汽車(che)線束(shu)是(shi)以線束(shu)捆扎形(xing)成連接電路的組(zu)件。以下是(shi)對汽車(che)線束(shu)的功能和作用:
1、汽車電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)線(xian)(xian)(xian)又(you)稱低壓電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)線(xian)(xian)(xian),它(ta)與普通家用電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)線(xian)(xian)(xian)是不(bu)一(yi)樣的。普通家用電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)線(xian)(xian)(xian)是銅質(zhi)單蕊(rui)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)線(xian)(xian)(xian),有一(yi)定硬度。而汽車電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)線(xian)(xian)(xian)都是銅質(zhi)多蕊(rui)軟線(xian)(xian)(xian),有些軟線(xian)(xian)(xian)細(xi)如(ru)毛發(fa),幾條乃至(zhi)幾十條軟銅線(xian)(xian)(xian)包裹在塑料絕緣管(聚氯(lv)乙烯)內,柔軟而不(bu)容易(yi)折斷。
2、隨著汽車(che)(che)功能(neng)的(de)增加,電子控(kong)制技術的(de)普遍(bian)應(ying)用(yong),電氣件越(yue)(yue)來(lai)越(yue)(yue)多(duo)(duo),電線(xian)(xian)(xian)也(ye)會越(yue)(yue)來(lai)越(yue)(yue)多(duo)(duo),線(xian)(xian)(xian)束(shu)也(ye)就(jiu)(jiu)變得越(yue)(yue)粗越(yue)(yue)重。因此(ci)先(xian)進的(de)汽車(che)(che)就(jiu)(jiu)引入了CAN總線(xian)(xian)(xian)配(pei)置,采(cai)用(yong)多(duo)(duo)路傳輸(shu)系統。與(yu)傳統線(xian)(xian)(xian)束(shu)比較,多(duo)(duo)路輸(shu)裝置大大減少(shao)了導線(xian)(xian)(xian)及聯插件數(shu)目(mu),使布線(xian)(xian)(xian)更為簡易。
那就是各個傳感器和設備信號上傳到儀表的線啊。比如說車速是由變速箱里的傳感器信號再經線束連接到儀表里的車速指示器里,再驅動車速指針來顯示車速。儀表臺線朿承擔著連接整乍前艙線束和連接整乍地板線朿和控制后尾電器線 束的作用,對以稱得上起著承前啟后的連接作用。汽車電線又稱低(di)壓電線,它與普通家(jia)用(yong)電線是不一(yi)樣的。
