)到決定性(xing)作用。與傳(chuan)統的(de)(de)液壓助(zhu)力(li)(li)轉(zhuan)向(xiang)(xiang)系(xi)(xi)(xi)統不(bu)同的(de)(de)是電(dian)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)助(zhu)力(li)(li)轉(zhuan)向(xiang)(xiang)系(xi)(xi)(xi)統具有性(xing)能(neng)應用上更大(da)的(de)(de)優勢。它不(bu)光在需(xu)要轉(zhuan)向(xiang)(xiang)時才啟動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)電(dian)機(ji)產生助(zhu)力(li)(li),這(zhe)樣能(neng)大(da)大(da)的(de)(de)減少發(fa)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)機(ji)燃(ran)油消耗。電(dian)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)助(zhu)力(li)(li)能(neng)在各種行駛工(gong)況下(xia)提(ti)供(gong)最佳助(zhu)力(li)(li),減小由路面不(bu)平所(suo)引起(qi)電(dian)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)機(ji)的(de)(de)輸出轉(zhuan)矩(ju)通過傳(chuan)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)裝(zhuang)置的(de)(de)作用而助(zhu)力(li)(li)向(xiang)(xiang)系(xi)(xi)(xi)的(de)(de)擾動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong),改善汽車的(de)(de)轉(zhuan)向(xiang)(xiang)特性(xing),提(ti)高汽車的(de)(de)主動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)安(an)全性(xing)。和(he)液壓助(zhu)力(li)(li)相(xiang)比沒有液壓回路,調整和(he)檢測更容(rong)易(yi),裝(zhuang)配自動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)化程(cheng)度更高,且可(ke)通過設置不(bu)同的(de)(de)程(cheng)序(xu),快速以及不(bu)同車型匹配,縮短(duan)生產和(he)開發(fa)周期。
扭矩(ju)傳感器的(de)作用(yong)是測量(liang)動態扭矩(ju)和(he)靜態扭矩(ju),其檢測穩(wen)定性(xing)、抗干擾性(xing),以及精度都很(hen)好,每次使用(yong)不需要調整(zheng)為零。
607所(suo)使用的(de)動(dong)力系統,共(gong)計有2.2升(sheng)與(yu)3.0升(sheng)的(de)V6引(yin)擎(qing)設定,其中2.2升(sheng)引(yin)擎(qing)最高可(ke)輸出160hp,而(er)3.0升(sheng)V6引(yin)擎(qing)則可(ke)以輸出210hp的(de)強大力量(liang),加上一組4HP20自(zi)排變速箱后,607成為(wei)一部(bu)兼顧舒(shu)適(shi)乘坐性與(yu)豐富(fu)駕駛樂(le)趣的(de)標(biao)致旗艦目前,標(biao)致607為(wei)其所(suo)屬系列下的(de)最新車系。
