五檔同步器。車同步器的作用是使接合套與待嚙合的齒圈迅速同步,縮短換擋時間。防止接合套與待嚙合的齒圈在同步前嚙合而產生接合齒之間的沖擊,使換擋較為順當,減少換擋齒輪噪聲。

2、除(chu)了倒擋(dang)和(he)一(yi)(yi)檔(dang)外(wai),其(qi)他檔(dang)位均(jun)配(pei)置(zhi)同(tong)(tong)(tong)步(bu)(bu)(bu)器(qi)(qi):目前,在(zai)大(da)多(duo)數轎車和(he)大(da)貨車上,除(chu)了倒擋(dang)和(he)一(yi)(yi)檔(dang)外(wai),其(qi)他檔(dang)位均(jun)配(pei)置(zhi)同(tong)(tong)(tong)步(bu)(bu)(bu)器(qi)(qi),并且對同(tong)(tong)(tong)步(bu)(bu)(bu)器(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)要求是轉(zhuan)矩容量(liang)大(da),性(xing)能(neng)穩定,耐用(yong),具備良好(hao)的(de)(de)經濟(ji)性(xing)。一(yi)(yi)般而言(yan),大(da)多(duo)數汽車均(jun)配(pei)備慣(guan)(guan)性(xing)同(tong)(tong)(tong)步(bu)(bu)(bu)器(qi)(qi)。慣(guan)(guan)性(xing)式(shi)(shi)同(tong)(tong)(tong)步(bu)(bu)(bu)器(qi)(qi)能(neng)確保同(tong)(tong)(tong)步(bu)(bu)(bu)嚙(nie)合換擋(dang),性(xing)能(neng)穩定可(ke)靠。它可(ke)分為(wei)兩大(da)類:慣(guan)(guan)性(xing)鎖(suo)(suo)止(zhi)式(shi)(shi)同(tong)(tong)(tong)步(bu)(bu)(bu)器(qi)(qi)和(he)慣(guan)(guan)性(xing)增力式(shi)(shi)同(tong)(tong)(tong)步(bu)(bu)(bu)器(qi)(qi)。使用(yong)最廣泛的(de)(de)是鎖(suo)(suo)環(huan)式(shi)(shi),鎖(suo)(suo)銷式(shi)(shi)等慣(guan)(guan)性(xing)鎖(suo)(suo)止(zhi)式(shi)(shi)同(tong)(tong)(tong)步(bu)(bu)(bu)器(qi)(qi)。
手動變速箱的結(jie)構內部有一個非常重要(yao)(yao)的設備,那就是"同(tong)步(bu)器”。同(tong)步(bu)器的作用是很顯而易見(jian)的那就是換擋時候由于動力輸出端齒(chi)(chi)輪(lun)(lun)轉速要(yao)(yao)快于馬上要(yao)(yao)換入這個擋位的齒(chi)(chi)輪(lun)(lun),如果沒有同(tong)步(bu)器,把個慢速旋(xuan)(xuan)轉的齒(chi)(chi)輪(lun)(lun)強行塞入一個高速旋(xuan)(xuan)轉的齒(chi)(chi)輪(lun)(lun)中,肯定(ding)會發生打齒(chi)(chi)的現象。
同(tong)步(bu)器的作用(yong)就(jiu)是在換擋(dang)動(dong)作發生時,將(jiang)即將(jiang)換入(ru)擋(dang)位的齒輪轉速(su)提升至和輸出端齒輪速(su)度同(tong)步(bu)的狀態,這樣換擋(dang)時候就(jiu)不會存(cun)在打(da)齒現(xian)象了。
明白了打齒(chi)的現象發生,那為(wei)什么很多車正向行駛(shi)時候(hou)就(jiu)不存在(zai)打齒(chi),而一掛入倒擋就(jiu)打齒(chi),那是因(yin)為(wei)很多車型的倒擋是沒有安(an)裝倒擋同(tong)步(bu)器的,因(yin)為(wei)廠商的理念里(li),倒擋是需要完全停止再掛入并(bing)且使用的機會相對小了很多,所(suo)以出(chu)于簡化變(bian)速(su)(su)箱結(jie)構和節(jie)省成(cheng)本的目的,很多中低端(duan)手動(dong)變(bian)速(su)(su)箱的倒擋就(jiu)沒有安(an)裝倒擋同(tong)步(bu)器。
沒有安裝倒(dao)(dao)擋(dang)(dang)(dang)同(tong)步(bu)器(qi)(qi)的(de)手動變速箱就(jiu)會(hui)存在(zai)掛(gua)入倒(dao)(dao)擋(dang)(dang)(dang)打齒(chi)(chi)的(de)現象。當然(ran)了,這里也和(he)用(yong)戶(hu)使(shi)用(yong)習慣有非常大的(de)關系,因為倒(dao)(dao)擋(dang)(dang)(dang)本身不含(han)同(tong)步(bu)器(qi)(qi),需要(yao)完全把(ba)車輛(liang)停(ting)止(zhi),讓動力輸出(chu)端速度降低(di)到和(he)倒(dao)(dao)擋(dang)(dang)(dang)齒(chi)(chi)輪(這時候倒(dao)(dao)擋(dang)(dang)(dang)齒(chi)(chi)輪是(shi)靜(jing)止(zhi)的(de))之(zhi)間的(de)轉速差(cha)變小,這樣才能保證掛(gua)如倒(dao)(dao)擋(dang)(dang)(dang)比較平(ping)順(shun)且沒有打齒(chi)(chi)。很多用(yong)戶(hu)車末(mo)停(ting)穩就(jiu)著急立刻(ke)掛(gua)入倒(dao)(dao)擋(dang)(dang)(dang),自然(ran)會(hui)讓沒有同(tong)步(bu)器(qi)(qi)的(de)倒(dao)(dao)擋(dang)(dang)(dang)很受傷(shang),打齒(chi)(chi)就(jiu)會(hui)發生。
