轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)機總成即轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi),又名轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)機、方向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)機,它是轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)系中最重要的(de)部件(jian)。它的(de)作(zuo)用是:增大轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)盤(pan)傳到轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)傳動(dong)(dong)(dong)機構的(de)力(li)和(he)改(gai)變(bian)力(li)的(de)傳遞方向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)。轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)的(de)操縱是全(quan)液(ye)(ye)(ye)壓(ya)式(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi),也(ye)就是說在轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)柱和(he)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)輪(lun)之間沒有(you)機械連(lian)接,在轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)與轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)油(you)(you)(you)缸(gang)之間是液(ye)(ye)(ye)壓(ya)管或軟管鏈(lian)接。當轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)動(dong)(dong)(dong)方向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)盤(pan),轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)根(gen)據方向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)盤(pan)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)動(dong)(dong)(dong)比例(li)輸送相對的(de)油(you)(you)(you)量,該(gai)油(you)(you)(you)量直(zhi)接流到操縱缸(gang)相應一(yi)側,同時另一(yi)側的(de)油(you)(you)(you)量回到油(you)(you)(you)箱。轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)按結構形(xing)式(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)可(ke)(ke)分為:有(you)齒輪(lun)齒條式(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)、蝸桿曲(qu)柄(bing)指銷式(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)、循環球(qiu)-齒條齒扇式(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)、循環球(qiu)曲(qu)柄(bing)指銷式(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)、蝸桿滾(gun)輪(lun)式(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)等(deng)。按照助(zhu)(zhu)力(li)形(xing)式(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)又可(ke)(ke)以分:為機械式(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(無助(zhu)(zhu)力(li))轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi),和(he)動(dong)(dong)(dong)力(li)式(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(有(you)助(zhu)(zhu)力(li))轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)兩種(zhong),其中動(dong)(dong)(dong)力(li)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)又可(ke)(ke)以分為氣(qi)壓(ya)動(dong)(dong)(dong)力(li)式(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)、液(ye)(ye)(ye)壓(ya)動(dong)(dong)(dong)力(li)式(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)、電動(dong)(dong)(dong)助(zhu)(zhu)力(li)式(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)、電液(ye)(ye)(ye)助(zhu)(zhu)力(li)式(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)等(deng)種(zhong)類。
第一(yi)(yi)步:我們拿到(dao)方向(xiang)機(ji)以后(hou)居(ju)中(zhong)方向(xiang)機(ji),怎么居(ju)中(zhong)呢,把方向(xiang)機(ji)轉(zhuan)到(dao)任何一(yi)(yi)側(ce)的盡頭(tou),就是打死方向(xiang)機(ji),做好一(yi)(yi)個幾(ji)號,一(yi)(yi)圈(quan)(quan)圈(quan)(quan)的打到(dao)另(ling)外一(yi)(yi)側(ce),數下(xia)有幾(ji)圈(quan)(quan),如果是3圈(quan)(quan),左右2變(bian)就是哥1.5圈(quan)(quan),這樣(yang)就很好居(ju)中(zhong)了
第二步(bu):把方向(xiang)機固(gu)定到車的底盤安裝位(wei)并固(gu)定好螺絲(si),根據左右(you)(you)2邊(bian)的制動轂(就是安裝輪胎(tai)的那個東西),調整(zheng)好方向(xiang)機外球頭的大致位(wei)置,內球頭擰(ning)進到外球頭深度到正(zheng)常位(wei)置左右(you)(you),并保(bao)持(chi)2邊(bian)的螺絲(si)牙(ya)深度保(bao)持(chi)一致,并固(gu)定到剎車盤下面的下球頭上鎖緊螺絲(si)。
第三(san)步:安(an)裝好2側輪胎,用卷尺,測量好2個前輪前面(mian)部位和后面(mian)的2側輪胎的距離保持一(yi)致,(看下面(mian)的圖片)
第四(si)步:確定好方向盤居(ju)中(zhong)的位置,套上(shang)十字節(jie),鎖緊(jin)螺(luo)絲。
第五步:在路上跑(pao)一(yi)圈,確定下十字節的(de)位置,如果(guo)有偏差,在做簡(jian)單調(diao)(diao)整,直到(dao)基本居中為止,如果(guo)你是車主,看(kan)到(dao)這里,一(yi)定叫修(xiu)理(li)廠調(diao)(diao)整到(dao)位,修(xiu)理(li)工嫌麻(ma)煩,你不(bu)能嫌麻(ma)煩,因為最后一(yi)步四輪定位只(zhi)能做簡(jian)單的(de)前速的(de)調(diao)(diao)整。
第六步,找個專業店子(zi),四輪定(ding)位。
