電動(dong)助力轉向系(xi)統(tong)主(zhu)要由扭矩(ju)(ju)傳(chuan)(chuan)感器,車速(su)傳(chuan)(chuan)感器,電動(dong)機(ji)(ji),減速(su)機(ji)(ji)構與電子控(kong)制單(dan)元等組成。該系(xi)統(tong)通過扭矩(ju)(ju)傳(chuan)(chuan)感器感知駕駛員在轉向操作時方向盤產生的扭矩(ju)(ju)力和轉向角度(du),就(jiu)(jiu)會把(ba)操控(kong)信(xin)息轉換成數(shu)字信(xin)號輸入到(dao)控(kong)制單(dan)元,再經過控(kong)制單(dan)元對這些(xie)信(xin)號進行運(yun)算得(de)到(dao)一個最(zui)佳的力矩(ju)(ju)最(zui)后控(kong)制驅(qu)使電動(dong)機(ji)(ji)工作。以上(shang)就(jiu)(jiu)是(shi)整個電動(dong)助力系(xi)統(tong)構成和工作的過程,不難看出扭矩(ju)(ju)傳(chuan)(chuan)感器在電動(dong)助力系(xi)統(tong)中(zhong)是(shi)最(zui)為重要的器件之一。

扭(niu)矩(ju)傳感器的作用是測(ce)量(liang)動(dong)態扭(niu)矩(ju)和靜態扭(niu)矩(ju),其檢(jian)測(ce)穩(wen)定性(xing)、抗干擾(rao)性(xing),以(yi)及精度都很(hen)好,每次使(shi)用不需要調整為零。
