電(dian)(dian)動(dong)(dong)助(zhu)力(li)(li)(li)轉(zhuan)向系統(tong)主要由(you)扭矩傳感(gan)器(qi),車速傳感(gan)器(qi),電(dian)(dian)動(dong)(dong)機,減速機構與(yu)電(dian)(dian)子控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)單元等組成(cheng)。該系統(tong)通(tong)過(guo)扭矩傳感(gan)器(qi)感(gan)知駕駛員(yuan)在(zai)轉(zhuan)向操作時方向盤產生的扭矩力(li)(li)(li)和轉(zhuan)向角度,就(jiu)會把操控(kong)信(xin)息(xi)轉(zhuan)換(huan)成(cheng)數字信(xin)號輸入到控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)單元,再經過(guo)控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)單元對這些(xie)信(xin)號進行運算(suan)得到一個最(zui)佳的力(li)(li)(li)矩最(zui)后控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)驅使電(dian)(dian)動(dong)(dong)機工(gong)作。以上就(jiu)是整個電(dian)(dian)動(dong)(dong)助(zhu)力(li)(li)(li)系統(tong)構成(cheng)和工(gong)作的過(guo)程,不(bu)難看(kan)出扭矩傳感(gan)器(qi)在(zai)電(dian)(dian)動(dong)(dong)助(zhu)力(li)(li)(li)系統(tong)中是最(zui)為(wei)重要的器(qi)件之一。

扭(niu)矩(ju)傳感器(qi)的作用是測(ce)量動態(tai)(tai)扭(niu)矩(ju)和靜態(tai)(tai)扭(niu)矩(ju),其檢測(ce)穩定性、抗干擾(rao)性,以及精度都(dou)很好,每次使用不需要調整為零。
