電(dian)(dian)動(dong)(dong)助(zhu)力(li)轉向(xiang)系統(tong)(tong)主要由(you)扭(niu)矩傳(chuan)感(gan)器(qi),車速(su)傳(chuan)感(gan)器(qi),電(dian)(dian)動(dong)(dong)機(ji),減速(su)機(ji)構與電(dian)(dian)子控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)單元(yuan)等組(zu)成。該系統(tong)(tong)通過扭(niu)矩傳(chuan)感(gan)器(qi)感(gan)知駕駛員在(zai)轉向(xiang)操作(zuo)時方向(xiang)盤產生的扭(niu)矩力(li)和轉向(xiang)角(jiao)度,就會把操控(kong)信(xin)息轉換成數字(zi)信(xin)號(hao)輸入(ru)到(dao)(dao)控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)單元(yuan),再經過控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)單元(yuan)對這些信(xin)號(hao)進行運算得到(dao)(dao)一個最佳(jia)的力(li)矩最后控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)驅(qu)使電(dian)(dian)動(dong)(dong)機(ji)工作(zuo)。以上(shang)就是整個電(dian)(dian)動(dong)(dong)助(zhu)力(li)系統(tong)(tong)構成和工作(zuo)的過程,不(bu)難(nan)看出扭(niu)矩傳(chuan)感(gan)器(qi)在(zai)電(dian)(dian)動(dong)(dong)助(zhu)力(li)系統(tong)(tong)中是最為重要的器(qi)件之一。
扭(niu)矩傳感器在電(dian)(dian)動(dong)(dong)助(zhu)(zhu)力(li)(li)(li)轉向(xiang)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)中(zhong)的(de)(de)作(zuo)用(yong)(yong)電(dian)(dian)動(dong)(dong)助(zhu)(zhu)力(li)(li)(li)轉向(xiang)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)可以稱之為EPS,它就是(shi)一種直接依靠電(dian)(dian)機(ji)提供(gong)輔助(zhu)(zhu)扭(niu)矩的(de)(de)動(dong)(dong)力(li)(li)(li)轉向(xiang)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)。在整個系(xi)(xi)統(tong)中(zhong),扭(niu)矩傳感器起(qi)到(dao)決定性(xing)作(zuo)用(yong)(yong)。與傳統(tong)的(de)(de)液(ye)(ye)壓助(zhu)(zhu)力(li)(li)(li)轉向(xiang)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)不(bu)(bu)同(tong)的(de)(de)是(shi)電(dian)(dian)動(dong)(dong)助(zhu)(zhu)力(li)(li)(li)轉向(xiang)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)具(ju)有(you)性(xing)能(neng)(neng)應(ying)用(yong)(yong)上更大(da)的(de)(de)優勢。它不(bu)(bu)光在需要轉向(xiang)時才啟動(dong)(dong)電(dian)(dian)機(ji)產生助(zhu)(zhu)力(li)(li)(li),這樣(yang)能(neng)(neng)大(da)大(da)的(de)(de)減少發(fa)動(dong)(dong)機(ji)燃油消(xiao)耗。電(dian)(dian)動(dong)(dong)助(zhu)(zhu)力(li)(li)(li)能(neng)(neng)在各(ge)種行駛工況(kuang)下提供(gong)最佳助(zhu)(zhu)力(li)(li)(li),減小由(you)路(lu)面不(bu)(bu)平(ping)所引起(qi)電(dian)(dian)動(dong)(dong)機(ji)的(de)(de)輸出轉矩通過傳動(dong)(dong)裝置的(de)(de)作(zuo)用(yong)(yong)而(er)助(zhu)(zhu)力(li)(li)(li)向(xiang)系(xi)(xi)的(de)(de)擾動(dong)(dong),改善汽(qi)車(che)(che)的(de)(de)轉向(xiang)特性(xing),提高汽(qi)車(che)(che)的(de)(de)主動(dong)(dong)安全(quan)性(xing)。和(he)液(ye)(ye)壓助(zhu)(zhu)力(li)(li)(li)相比沒有(you)液(ye)(ye)壓回路(lu),調整和(he)檢測(ce)更容(rong)易,裝配(pei)自(zi)動(dong)(dong)化程度更高,且可通過設置不(bu)(bu)同(tong)的(de)(de)程序,快速以及不(bu)(bu)同(tong)車(che)(che)型匹(pi)配(pei),縮短生產和(he)開發(fa)周期(qi)。
扭矩(ju)傳感(gan)器的作(zuo)用是測(ce)量動態扭矩(ju)和(he)靜態扭矩(ju),其檢測(ce)穩(wen)定性、抗干擾性,以及精度都很好,每次(ci)使用不需要調整(zheng)為零。
