電(dian)(dian)(dian)動(dong)助力(li)轉向(xiang)系(xi)統(tong)主要由(you)扭矩傳(chuan)感(gan)器(qi),車速傳(chuan)感(gan)器(qi),電(dian)(dian)(dian)動(dong)機(ji),減速機(ji)構與電(dian)(dian)(dian)子控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)單元等組成。該系(xi)統(tong)通(tong)過扭矩傳(chuan)感(gan)器(qi)感(gan)知駕駛員在轉向(xiang)操(cao)(cao)作時方向(xiang)盤產生(sheng)的(de)(de)扭矩力(li)和轉向(xiang)角度,就(jiu)會把操(cao)(cao)控(kong)(kong)信息(xi)轉換成數(shu)字(zi)信號輸(shu)入到控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)單元,再經過控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)單元對這些(xie)信號進行(xing)運算得到一(yi)個(ge)最佳的(de)(de)力(li)矩最后控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)驅使電(dian)(dian)(dian)動(dong)機(ji)工(gong)作。以(yi)上就(jiu)是整個(ge)電(dian)(dian)(dian)動(dong)助力(li)系(xi)統(tong)構成和工(gong)作的(de)(de)過程,不難看出扭矩傳(chuan)感(gan)器(qi)在電(dian)(dian)(dian)動(dong)助力(li)系(xi)統(tong)中是最為重要的(de)(de)器(qi)件之一(yi)。

扭(niu)矩傳感器的作(zuo)用是測量動態扭(niu)矩和靜態扭(niu)矩,其(qi)檢測穩定性(xing)、抗干擾性(xing),以(yi)及精度都(dou)很好,每次使用不需要調整為零。
