空(kong)氣(qi)(qi)壓(ya)(ya)縮(suo)(suo)機(ji)(ji)工作(zuo)原理(li):空(kong)氣(qi)(qi)壓(ya)(ya)縮(suo)(suo)機(ji)(ji)是(shi)一種用(yong)以壓(ya)(ya)縮(suo)(suo)氣(qi)(qi)體(ti)的(de)設(she)備(bei)(bei)。空(kong)氣(qi)(qi)壓(ya)(ya)縮(suo)(suo)機(ji)(ji)與(yu)水泵構(gou)造類似。大(da)多(duo)數(shu)空(kong)氣(qi)(qi)壓(ya)(ya)縮(suo)(suo)機(ji)(ji)是(shi)往(wang)復活塞式(shi),旋轉(zhuan)(zhuan)葉(xie)片或旋轉(zhuan)(zhuan)螺桿。離(li)心式(shi)壓(ya)(ya)縮(suo)(suo)機(ji)(ji)是(shi)非常大(da)的(de)應用(yong)程(cheng)序。由電動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)機(ji)(ji)直接驅(qu)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)壓(ya)(ya)縮(suo)(suo)機(ji)(ji),使曲軸(zhou)產生旋轉(zhuan)(zhuan)運動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong),帶動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)連桿使活塞產生往(wang)復運動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong),引起氣(qi)(qi)缸容積變(bian)化(hua)。由于(yu)氣(qi)(qi)缸內壓(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)的(de)變(bian)化(hua),通過(guo)(guo)進(jin)氣(qi)(qi)閥使空(kong)氣(qi)(qi)經過(guo)(guo)空(kong)氣(qi)(qi)濾(lv)清(qing)器(消聲器)進(jin)入氣(qi)(qi)缸,在壓(ya)(ya)縮(suo)(suo)行程(cheng)中,由于(yu)氣(qi)(qi)缸容積的(de)縮(suo)(suo)小(xiao),壓(ya)(ya)縮(suo)(suo)空(kong)氣(qi)(qi)經過(guo)(guo)排(pai)氣(qi)(qi)閥的(de)作(zuo)用(yong),經排(pai)氣(qi)(qi)管,單向(xiang)閥(止(zhi)回(hui)閥)進(jin)入儲(chu)氣(qi)(qi)罐(guan),當(dang)排(pai)氣(qi)(qi)壓(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)達到額(e)定壓(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)0.7MPa時由壓(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)開關控制而自動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)停機(ji)(ji)。當(dang)儲(chu)氣(qi)(qi)罐(guan)壓(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)降至0.5--0.6MPa時壓(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)開關自動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)聯接啟(qi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)。而空(kong)氣(qi)(qi)壓(ya)(ya)縮(suo)(suo)機(ji)(ji)就是(shi)提供氣(qi)(qi)源動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)力(li)(li),是(shi)氣(qi)(qi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)系(xi)統的(de)核心設(she)備(bei)(bei),機(ji)(ji)電引氣(qi)(qi)源裝置(zhi)中的(de)主體(ti),它(ta)是(shi)將原動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(通常是(shi)電動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)機(ji)(ji)或柴(chai)油(you)機(ji)(ji))的(de)機(ji)(ji)械能(neng)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)換成氣(qi)(qi)體(ti)壓(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)能(neng)的(de)裝置(zhi),是(shi)壓(ya)(ya)縮(suo)(suo)空(kong)氣(qi)(qi)的(de)氣(qi)(qi)壓(ya)(ya)發生裝置(zhi)。

空氣壓縮機的作用:
1、壓(ya)縮氣體作為動(dong)力(li)(li),空氣經過壓(ya)縮后可(ke)以(yi)作為動(dong)力(li)(li)用,機械與風動(dong)工具以(yi)及控(kong)制儀表(biao)與自(zi)動(dong)化裝置(zhi);
2、壓(ya)縮氣(qi)體(ti)用(yong)于(yu)制冷(leng)和氣(qi)體(ti)分離,氣(qi)體(ti)經(jing)壓(ya)縮、冷(leng)卻(que)、膨脹而液化,用(yong)于(yu)人工制冷(leng);
3、壓(ya)縮(suo)氣(qi)體(ti)用(yong)于(yu)合成(cheng)及(ji)聚合在化(hua)(hua)學(xue)工業(ye)中,某些氣(qi)體(ti)經壓(ya)縮(suo)機提高(gao)壓(ya)力后有利丁(ding)合成(cheng)及(ji)聚合,如氛與(yu)(yu)氫合成(cheng)氦,氫與(yu)(yu)二(er)氧(yang)化(hua)(hua)碳合成(cheng)甲醇,二(er)氧(yang)化(hua)(hua)碳與(yu)(yu)氨合成(cheng)尿(niao)素,又加高(gao)壓(ya)下生(sheng)產聚乙烯(xi);4、氣(qi)體(ti)輸(shu)(shu)(shu)送壓(ya)縮(suo)機還(huan)用(yong)于(yu)氣(qi)體(ti)的(de)管道輸(shu)(shu)(shu)送和(he)(he)裝瓶,如遠程(cheng)煤氣(qi)和(he)(he)天然氣(qi)的(de)輸(shu)(shu)(shu)送,氯(lv)氣(qi)和(he)(he)二(er)氧(yang)化(hua)(hua)碳的(de)裝瓶。
