空(kong)(kong)(kong)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)壓(ya)(ya)縮機(ji)(ji)工作原理(li):空(kong)(kong)(kong)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)壓(ya)(ya)縮機(ji)(ji)是(shi)一種用(yong)以壓(ya)(ya)縮氣(qi)(qi)(qi)體的(de)(de)設(she)備(bei)(bei)。空(kong)(kong)(kong)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)壓(ya)(ya)縮機(ji)(ji)與水(shui)泵(beng)構造(zao)類(lei)似。大多數空(kong)(kong)(kong)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)壓(ya)(ya)縮機(ji)(ji)是(shi)往(wang)復(fu)活塞式,旋轉(zhuan)葉片或旋轉(zhuan)螺(luo)桿。離(li)心(xin)式壓(ya)(ya)縮機(ji)(ji)是(shi)非常大的(de)(de)應用(yong)程序(xu)。由電(dian)動(dong)(dong)(dong)機(ji)(ji)直(zhi)接驅(qu)動(dong)(dong)(dong)壓(ya)(ya)縮機(ji)(ji),使曲軸(zhou)產生旋轉(zhuan)運動(dong)(dong)(dong),帶(dai)動(dong)(dong)(dong)連桿使活塞產生往(wang)復(fu)運動(dong)(dong)(dong),引起(qi)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)缸容積(ji)變化(hua)。由于(yu)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)缸內(nei)壓(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)(li)的(de)(de)變化(hua),通過(guo)進(jin)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)閥(fa)(fa)使空(kong)(kong)(kong)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)經過(guo)空(kong)(kong)(kong)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)濾清器(qi)(消聲器(qi))進(jin)入(ru)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)缸,在壓(ya)(ya)縮行程中,由于(yu)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)缸容積(ji)的(de)(de)縮小,壓(ya)(ya)縮空(kong)(kong)(kong)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)經過(guo)排(pai)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)閥(fa)(fa)的(de)(de)作用(yong),經排(pai)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)管,單向閥(fa)(fa)(止(zhi)回閥(fa)(fa))進(jin)入(ru)儲氣(qi)(qi)(qi)罐,當(dang)排(pai)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)壓(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)(li)達到額定壓(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)(li)0.7MPa時(shi)(shi)由壓(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)(li)開關控制而自動(dong)(dong)(dong)停機(ji)(ji)。當(dang)儲氣(qi)(qi)(qi)罐壓(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)(li)降至0.5--0.6MPa時(shi)(shi)壓(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)(li)開關自動(dong)(dong)(dong)聯(lian)接啟動(dong)(dong)(dong)。而空(kong)(kong)(kong)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)壓(ya)(ya)縮機(ji)(ji)就是(shi)提供氣(qi)(qi)(qi)源動(dong)(dong)(dong)力(li)(li)(li),是(shi)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)系統的(de)(de)核心(xin)設(she)備(bei)(bei),機(ji)(ji)電(dian)引氣(qi)(qi)(qi)源裝(zhuang)置中的(de)(de)主體,它是(shi)將原動(dong)(dong)(dong)(通常是(shi)電(dian)動(dong)(dong)(dong)機(ji)(ji)或柴油機(ji)(ji))的(de)(de)機(ji)(ji)械能轉(zhuan)換成氣(qi)(qi)(qi)體壓(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)(li)能的(de)(de)裝(zhuang)置,是(shi)壓(ya)(ya)縮空(kong)(kong)(kong)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)壓(ya)(ya)發(fa)生裝(zhuang)置。

空(kong)氣壓(ya)縮機(ji)的作(zuo)用:
1、壓縮氣體作為動力,空(kong)氣經過壓縮后(hou)可以(yi)作為動力用,機(ji)械與風動工具以(yi)及控制儀表(biao)與自(zi)動化裝置;
2、壓縮氣(qi)體(ti)用于制冷和氣(qi)體(ti)分離,氣(qi)體(ti)經壓縮、冷卻、膨脹(zhang)而液化,用于人工制冷;
3、壓(ya)(ya)縮氣(qi)體用于(yu)合(he)成(cheng)及聚(ju)合(he)在化學工業(ye)中,某些氣(qi)體經壓(ya)(ya)縮機(ji)提高壓(ya)(ya)力后有利丁合(he)成(cheng)及聚(ju)合(he),如氛與(yu)(yu)氫(qing)合(he)成(cheng)氦,氫(qing)與(yu)(yu)二(er)氧(yang)化碳合(he)成(cheng)甲醇,二(er)氧(yang)化碳與(yu)(yu)氨合(he)成(cheng)尿素,又加高壓(ya)(ya)下生(sheng)產聚(ju)乙(yi)烯;4、氣(qi)體輸送(song)壓(ya)(ya)縮機(ji)還用于(yu)氣(qi)體的管道輸送(song)和(he)裝瓶(ping),如遠程煤氣(qi)和(he)天然氣(qi)的輸送(song),氯氣(qi)和(he)二(er)氧(yang)化碳的裝瓶(ping)。
