后橋是指連接兩個后輪的一個橋,向后驅動車的后橋稱之為驅動橋,不是后驅車的后橋稱之為支撐橋
后懸架總成 往往出現在乘用車中,一般由彈簧、減震器、連接桿、等組成的起到傳遞和支撐輪胎和車身的之間的激勵的部件。
一般分為三種 獨立懸架(連桿式的)、半獨立懸架(扭力梁式)、非獨立懸架(橋或者軸式的)。后橋是指連接兩個后輪的一個橋,向后驅動車的后橋稱之為驅動橋,不是后驅車的后橋稱之為支撐橋,
后懸架總成是指用來支撐車輛后部車身的,一般為獨立懸架
1、將橋殼下(xia)部的放油螺塞擰(ning)下(xia),放出(chu)橋殼的潤(run)滑油;拆下(xia)主(zhu)動錐齒輪凸緣(yuan)與傳動軸的連接螺栓;
2、半(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)軸(zhou)(zhou)的(de)拆(chai)卸(xie)(xie)。拆(chai)卸(xie)(xie)前,應(ying)將前輪用(yong)(yong)(yong)掩(yan)木掩(yan)住,松(song)開(kai)駐車制(zhi)動(dong)(dong)器(qi)。拆(chai)卸(xie)(xie)時,松(song)開(kai)并(bing)擰下全部半(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)軸(zhou)(zhou)緊固螺母及墊圈;用(yong)(yong)(yong)銅錘(chui)輕輕打擊半(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)軸(zhou)(zhou)尾部中央(yang)2至3下,使半(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)軸(zhou)(zhou)法蘭面(mian)與輪轂(gu)連接(jie)面(mian)分(fen)離后(hou),用(yong)(yong)(yong)手拉半(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)軸(zhou)(zhou)法蘭,即可將半(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)軸(zhou)(zhou)抽出(chu)。注意在半(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)軸(zhou)(zhou)花鍵部分(fen)即將通過油封時,要用(yong)(yong)(yong)手托住半(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)軸(zhou)(zhou)桿部,并(bing)緩緩轉動(dong)(dong)半(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)軸(zhou)(zhou),使半(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)軸(zhou)(zhou)并(bing)行移出(chu),不致將半(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)軸(zhou)(zhou)油封損壞,也(ye)預防半(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)軸(zhou)(zhou)掉地扎傷(shang)人;
3、主減速器(qi)(qi)總成的拆(chai)(chai)(chai)卸(xie):卸(xie)下后制動(dong)軟管與三通接(jie)頭(tou);用小車(che),將減速器(qi)(qi)殼支承(cheng)好,拆(chai)(chai)(chai)下減速器(qi)(qi)殼與后橋連(lian)接(jie)的12個(ge)螺栓,將減速器(qi)(qi)總成從橋殼上取下;斷(duan)開制動(dong)氣(qi)(qi)室(shi)(shi)軟管、管路(lu)之間的連(lian)接(jie),拆(chai)(chai)(chai)下制動(dong)氣(qi)(qi)室(shi)(shi),拆(chai)(chai)(chai)下調整臂總成;
4、拆除輪(lun)轂調整(zheng)螺(luo)母(mu)鎖片緊固螺(luo)釘(ding),取出鎖片用(yong),專用(yong)套筒拆掉輪(lun)轂調整(zheng)螺(luo)母(mu);稍稍轉動(dong)輪(lun)轂及制動(dong)鼓總成,用(yong)拉馬向(xiang)外(wai)拉輪(lun)轂,同時(shi)在(zai)制動(dong)鼓上輕輕敲(qiao)擊,以(yi)震松(song)外(wai)軸(zhou)承內(nei)圈,待外(wai)軸(zhou)承內(nei)圈松(song)動(dong)后,取下輪(lun)轂及制動(dong)鼓總成,但此時(shi)應注意該總成重量較重,不(bu)要(yao)摔壞(huai)或砸傷人,同時(shi)要(yao)注意保護外(wai)軸(zhou)承內(nei)圈不(bu)要(yao)摔壞(huai);
5、用(yong)拉馬拆(chai)(chai)出內軸承內圈(quan)總(zong)(zong)成(cheng)和(he)油封座圈(quan)總(zong)(zong)成(cheng);用(yong)回位(wei)彈簧拆(chai)(chai)卸工具(ju),拆(chai)(chai)下(xia)(xia)(xia)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)動器回位(wei)彈簧,取下(xia)(xia)(xia)凸(tu)輪軸;用(yong)板手拆(chai)(chai)下(xia)(xia)(xia)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)動器底板緊固螺栓(shuan),取下(xia)(xia)(xia)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)動器底板帶蹄片及(ji)防塵罩總(zong)(zong)成(cheng);拆(chai)(chai)下(xia)(xia)(xia)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)動氣(qi)室支架(jia),拆(chai)(chai)下(xia)(xia)(xia)橋殼(ke)總(zong)(zong)成(cheng);
6、最后安(an)裝拆(chai)卸的反(fan)序安(an)裝即(ji)可。
