在方(fang)向盤(pan)下邊(bian)的方(fang)向桿上找到助(zhu)力電機,電機上一般有一個小(xiao)鐵(tie)蓋護著的、帶(dai)四(si)根線(帶(dai)有一個插頭)的就是轉向助(zhu)力扭(niu)矩傳(chuan)感(gan)器(qi),拆下小(xiao)鐵(tie)蓋就能看到。
電(dian)動助(zhu)力轉(zhuan)向系(xi)統(tong)主要(yao)由(you)扭矩(ju)傳感(gan)器(qi),車速傳感(gan)器(qi),電(dian)動機(ji),減速機(ji)構與電(dian)子控(kong)制單元等組(zu)成。該系(xi)統(tong)通過扭矩(ju)傳感(gan)器(qi)感(gan)知駕駛(shi)員在轉(zhuan)向操(cao)作時方向盤產生的扭矩(ju)力和(he)轉(zhuan)向角(jiao)度,就會把(ba)操(cao)控(kong)信息轉(zhuan)換成數字信號輸入到(dao)控(kong)制單元,再經(jing)過控(kong)制單元對這些信號進(jin)行運算得到(dao)一(yi)個最佳的力矩(ju)最后控(kong)制驅使(shi)電(dian)動機(ji)工作。以上就是整個電(dian)動助(zhu)力系(xi)統(tong)構成和(he)工作的過程,不難看出扭矩(ju)傳感(gan)器(qi)在電(dian)動助(zhu)力系(xi)統(tong)中是最為重要(yao)的器(qi)件之一(yi)。

扭矩(ju)傳感(gan)器(qi)的作用是測量動態扭矩(ju)和(he)靜態扭矩(ju),其(qi)檢測穩定(ding)性、抗(kang)干擾(rao)性,以及(ji)精度(du)都(dou)很好,每次使用不(bu)需要調整為零。
