減(jian)(jian)(jian)震(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)器(qi)(qi)(Absorber) ,減(jian)(jian)(jian)震(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)器(qi)(qi)主要用(yong)來抑制(zhi)彈(dan)(dan)簧(huang)(huang)吸(xi)(xi)震(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)后反彈(dan)(dan)時的(de)(de)(de)(de)震(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)蕩及來自(zi)路(lu)面(mian)(mian)的(de)(de)(de)(de)沖擊。在經過(guo)(guo)不平路(lu)面(mian)(mian)時,雖(sui)然吸(xi)(xi)震(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)彈(dan)(dan)簧(huang)(huang)可以過(guo)(guo)濾路(lu)面(mian)(mian)的(de)(de)(de)(de)震(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)動(dong),但彈(dan)(dan)簧(huang)(huang)自(zi)身還會有往復運動(dong),而(er)減(jian)(jian)(jian)震(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)器(qi)(qi)就是用(yong)來抑制(zhi)這種彈(dan)(dan)簧(huang)(huang)跳(tiao)躍的(de)(de)(de)(de)。減(jian)(jian)(jian)震(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)器(qi)(qi)太(tai)軟(ruan),車身就會上下(xia)跳(tiao)躍,減(jian)(jian)(jian)震(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)器(qi)(qi)太(tai)硬(ying)就會帶來太(tai)大的(de)(de)(de)(de)阻力,妨礙彈(dan)(dan)簧(huang)(huang)正(zheng)常工作。在關于(yu)懸掛系統的(de)(de)(de)(de)改(gai)裝過(guo)(guo)程(cheng)中,硬(ying)的(de)(de)(de)(de)減(jian)(jian)(jian)震(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)器(qi)(qi)要與硬(ying)的(de)(de)(de)(de)彈(dan)(dan)簧(huang)(huang)相搭配(pei),而(er)彈(dan)(dan)簧(huang)(huang)的(de)(de)(de)(de)硬(ying)度(du)又與車重息息相關,因此較重的(de)(de)(de)(de)車一(yi)般采用(yong)較硬(ying)的(de)(de)(de)(de)減(jian)(jian)(jian)震(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)器(qi)(qi)。與引震(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)曲(qu)(qu)軸(zhou)相接的(de)(de)(de)(de)裝置,用(yong)來抗衡曲(qu)(qu)軸(zhou)的(de)(de)(de)(de)扭(niu)轉震(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)動(dong)(即曲(qu)(qu)軸(zhou)受汽缸(gang)點火(huo)的(de)(de)(de)(de)沖擊力而(er)扭(niu)動(dong)的(de)(de)(de)(de)現(xian)象)。
懸架(jia)(jia)系統(tong)中由于彈(dan)性元件受沖擊產生震(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)動(dong)(dong)(dong),為改善汽(qi)車行駛平順性,懸架(jia)(jia)中與(yu)彈(dan)性元件并(bing)聯安裝減震(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)器(qi),為衰減震(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)動(dong)(dong)(dong),汽(qi)車懸架(jia)(jia)系統(tong)中采用減震(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)器(qi)多是(shi)液(ye)(ye)力(li)減震(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)器(qi),其(qi)工作原理是(shi)當車架(jia)(jia)(或車身)和車橋(qiao)(qiao)間震(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)動(dong)(dong)(dong)而(er)出現相(xiang)對運動(dong)(dong)(dong)時(shi),減震(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)器(qi)內(nei)的活塞(sai)上下移動(dong)(dong)(dong),減震(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)器(qi)腔(qiang)內(nei)的油(you)(you)液(ye)(ye)便反復地從一個腔(qiang)經過(guo)不(bu)同的孔隙流(liu)入(ru)另一個腔(qiang)內(nei)。此(ci)時(shi)孔壁(bi)與(yu)油(you)(you)液(ye)(ye)間的摩擦和油(you)(you)液(ye)(ye)分子間的內(nei)摩擦對震(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)動(dong)(dong)(dong)形成阻(zu)尼力(li),使(shi)汽(qi)車震(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)動(dong)(dong)(dong)能(neng)量轉化為油(you)(you)液(ye)(ye)熱能(neng),再由減震(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)器(qi)吸收散發到大氣中。在油(you)(you)液(ye)(ye)通道截面和等因素(su)不(bu)變時(shi),阻(zu)尼力(li)隨車架(jia)(jia)與(yu)車橋(qiao)(qiao)(或車輪(lun))之間的相(xiang)對運動(dong)(dong)(dong)速度(du)增減,并(bing)與(yu)油(you)(you)液(ye)(ye)粘度(du)有(you)關[1] 。
減(jian)震器(qi)與彈性元(yuan)件承擔(dan)著緩(huan)沖(chong)擊和(he)減(jian)震的任務(wu),阻尼力過(guo)大,將使懸架彈性變(bian)壞(huai)(huai),甚(shen)至(zhi)使減(jian)震器(qi)連(lian)接(jie)件損壞(huai)(huai)。因而要調節(jie)彈性元(yuan)件和(he)減(jian)震器(qi)這一矛(mao)盾。
(1) 在壓縮行程(cheng)(車(che)橋(qiao)和車(che)架(jia)相互靠近(jin)),減震器阻尼力(li)較小,以便(bian)充分發(fa)揮彈性元(yuan)件的彈性作用,緩和沖擊。這時,彈性元(yuan)件起主要(yao)作用。
(2) 在(zai)懸架伸張行程中(車橋(qiao)和車架相互(hu)遠離),減震器阻尼(ni)力應大,迅速減震。
(3) 當車(che)(che)橋(qiao)(或車(che)(che)輪)與車(che)(che)橋(qiao)間的相對速度(du)過(guo)大(da)(da)時,要求(qiu)減震器能(neng)自動加大(da)(da)液(ye)流量,使阻尼力始終(zhong)保持在一定限(xian)度(du)之內,以避免承受過(guo)大(da)(da)的沖擊載(zai)荷(he)。
在(zai)汽車懸架系統中廣泛采用(yong)(yong)的是筒式(shi)(shi)減(jian)(jian)震(zhen)(zhen)器(qi),且在(zai)壓縮和(he)伸(shen)張行程中均能起減(jian)(jian)震(zhen)(zhen)作用(yong)(yong)叫雙向(xiang)作用(yong)(yong)式(shi)(shi)減(jian)(jian)震(zhen)(zhen)器(qi),還有采用(yong)(yong)新式(shi)(shi)減(jian)(jian)震(zhen)(zhen)器(qi),它包括(kuo)充氣(qi)式(shi)(shi)減(jian)(jian)震(zhen)(zhen)器(qi)和(he)阻(zu)力可調式(shi)(shi)減(jian)(jian)震(zhen)(zhen)器(qi)。
汽車(che)減(jian)振(zhen)器的安裝方法如(ru)下:
1、將車(che)輛(liang)駛入工位(wei),正(zheng)確停(ting)放。將舉升機支撐(cheng)座伸入車(che)輛(liang)底部,確保支撐(cheng)座和車(che)輛(liang)車(che)身(shen)支撐(cheng)點良(liang)好接觸。取下接雨板、雨刷器(qi),拆(chai)卸輪胎,拆(chai)卸下來的輪胎平(ping)穩(wen)的放在地(di)上(shang),外側朝上(shang),將輪胎螺(luo)絲(si)放在工具(ju)車(che)上(shang);
2、逐步(bu)拆(chai)(chai)卸連接桿(gan)的螺絲(si)(si),剎車油管螺絲(si)(si),剎車ABS線(xian)。螺絲(si)(si)拆(chai)(chai)卸后整理好放在(zai)工(gong)具車上(shang)(注(zhu)意(yi)(yi):小心(xin)拆(chai)(chai)卸油管和ABS線(xian)不(bu)要損(sun)(sun)壞)半軸螺帽取下(xia)(xia),拆(chai)(chai)下(xia)(xia)自動系統。(注(zhu)意(yi)(yi):合理固定卡鉗,不(bu)要損(sun)(sun)壞油管。)拆(chai)(chai)下(xia)(xia)方(fang)向拉桿(gan)(注(zhu)意(yi)(yi):用專用工(gong)具取下(xia)(xia)球頭(tou))拆(chai)(chai)下(xia)(xia)車身高(gao)度傳感器(qi)(注(zhu)意(yi)(yi):小心(xin)拆(chai)(chai)下(xia)(xia),不(bu)要損(sun)(sun)壞)拆(chai)(chai)下(xia)(xia)下(xia)(xia)控制(zhi)臂(bei)球頭(tou)取下(xia)(xia)上(shang)座(zuo)連接螺栓,將(jiang)減(jian)震器(qi)總成及轉向節(jie)總成一并拿出。(注(zhu)意(yi)(yi):需(xu)兩(liang)人配合操作,避免更(geng)換(huan)相關部件損(sun)(sun)壞);
3、原(yuan)車減(jian)(jian)震器總(zong)(zong)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)已拆(chai)卸完成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng),開始更換新(xin)的減(jian)(jian)震器總(zong)(zong)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)。取出新(xin)的減(jian)(jian)震器總(zong)(zong)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng),對比新(xin)舊無誤后方能(neng)安裝。將(jiang)新(xin)的減(jian)(jian)震器總(zong)(zong)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)安裝在轉向節總(zong)(zong)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)上,將(jiang)減(jian)(jian)震器總(zong)(zong)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)及轉向節總(zong)(zong)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)一同裝配回(hui)車輛。把ABS線、油(you)管(guan)、拉桿(gan)球(qiu)頭恢(hui)復原(yuan)位。將(jiang)自(zi)動系(xi)統全部復原(yuan),仔細檢查油(you)管(guan)及其(qi)他線路(lu)有無干涉。將(jiang)車胎(tai)裝配回(hui)車(注意:仔細擰緊(jin)輪胎(tai)螺栓)依次將(jiang)接雨(yu)板、雨(yu)刷器裝配回(hui)原(yuan)車。(注意:安裝完成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)之后,要記得(de)調(diao)試雨(yu)刷器)安裝完畢,進行路(lu)試
