減(jian)震(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)器(qi)(Absorber) ,減(jian)震(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)器(qi)主要(yao)用來抑制(zhi)彈(dan)(dan)簧吸震(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)后反彈(dan)(dan)時的(de)(de)(de)(de)震(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)蕩及(ji)來自路(lu)面的(de)(de)(de)(de)沖(chong)擊。在經過(guo)不(bu)平路(lu)面時,雖然吸震(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)彈(dan)(dan)簧可(ke)以(yi)過(guo)濾路(lu)面的(de)(de)(de)(de)震(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)動(dong),但彈(dan)(dan)簧自身還(huan)會有往(wang)復(fu)運(yun)動(dong),而減(jian)震(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)器(qi)就是(shi)用來抑制(zhi)這種彈(dan)(dan)簧跳躍的(de)(de)(de)(de)。減(jian)震(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)器(qi)太軟,車身就會上下跳躍,減(jian)震(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)器(qi)太硬(ying)(ying)就會帶來太大的(de)(de)(de)(de)阻力,妨礙(ai)彈(dan)(dan)簧正常工作。在關于懸掛系統(tong)的(de)(de)(de)(de)改裝過(guo)程中,硬(ying)(ying)的(de)(de)(de)(de)減(jian)震(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)器(qi)要(yao)與硬(ying)(ying)的(de)(de)(de)(de)彈(dan)(dan)簧相(xiang)(xiang)搭(da)配(pei),而彈(dan)(dan)簧的(de)(de)(de)(de)硬(ying)(ying)度又與車重(zhong)息(xi)(xi)息(xi)(xi)相(xiang)(xiang)關,因(yin)此(ci)較重(zhong)的(de)(de)(de)(de)車一(yi)般采用較硬(ying)(ying)的(de)(de)(de)(de)減(jian)震(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)器(qi)。與引震(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)曲軸(zhou)相(xiang)(xiang)接的(de)(de)(de)(de)裝置(zhi),用來抗衡曲軸(zhou)的(de)(de)(de)(de)扭(niu)(niu)轉(zhuan)震(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)動(dong)(即曲軸(zhou)受汽缸點火的(de)(de)(de)(de)沖(chong)擊力而扭(niu)(niu)動(dong)的(de)(de)(de)(de)現(xian)象)。
懸(xuan)架(jia)系統(tong)(tong)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)由于彈性(xing)(xing)(xing)元(yuan)件受(shou)沖擊產生震(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)動(dong)(dong),為(wei)改(gai)善汽車(che)(che)行駛平順(shun)性(xing)(xing)(xing),懸(xuan)架(jia)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)與(yu)(yu)彈性(xing)(xing)(xing)元(yuan)件并聯(lian)安(an)裝減(jian)(jian)(jian)震(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)器(qi),為(wei)衰減(jian)(jian)(jian)震(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)動(dong)(dong),汽車(che)(che)懸(xuan)架(jia)系統(tong)(tong)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)采用減(jian)(jian)(jian)震(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)器(qi)多是液(ye)力減(jian)(jian)(jian)震(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)器(qi),其工(gong)作原理是當車(che)(che)架(jia)(或車(che)(che)身(shen))和(he)車(che)(che)橋(qiao)間(jian)震(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)動(dong)(dong)而(er)出現相對運動(dong)(dong)時,減(jian)(jian)(jian)震(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)器(qi)內(nei)(nei)的活塞(sai)上(shang)下(xia)移(yi)動(dong)(dong),減(jian)(jian)(jian)震(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)器(qi)腔內(nei)(nei)的油液(ye)便反復地從一個腔經(jing)過不同的孔隙流入另一個腔內(nei)(nei)。此時孔壁(bi)與(yu)(yu)油液(ye)間(jian)的摩擦(ca)和(he)油液(ye)分子間(jian)的內(nei)(nei)摩擦(ca)對震(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)動(dong)(dong)形成阻(zu)尼力,使汽車(che)(che)震(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)動(dong)(dong)能量轉化為(wei)油液(ye)熱能,再(zai)由減(jian)(jian)(jian)震(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)器(qi)吸(xi)收散發到大氣中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)。在油液(ye)通道截(jie)面和(he)等因(yin)素不變時,阻(zu)尼力隨車(che)(che)架(jia)與(yu)(yu)車(che)(che)橋(qiao)(或車(che)(che)輪)之間(jian)的相對運動(dong)(dong)速度(du)(du)增減(jian)(jian)(jian),并與(yu)(yu)油液(ye)粘度(du)(du)有(you)關[1] 。
減震(zhen)器(qi)與彈(dan)(dan)性(xing)元(yuan)件(jian)承擔著緩沖(chong)擊和(he)減震(zhen)的任務,阻尼力過(guo)大,將使(shi)懸架(jia)彈(dan)(dan)性(xing)變壞(huai)(huai),甚至使(shi)減震(zhen)器(qi)連接(jie)件(jian)損(sun)壞(huai)(huai)。因(yin)而要調節彈(dan)(dan)性(xing)元(yuan)件(jian)和(he)減震(zhen)器(qi)這一矛盾。
(1) 在壓縮行程(車橋和車架相互靠近),減震(zhen)器阻尼力較(jiao)小,以便(bian)充(chong)分發揮彈性元件(jian)的彈性作用(yong),緩(huan)和沖擊。這時,彈性元件(jian)起主要作用(yong)。
(2) 在懸架伸張行程中(車橋和車架相互遠離(li)),減震器阻(zu)尼力(li)應大,迅速減震。
(3) 當車橋(或(huo)車輪)與(yu)車橋間的相對(dui)速(su)度過大時,要求(qiu)減(jian)震器能自(zi)動加大液(ye)流量,使(shi)阻(zu)尼力始終(zhong)保持在一(yi)定(ding)限度之內,以(yi)避免(mian)承受過大的沖擊(ji)載荷。
在汽車懸架系(xi)統中廣(guang)泛(fan)采用的是(shi)筒式(shi)(shi)減(jian)震(zhen)器(qi),且在壓縮和伸張行程中均能起減(jian)震(zhen)作(zuo)用叫雙向作(zuo)用式(shi)(shi)減(jian)震(zhen)器(qi),還有采用新(xin)式(shi)(shi)減(jian)震(zhen)器(qi),它(ta)包括充氣式(shi)(shi)減(jian)震(zhen)器(qi)和阻力可調(diao)式(shi)(shi)減(jian)震(zhen)器(qi)。
汽車(che)減振器的安裝方法如下(xia):
1、將(jiang)車輛駛入工位,正確停(ting)放(fang)。將(jiang)舉升機支(zhi)撐(cheng)座伸入車輛底(di)部,確保支(zhi)撐(cheng)座和車輛車身支(zhi)撐(cheng)點良好接觸(chu)。取下接雨(yu)板、雨(yu)刷器(qi),拆卸輪(lun)胎,拆卸下來的輪(lun)胎平穩的放(fang)在地上,外(wai)側朝上,將(jiang)輪(lun)胎螺絲(si)放(fang)在工具車上;
2、逐步拆卸連接桿的螺絲(si)(si),剎車(che)油(you)(you)管螺絲(si)(si),剎車(che)ABS線(xian)。螺絲(si)(si)拆卸后(hou)整理好(hao)放在工(gong)具車(che)上(注(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)意:小心拆卸油(you)(you)管和ABS線(xian)不要損(sun)壞)半(ban)軸螺帽取下(xia)(xia)(xia),拆下(xia)(xia)(xia)自(zi)動系統。(注(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)意:合理固定卡鉗,不要損(sun)壞油(you)(you)管。)拆下(xia)(xia)(xia)方向拉桿(注(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)意:用(yong)專用(yong)工(gong)具取下(xia)(xia)(xia)球頭)拆下(xia)(xia)(xia)車(che)身(shen)高(gao)度傳感器(注(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)意:小心拆下(xia)(xia)(xia),不要損(sun)壞)拆下(xia)(xia)(xia)下(xia)(xia)(xia)控制臂(bei)球頭取下(xia)(xia)(xia)上座連接螺栓,將減(jian)震(zhen)器總成(cheng)及(ji)轉向節(jie)總成(cheng)一并拿出。(注(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)意:需兩人配合操(cao)作,避免更換相(xiang)關部件損(sun)壞);
3、原(yuan)車減(jian)(jian)震器(qi)總(zong)(zong)(zong)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)已拆卸完(wan)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng),開(kai)始更換(huan)新的減(jian)(jian)震器(qi)總(zong)(zong)(zong)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)。取(qu)出新的減(jian)(jian)震器(qi)總(zong)(zong)(zong)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng),對比新舊無誤(wu)后(hou)(hou)方能安(an)(an)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)。將新的減(jian)(jian)震器(qi)總(zong)(zong)(zong)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)安(an)(an)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)在轉向節(jie)總(zong)(zong)(zong)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)上,將減(jian)(jian)震器(qi)總(zong)(zong)(zong)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)及轉向節(jie)總(zong)(zong)(zong)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)一同裝(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)配回(hui)(hui)車輛。把ABS線、油(you)管、拉(la)桿球頭恢復(fu)原(yuan)位(wei)。將自(zi)動系統全部復(fu)原(yuan),仔細(xi)檢查油(you)管及其他線路有無干涉。將車胎(tai)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)配回(hui)(hui)車(注意(yi):仔細(xi)擰緊輪胎(tai)螺栓)依次將接雨板、雨刷(shua)器(qi)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)配回(hui)(hui)原(yuan)車。(注意(yi):安(an)(an)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)完(wan)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)之后(hou)(hou),要記(ji)得調試雨刷(shua)器(qi))安(an)(an)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)完(wan)畢(bi),進行路試
