后橋是指連接兩個后輪的一個橋,向后驅動車的后橋稱之為驅動橋,不是后驅車的后橋稱之為支撐橋
后懸架總成 往往出現在乘用車中,一般由彈簧、減震器、連接桿、等組成的起到傳遞和支撐輪胎和車身的之間的激勵的部件。
一般分為三種 獨立懸架(連桿式的)、半獨立懸架(扭力梁式)、非獨立懸架(橋或者軸式的)。后橋是指連接兩個后輪的一個橋,向后驅動車的后橋稱之為驅動橋,不是后驅車的后橋稱之為支撐橋,
后懸架總成是指用來支撐車輛后部車身的,一般為獨立懸架
1、將橋殼(ke)下部(bu)的放(fang)油(you)螺(luo)塞(sai)擰(ning)下,放(fang)出(chu)橋殼(ke)的潤滑油(you);拆下主動(dong)錐齒輪(lun)凸(tu)緣與傳動(dong)軸的連接螺(luo)栓;
2、半(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)軸(zhou)的拆卸。拆卸前,應將(jiang)(jiang)前輪(lun)(lun)用掩(yan)木掩(yan)住(zhu),松開駐車(che)制動(dong)器(qi)。拆卸時,松開并擰下(xia)全部(bu)半(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)軸(zhou)緊固(gu)螺母及墊圈;用銅錘輕輕打擊(ji)半(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)軸(zhou)尾部(bu)中央2至3下(xia),使半(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)軸(zhou)法(fa)蘭面與輪(lun)(lun)轂連接面分離后,用手(shou)(shou)拉半(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)軸(zhou)法(fa)蘭,即(ji)可將(jiang)(jiang)半(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)軸(zhou)抽出。注意在半(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)軸(zhou)花鍵部(bu)分即(ji)將(jiang)(jiang)通(tong)過油封時,要(yao)用手(shou)(shou)托住(zhu)半(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)軸(zhou)桿部(bu),并緩緩轉(zhuan)動(dong)半(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)軸(zhou),使半(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)軸(zhou)并行(xing)移出,不(bu)致(zhi)將(jiang)(jiang)半(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)軸(zhou)油封損壞,也(ye)預(yu)防半(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)軸(zhou)掉地扎傷人(ren);
3、主減(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)速(su)器(qi)(qi)總(zong)(zong)成的拆卸(xie):卸(xie)下(xia)(xia)后(hou)制動(dong)軟管(guan)與三通接頭;用小車(che),將(jiang)減(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)速(su)器(qi)(qi)殼(ke)支承好(hao),拆下(xia)(xia)減(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)速(su)器(qi)(qi)殼(ke)與后(hou)橋(qiao)連接的12個(ge)螺(luo)栓(shuan),將(jiang)減(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)速(su)器(qi)(qi)總(zong)(zong)成從橋(qiao)殼(ke)上取下(xia)(xia);斷(duan)開制動(dong)氣(qi)(qi)室(shi)軟管(guan)、管(guan)路之(zhi)間的連接,拆下(xia)(xia)制動(dong)氣(qi)(qi)室(shi),拆下(xia)(xia)調(diao)整臂總(zong)(zong)成;
4、拆(chai)除輪(lun)(lun)轂調(diao)整螺母鎖(suo)片緊固螺釘,取出鎖(suo)片用,專用套筒拆(chai)掉(diao)輪(lun)(lun)轂調(diao)整螺母;稍稍轉動(dong)輪(lun)(lun)轂及制動(dong)鼓(gu)總(zong)成(cheng)(cheng),用拉馬(ma)向外拉輪(lun)(lun)轂,同時(shi)在制動(dong)鼓(gu)上輕輕敲擊,以震松(song)(song)外軸(zhou)承(cheng)(cheng)內(nei)圈(quan),待外軸(zhou)承(cheng)(cheng)內(nei)圈(quan)松(song)(song)動(dong)后,取下輪(lun)(lun)轂及制動(dong)鼓(gu)總(zong)成(cheng)(cheng),但此時(shi)應注意該總(zong)成(cheng)(cheng)重量較重,不(bu)要(yao)摔壞(huai)或砸(za)傷人,同時(shi)要(yao)注意保護外軸(zhou)承(cheng)(cheng)內(nei)圈(quan)不(bu)要(yao)摔壞(huai);
5、用拉馬(ma)拆出內(nei)(nei)軸承(cheng)內(nei)(nei)圈總(zong)(zong)成和油封座(zuo)圈總(zong)(zong)成;用回位彈簧拆卸(xie)工具,拆下(xia)制(zhi)(zhi)動器(qi)回位彈簧,取下(xia)凸輪軸;用板(ban)手拆下(xia)制(zhi)(zhi)動器(qi)底板(ban)緊固螺栓,取下(xia)制(zhi)(zhi)動器(qi)底板(ban)帶蹄(ti)片及防塵罩總(zong)(zong)成;拆下(xia)制(zhi)(zhi)動氣室支架,拆下(xia)橋殼總(zong)(zong)成;
6、最后安裝(zhuang)(zhuang)拆卸的反序安裝(zhuang)(zhuang)即可。
