空(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)氣(qi)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)縮(suo)(suo)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)工作原(yuan)理(li):空(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)氣(qi)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)縮(suo)(suo)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)是(shi)(shi)一種用以(yi)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)縮(suo)(suo)氣(qi)體(ti)的設(she)備。空(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)氣(qi)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)縮(suo)(suo)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)與水泵(beng)構(gou)造類似。大多數空(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)氣(qi)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)縮(suo)(suo)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)是(shi)(shi)往復活(huo)塞(sai)式(shi),旋(xuan)轉(zhuan)葉片或旋(xuan)轉(zhuan)螺桿。離心(xin)式(shi)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)縮(suo)(suo)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)是(shi)(shi)非(fei)常大的應用程序。由(you)電(dian)動(dong)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)直接驅動(dong)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)縮(suo)(suo)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji),使(shi)曲軸產生(sheng)旋(xuan)轉(zhuan)運(yun)動(dong),帶動(dong)連桿使(shi)活(huo)塞(sai)產生(sheng)往復運(yun)動(dong),引(yin)起氣(qi)缸(gang)容積變(bian)化。由(you)于氣(qi)缸(gang)內壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)的變(bian)化,通過(guo)進氣(qi)閥使(shi)空(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)氣(qi)經(jing)過(guo)空(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)氣(qi)濾清器(消(xiao)聲器)進入(ru)氣(qi)缸(gang),在(zai)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)縮(suo)(suo)行程中,由(you)于氣(qi)缸(gang)容積的縮(suo)(suo)小(xiao),壓(ya)(ya)(ya)縮(suo)(suo)空(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)氣(qi)經(jing)過(guo)排氣(qi)閥的作用,經(jing)排氣(qi)管,單向(xiang)閥(止(zhi)回(hui)閥)進入(ru)儲氣(qi)罐,當排氣(qi)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)達到(dao)額定壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)0.7MPa時由(you)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)開關(guan)控制而(er)自動(dong)停機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)。當儲氣(qi)罐壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)降至(zhi)0.5--0.6MPa時壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)開關(guan)自動(dong)聯接啟動(dong)。而(er)空(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)氣(qi)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)縮(suo)(suo)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)就(jiu)是(shi)(shi)提供(gong)氣(qi)源(yuan)動(dong)力(li)(li),是(shi)(shi)氣(qi)動(dong)系(xi)統(tong)的核心(xin)設(she)備,機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)電(dian)引(yin)氣(qi)源(yuan)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)置(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)中的主體(ti),它是(shi)(shi)將原(yuan)動(dong)(通常是(shi)(shi)電(dian)動(dong)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)或柴油(you)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji))的機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)械能(neng)轉(zhuan)換成氣(qi)體(ti)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)能(neng)的裝(zhuang)(zhuang)置(zhi)(zhi)(zhi),是(shi)(shi)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)縮(suo)(suo)空(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)氣(qi)的氣(qi)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)發生(sheng)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)置(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)。

空氣壓縮機(ji)的作用:
1、壓(ya)縮氣體(ti)作(zuo)為(wei)動(dong)(dong)力(li),空氣經過壓(ya)縮后可以作(zuo)為(wei)動(dong)(dong)力(li)用(yong),機械與風動(dong)(dong)工具以及控制儀表與自(zi)動(dong)(dong)化裝置;
2、壓(ya)(ya)縮(suo)氣體用于制冷和氣體分(fen)離,氣體經壓(ya)(ya)縮(suo)、冷卻、膨脹而(er)液化(hua),用于人工(gong)制冷;
3、壓(ya)(ya)縮氣(qi)體(ti)用(yong)(yong)于(yu)(yu)合成及聚合在化(hua)學(xue)工業中,某(mou)些氣(qi)體(ti)經壓(ya)(ya)縮機提高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)力(li)后有利丁(ding)合成及聚合,如氛與(yu)(yu)氫合成氦,氫與(yu)(yu)二(er)氧化(hua)碳(tan)合成甲醇,二(er)氧化(hua)碳(tan)與(yu)(yu)氨合成尿素,又(you)加(jia)高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)下生產聚乙烯;4、氣(qi)體(ti)輸送(song)壓(ya)(ya)縮機還用(yong)(yong)于(yu)(yu)氣(qi)體(ti)的管道輸送(song)和裝瓶,如遠程煤氣(qi)和天然氣(qi)的輸送(song),氯氣(qi)和二(er)氧化(hua)碳(tan)的裝瓶。
