電液控(kong)制模塊總成,電液控(kong)制,是(shi)指在(zai)液壓傳動與控(kong)制中,能夠接受模擬式或數(shu)字式信號,使輸(shu)出的(de)流量(liang)或壓力邊續成比例地受到控(kong)制的(de)一種控(kong)制方法。 電液控(kong)制模塊是(shi)控(kong)制變速器換擋而不是(shi)手動換擋的(de)執行(xing)單元。

1、電(dian)(dian)(dian)液控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)的(de)(de)(de)組(zu)成:電(dian)(dian)(dian)液模(mo)塊(kuai)中電(dian)(dian)(dian)液控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)的(de)(de)(de)組(zu)成元(yuan)(yuan)件(jian)(jian)(jian)有(you)指令(ling)元(yuan)(yuan)件(jian)(jian)(jian)、比(bi)(bi)(bi)較元(yuan)(yuan)件(jian)(jian)(jian)、電(dian)(dian)(dian)控(kong)(kong)器(qi)、比(bi)(bi)(bi)例(li)閥、液壓執行(xing)器(qi)等。指令(ling)元(yuan)(yuan)件(jian)(jian)(jian)是給(gei)定控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)信(xin)(xin)號(hao)(hao)的(de)(de)(de)產生與輸入的(de)(de)(de)元(yuan)(yuan)件(jian)(jian)(jian)。也可稱(cheng)為編程器(qi)或輸入電(dian)(dian)(dian)路。在有(you)反(fan)(fan)饋信(xin)(xin)號(hao)(hao)存在情況下它給(gei)出與反(fan)(fan)饋信(xin)(xin)號(hao)(hao)有(you)相同形(xing)式(shi)和量級的(de)(de)(de)控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)信(xin)(xin)號(hao)(hao)。比(bi)(bi)(bi)較元(yuan)(yuan)件(jian)(jian)(jian)的(de)(de)(de)功(gong)用是把給(gei)定輸入與反(fan)(fan)饋信(xin)(xin)號(hao)(hao)進行(xing)比(bi)(bi)(bi)較得(de)出偏(pian)差(cha)信(xin)(xin)號(hao)(hao)作為電(dian)(dian)(dian)控(kong)(kong)器(qi)的(de)(de)(de)輸入。電(dian)(dian)(dian)控(kong)(kong)器(qi)通常(chang)被(bei)稱(cheng)作比(bi)(bi)(bi)例(li)放(fang)大器(qi)由于(yu)含在比(bi)(bi)(bi)例(li)閥內的(de)(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)磁鐵需要的(de)(de)(de)控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)較大而(er)偏(pian)差(cha)控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)較小不足以推動(dong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)磁鐵工作。所以要對控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)信(xin)(xin)號(hao)(hao)進行(xing)功(gong)率放(fang)大。
2、電(dian)液(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)的(de)工(gong)作原理:電(dian)液(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)是(shi)指在液(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)壓(ya)(ya)傳動與(yu)控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)中能夠接受(shou)(shou)模擬(ni)式或數字式信(xin)號使輸(shu)出的(de)流(liu)量或壓(ya)(ya)力持(chi)續成(cheng)比例地受(shou)(shou)到控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)的(de)一(yi)種(zhong)控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)方(fang)法(fa)。電(dian)液(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)比例閥(fa)是(shi)介于開關型的(de)液(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)壓(ya)(ya)閥(fa)與(yu)伺服閥(fa)之(zhi)間的(de)一(yi)種(zhong)液(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)壓(ya)(ya)元件。與(yu)電(dian)液(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)伺服閥(fa)相比其優點是(shi)價廉、抗污(wu)染能力強。除去在控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)精度及應(ying)快速性方(fang)面(mian)還(huan)不如伺服閥(fa)外其它(ta)方(fang)面(mian)的(de)性能和控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)水平與(yu)伺服閥(fa)的(de)相當。因此電(dian)液(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)系統被廣泛應(ying)用于電(dian)液(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)模塊。
