電(dian)(dian)動(dong)助(zhu)力(li)轉(zhuan)向(xiang)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)主要由扭(niu)矩(ju)傳(chuan)感(gan)器,車(che)速傳(chuan)感(gan)器,電(dian)(dian)動(dong)機(ji),減(jian)速機(ji)構與電(dian)(dian)子(zi)控(kong)(kong)(kong)制單(dan)元(yuan)等組成。該系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)通(tong)過扭(niu)矩(ju)傳(chuan)感(gan)器感(gan)知駕駛員在轉(zhuan)向(xiang)操作時方向(xiang)盤產生(sheng)的扭(niu)矩(ju)力(li)和(he)(he)轉(zhuan)向(xiang)角度,就(jiu)會把操控(kong)(kong)(kong)信(xin)息(xi)轉(zhuan)換成數字信(xin)號(hao)輸入到控(kong)(kong)(kong)制單(dan)元(yuan),再(zai)經過控(kong)(kong)(kong)制單(dan)元(yuan)對這些信(xin)號(hao)進行運算得到一(yi)個最(zui)佳的力(li)矩(ju)最(zui)后(hou)控(kong)(kong)(kong)制驅使(shi)電(dian)(dian)動(dong)機(ji)工作。以上(shang)就(jiu)是(shi)整個電(dian)(dian)動(dong)助(zhu)力(li)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)構成和(he)(he)工作的過程,不難看出扭(niu)矩(ju)傳(chuan)感(gan)器在電(dian)(dian)動(dong)助(zhu)力(li)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)中是(shi)最(zui)為重要的器件之一(yi)。

扭(niu)矩傳感器(qi)的作用是測(ce)量(liang)動(dong)態(tai)扭(niu)矩和靜態(tai)扭(niu)矩,其檢(jian)測(ce)穩定性(xing)、抗干擾性(xing),以及精度都很(hen)好,每次使用不(bu)需要(yao)調(diao)整為零。
