五檔同步器。車同步器的作用是使接合套與待嚙合的齒圈迅速同步,縮短換擋時間。防止接合套與待嚙合的齒圈在同步前嚙合而產生接合齒之間的沖擊,使換擋較為順當,減少換擋齒輪噪聲。

手動變(bian)速箱的結構內部有一個(ge)(ge)非常重要的設備,那就是"同(tong)(tong)步(bu)器”。同(tong)(tong)步(bu)器的作用(yong)是很顯(xian)而易見的那就是換(huan)(huan)擋(dang)時(shi)候由于(yu)動力(li)輸出端(duan)齒(chi)(chi)輪(lun)轉速要快(kuai)于(yu)馬上要換(huan)(huan)入這(zhe)個(ge)(ge)擋(dang)位(wei)的齒(chi)(chi)輪(lun),如(ru)果沒(mei)有同(tong)(tong)步(bu)器,把個(ge)(ge)慢速旋(xuan)轉的齒(chi)(chi)輪(lun)強行(xing)塞入一個(ge)(ge)高速旋(xuan)轉的齒(chi)(chi)輪(lun)中,肯定會發生(sheng)打齒(chi)(chi)的現象。
同步器的作(zuo)用(yong)就是在(zai)(zai)換擋動(dong)作(zuo)發生時(shi),將即將換入擋位的齒(chi)(chi)(chi)輪轉速(su)提升至和輸出端(duan)齒(chi)(chi)(chi)輪速(su)度同步的狀態,這(zhe)樣換擋時(shi)候(hou)就不(bu)會存在(zai)(zai)打齒(chi)(chi)(chi)現象了(le)。
明白了打齒的(de)現象發生,那為(wei)什么很(hen)多(duo)車正向行(xing)駛時候就不存(cun)在打齒,而一(yi)掛入倒擋(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)就打齒,那是(shi)(shi)因(yin)為(wei)很(hen)多(duo)車型的(de)倒擋(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)是(shi)(shi)沒有安裝(zhuang)倒擋(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)同步器(qi)的(de),因(yin)為(wei)廠商的(de)理念里,倒擋(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)是(shi)(shi)需要完全停(ting)止再掛入并且(qie)使用(yong)的(de)機會相(xiang)對小(xiao)了很(hen)多(duo),所以出于簡化變(bian)速箱(xiang)結(jie)構和節省成(cheng)本的(de)目的(de),很(hen)多(duo)中低(di)端手動(dong)變(bian)速箱(xiang)的(de)倒擋(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)就沒有安裝(zhuang)倒擋(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)同步器(qi)。
沒有(you)安(an)裝倒(dao)擋(dang)同步器(qi)(qi)的(de)手(shou)動變速箱就會(hui)(hui)存在掛入倒(dao)擋(dang)打齒(chi)的(de)現(xian)象。當然了(le),這里也和(he)(he)用戶使用習慣有(you)非(fei)常大(da)的(de)關系,因為倒(dao)擋(dang)本(ben)身不含(han)同步器(qi)(qi),需要完全把車輛(liang)停止,讓動力(li)輸出端速度降低到和(he)(he)倒(dao)擋(dang)齒(chi)輪(這時(shi)候倒(dao)擋(dang)齒(chi)輪是靜止的(de))之間的(de)轉速差變小,這樣才(cai)能保(bao)證(zheng)掛如倒(dao)擋(dang)比(bi)較平順且(qie)沒有(you)打齒(chi)。很多用戶車末停穩就著急立刻掛入倒(dao)擋(dang),自然會(hui)(hui)讓沒有(you)同步器(qi)(qi)的(de)倒(dao)擋(dang)很受傷,打齒(chi)就會(hui)(hui)發(fa)生。
