后橋是指連接兩個后輪的一個橋,向后驅動車的后橋稱之為驅動橋,不是后驅車的后橋稱之為支撐橋
后懸架總成 往往出現在乘用車中,一般由彈簧、減震器、連接桿、等組成的起到傳遞和支撐輪胎和車身的之間的激勵的部件。
一般分為三種 獨立懸架(連桿式的)、半獨立懸架(扭力梁式)、非獨立懸架(橋或者軸式的)。后橋是指連接兩個后輪的一個橋,向后驅動車的后橋稱之為驅動橋,不是后驅車的后橋稱之為支撐橋,
后懸架總成是指用來支撐車輛后部車身的,一般為獨立懸架
1、將橋(qiao)殼下部的(de)放(fang)油螺塞擰(ning)下,放(fang)出(chu)橋(qiao)殼的(de)潤滑油;拆下主動(dong)錐(zhui)齒輪凸(tu)緣與傳動(dong)軸的(de)連接螺栓(shuan);
2、半(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)的拆卸。拆卸前(qian),應將前(qian)輪用(yong)掩木掩住,松開駐車(che)制動器。拆卸時(shi),松開并擰(ning)下全部(bu)(bu)(bu)半(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)緊固螺母(mu)及墊圈(quan);用(yong)銅錘(chui)輕輕打擊半(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)尾部(bu)(bu)(bu)中(zhong)央2至3下,使(shi)半(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)法蘭面與輪轂連接面分離后,用(yong)手拉半(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)法蘭,即(ji)可將半(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)抽出(chu)。注意(yi)在半(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)花鍵部(bu)(bu)(bu)分即(ji)將通過油(you)(you)封時(shi),要用(yong)手托住半(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)桿部(bu)(bu)(bu),并緩緩轉動半(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou),使(shi)半(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)并行移出(chu),不致將半(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)油(you)(you)封損(sun)壞,也預防半(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)掉(diao)地扎(zha)傷人;
3、主減(jian)速(su)器總(zong)成(cheng)(cheng)的(de)拆(chai)卸:卸下(xia)(xia)后制(zhi)動(dong)軟管(guan)(guan)與三通接頭;用小(xiao)車,將減(jian)速(su)器殼(ke)支(zhi)承好,拆(chai)下(xia)(xia)減(jian)速(su)器殼(ke)與后橋(qiao)連接的(de)12個螺栓(shuan),將減(jian)速(su)器總(zong)成(cheng)(cheng)從橋(qiao)殼(ke)上取下(xia)(xia);斷開(kai)制(zhi)動(dong)氣(qi)室軟管(guan)(guan)、管(guan)(guan)路之間的(de)連接,拆(chai)下(xia)(xia)制(zhi)動(dong)氣(qi)室,拆(chai)下(xia)(xia)調整(zheng)臂總(zong)成(cheng)(cheng);
4、拆(chai)除輪(lun)轂(gu)(gu)(gu)調(diao)整螺母鎖片緊固螺釘,取(qu)出鎖片用(yong),專用(yong)套筒(tong)拆(chai)掉輪(lun)轂(gu)(gu)(gu)調(diao)整螺母;稍稍轉(zhuan)動(dong)(dong)輪(lun)轂(gu)(gu)(gu)及制動(dong)(dong)鼓(gu)總成(cheng),用(yong)拉(la)馬向外拉(la)輪(lun)轂(gu)(gu)(gu),同時在制動(dong)(dong)鼓(gu)上輕輕敲擊,以震松外軸(zhou)(zhou)承(cheng)內(nei)圈(quan),待外軸(zhou)(zhou)承(cheng)內(nei)圈(quan)松動(dong)(dong)后,取(qu)下輪(lun)轂(gu)(gu)(gu)及制動(dong)(dong)鼓(gu)總成(cheng),但此時應注(zhu)意該(gai)總成(cheng)重(zhong)量較重(zhong),不(bu)要(yao)摔壞或砸傷人(ren),同時要(yao)注(zhu)意保護外軸(zhou)(zhou)承(cheng)內(nei)圈(quan)不(bu)要(yao)摔壞;
5、用(yong)拉馬拆(chai)(chai)出內軸(zhou)承內圈總成(cheng)和油封座圈總成(cheng);用(yong)回位彈簧拆(chai)(chai)卸(xie)工(gong)具,拆(chai)(chai)下(xia)(xia)制(zhi)動器回位彈簧,取下(xia)(xia)凸輪軸(zhou);用(yong)板(ban)手拆(chai)(chai)下(xia)(xia)制(zhi)動器底板(ban)緊(jin)固(gu)螺栓,取下(xia)(xia)制(zhi)動器底板(ban)帶蹄片及防塵罩總成(cheng);拆(chai)(chai)下(xia)(xia)制(zhi)動氣室支架(jia),拆(chai)(chai)下(xia)(xia)橋殼總成(cheng);
6、最后安裝(zhuang)拆卸的反序安裝(zhuang)即可(ke)。
