后橋是指連接兩個后輪的一個橋,向后驅動車的后橋稱之為驅動橋,不是后驅車的后橋稱之為支撐橋
后懸架總成 往往出現在乘用車中,一般由彈簧、減震器、連接桿、等組成的起到傳遞和支撐輪胎和車身的之間的激勵的部件。
一般分為三種 獨立懸架(連桿式的)、半獨立懸架(扭力梁式)、非獨立懸架(橋或者軸式的)。后橋是指連接兩個后輪的一個橋,向后驅動車的后橋稱之為驅動橋,不是后驅車的后橋稱之為支撐橋,
后懸架總成是指用來支撐車輛后部車身的,一般為獨立懸架
1、將橋殼下部的放油(you)螺塞擰下,放出(chu)橋殼的潤滑油(you);拆下主動(dong)錐齒輪凸緣與傳動(dong)軸(zhou)的連接螺栓;
2、半(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)的(de)拆卸(xie)。拆卸(xie)前,應將(jiang)前輪用掩木掩住,松開(kai)駐車(che)制動器。拆卸(xie)時,松開(kai)并(bing)(bing)擰下全部半(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)緊(jin)固螺(luo)母及墊圈(quan);用銅錘輕輕打擊(ji)半(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)尾(wei)部中央2至3下,使半(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)法(fa)蘭面與(yu)輪轂連接面分離(li)后,用手拉(la)半(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)法(fa)蘭,即可將(jiang)半(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)抽出(chu)(chu)。注意在半(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)花鍵部分即將(jiang)通過油封(feng)時,要(yao)用手托住半(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)桿部,并(bing)(bing)緩(huan)緩(huan)轉(zhuan)動半(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)(zhou),使半(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)并(bing)(bing)行移出(chu)(chu),不致(zhi)將(jiang)半(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)油封(feng)損壞,也預(yu)防半(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)掉地(di)扎傷(shang)人;
3、主減(jian)速(su)器總成的拆(chai)(chai)卸(xie):卸(xie)下后制(zhi)動軟(ruan)管(guan)(guan)與三通接(jie)頭;用小車,將減(jian)速(su)器殼支承好(hao),拆(chai)(chai)下減(jian)速(su)器殼與后橋(qiao)連接(jie)的12個螺栓,將減(jian)速(su)器總成從橋(qiao)殼上取下;斷開制(zhi)動氣(qi)室軟(ruan)管(guan)(guan)、管(guan)(guan)路之間的連接(jie),拆(chai)(chai)下制(zhi)動氣(qi)室,拆(chai)(chai)下調(diao)整(zheng)臂總成;
4、拆(chai)除輪(lun)轂調整(zheng)螺(luo)母鎖(suo)片緊(jin)固螺(luo)釘,取出鎖(suo)片用(yong)(yong),專用(yong)(yong)套(tao)筒拆(chai)掉(diao)輪(lun)轂調整(zheng)螺(luo)母;稍(shao)稍(shao)轉(zhuan)動(dong)(dong)輪(lun)轂及(ji)制動(dong)(dong)鼓(gu)總成,用(yong)(yong)拉馬向外(wai)拉輪(lun)轂,同時(shi)在(zai)制動(dong)(dong)鼓(gu)上輕輕敲擊,以震(zhen)松外(wai)軸承(cheng)內(nei)圈,待(dai)外(wai)軸承(cheng)內(nei)圈松動(dong)(dong)后,取下(xia)輪(lun)轂及(ji)制動(dong)(dong)鼓(gu)總成,但此時(shi)應注(zhu)意(yi)該總成重量(liang)較重,不(bu)要(yao)摔(shuai)壞或砸傷人,同時(shi)要(yao)注(zhu)意(yi)保護(hu)外(wai)軸承(cheng)內(nei)圈不(bu)要(yao)摔(shuai)壞;
5、用拉馬拆(chai)出內軸承(cheng)內圈總成(cheng)和油(you)封座(zuo)圈總成(cheng);用回位彈(dan)(dan)簧拆(chai)卸工(gong)具,拆(chai)下制(zhi)(zhi)動(dong)器(qi)回位彈(dan)(dan)簧,取(qu)下凸輪軸;用板(ban)(ban)手拆(chai)下制(zhi)(zhi)動(dong)器(qi)底板(ban)(ban)緊固螺栓(shuan),取(qu)下制(zhi)(zhi)動(dong)器(qi)底板(ban)(ban)帶蹄(ti)片(pian)及(ji)防塵罩總成(cheng);拆(chai)下制(zhi)(zhi)動(dong)氣室(shi)支架,拆(chai)下橋殼總成(cheng);
6、最后安(an)裝拆卸的反(fan)序安(an)裝即可。
