減(jian)(jian)震(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)器(Absorber) ,減(jian)(jian)震(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)器主(zhu)要用來(lai)抑(yi)制彈(dan)簧(huang)(huang)吸(xi)震(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)后(hou)反彈(dan)時的(de)(de)震(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)蕩及(ji)來(lai)自路面(mian)(mian)的(de)(de)沖(chong)擊。在經過不平路面(mian)(mian)時,雖然吸(xi)震(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)彈(dan)簧(huang)(huang)可以(yi)過濾路面(mian)(mian)的(de)(de)震(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)動(dong)(dong),但彈(dan)簧(huang)(huang)自身還會有往復運動(dong)(dong),而(er)減(jian)(jian)震(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)器就是(shi)用來(lai)抑(yi)制這種彈(dan)簧(huang)(huang)跳(tiao)躍的(de)(de)。減(jian)(jian)震(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)器太軟,車身就會上下(xia)跳(tiao)躍,減(jian)(jian)震(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)器太硬(ying)就會帶來(lai)太大的(de)(de)阻(zu)力(li)(li),妨礙彈(dan)簧(huang)(huang)正常工作。在關于懸(xuan)掛系(xi)統的(de)(de)改裝過程中(zhong),硬(ying)的(de)(de)減(jian)(jian)震(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)器要與(yu)硬(ying)的(de)(de)彈(dan)簧(huang)(huang)相(xiang)搭配(pei),而(er)彈(dan)簧(huang)(huang)的(de)(de)硬(ying)度又與(yu)車重息息相(xiang)關,因(yin)此較(jiao)(jiao)重的(de)(de)車一般采用較(jiao)(jiao)硬(ying)的(de)(de)減(jian)(jian)震(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)器。與(yu)引震(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)曲(qu)(qu)軸(zhou)相(xiang)接的(de)(de)裝置,用來(lai)抗衡曲(qu)(qu)軸(zhou)的(de)(de)扭(niu)轉震(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)動(dong)(dong)(即曲(qu)(qu)軸(zhou)受汽(qi)缸(gang)點(dian)火的(de)(de)沖(chong)擊力(li)(li)而(er)扭(niu)動(dong)(dong)的(de)(de)現象)。
懸(xuan)架(jia)系(xi)統中(zhong)由(you)于彈性元件受沖擊產生震(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)動(dong)(dong)(dong),為改善汽車(che)行駛平順(shun)性,懸(xuan)架(jia)中(zhong)與彈性元件并(bing)聯安裝減(jian)(jian)(jian)震(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)器,為衰(shuai)減(jian)(jian)(jian)震(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)動(dong)(dong)(dong),汽車(che)懸(xuan)架(jia)系(xi)統中(zhong)采用減(jian)(jian)(jian)震(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)器多(duo)是(shi)液(ye)力(li)減(jian)(jian)(jian)震(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)器,其(qi)工作原理是(shi)當車(che)架(jia)(或(huo)車(che)身)和車(che)橋間(jian)震(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)動(dong)(dong)(dong)而出(chu)現相對(dui)運動(dong)(dong)(dong)時(shi),減(jian)(jian)(jian)震(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)器內(nei)的活塞(sai)上(shang)下(xia)移動(dong)(dong)(dong),減(jian)(jian)(jian)震(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)器腔內(nei)的油(you)液(ye)便反復地從(cong)一個(ge)腔經過不同的孔隙(xi)流入另一個(ge)腔內(nei)。此時(shi)孔壁(bi)與油(you)液(ye)間(jian)的摩(mo)擦(ca)和油(you)液(ye)分子間(jian)的內(nei)摩(mo)擦(ca)對(dui)震(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)動(dong)(dong)(dong)形成阻(zu)尼(ni)力(li),使汽車(che)震(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)動(dong)(dong)(dong)能量轉化為油(you)液(ye)熱能,再由(you)減(jian)(jian)(jian)震(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)器吸收散(san)發到大氣(qi)中(zhong)。在(zai)油(you)液(ye)通道截面和等因素(su)不變時(shi),阻(zu)尼(ni)力(li)隨車(che)架(jia)與車(che)橋(或(huo)車(che)輪(lun))之間(jian)的相對(dui)運動(dong)(dong)(dong)速度增減(jian)(jian)(jian),并(bing)與油(you)液(ye)粘度有(you)關(guan)[1] 。
減(jian)(jian)震(zhen)器與彈(dan)性元件(jian)承擔著緩沖(chong)擊(ji)和減(jian)(jian)震(zhen)的(de)任務(wu),阻尼力過大,將使懸架(jia)彈(dan)性變壞(huai),甚(shen)至使減(jian)(jian)震(zhen)器連接件(jian)損(sun)壞(huai)。因而要調節彈(dan)性元件(jian)和減(jian)(jian)震(zhen)器這一(yi)矛盾。
(1) 在壓縮行(xing)程(車(che)橋(qiao)和車(che)架(jia)相互靠近),減震器阻尼力較(jiao)小(xiao),以(yi)便充(chong)分發揮彈(dan)性(xing)(xing)元件的彈(dan)性(xing)(xing)作用,緩和沖擊。這時,彈(dan)性(xing)(xing)元件起(qi)主要作用。
(2) 在懸架伸張行程(cheng)中(車橋和車架相互遠離),減震器阻尼力(li)應大(da),迅(xun)速減震。
(3) 當車橋(或(huo)車輪(lun))與車橋間(jian)的(de)相對(dui)速度過(guo)大時,要求減震器能自動加大液流量,使阻尼力始終(zhong)保持在一定(ding)限(xian)度之(zhi)內,以(yi)避(bi)免承(cheng)受過(guo)大的(de)沖(chong)擊載荷(he)。
在汽車懸架(jia)系統中廣泛采用的是筒(tong)式(shi)(shi)減(jian)震(zhen)(zhen)器,且在壓縮和伸張(zhang)行程中均(jun)能起減(jian)震(zhen)(zhen)作用叫雙向作用式(shi)(shi)減(jian)震(zhen)(zhen)器,還(huan)有采用新式(shi)(shi)減(jian)震(zhen)(zhen)器,它包括(kuo)充氣式(shi)(shi)減(jian)震(zhen)(zhen)器和阻力可調式(shi)(shi)減(jian)震(zhen)(zhen)器。
汽車減振器的安裝方法(fa)如下:
1、將車(che)輛駛入工位,正確(que)停放。將舉升機支(zhi)撐(cheng)座伸(shen)入車(che)輛底(di)部,確(que)保支(zhi)撐(cheng)座和車(che)輛車(che)身支(zhi)撐(cheng)點良(liang)好接觸(chu)。取下接雨板、雨刷器,拆(chai)卸輪(lun)(lun)胎,拆(chai)卸下來的輪(lun)(lun)胎平穩的放在地上,外側朝上,將輪(lun)(lun)胎螺絲放在工具車(che)上;
2、逐(zhu)步(bu)拆(chai)(chai)卸連接(jie)桿的螺(luo)絲(si),剎(cha)車油管(guan)螺(luo)絲(si),剎(cha)車ABS線。螺(luo)絲(si)拆(chai)(chai)卸后整理(li)好(hao)放在工具車上(注意(yi)(yi):小心(xin)拆(chai)(chai)卸油管(guan)和ABS線不(bu)要損壞)半軸(zhou)螺(luo)帽取下(xia),拆(chai)(chai)下(xia)自動系(xi)統。(注意(yi)(yi):合(he)理(li)固(gu)定卡鉗,不(bu)要損壞油管(guan)。)拆(chai)(chai)下(xia)方向(xiang)(xiang)拉桿(注意(yi)(yi):用專用工具取下(xia)球(qiu)頭)拆(chai)(chai)下(xia)車身(shen)高度傳感器(注意(yi)(yi):小心(xin)拆(chai)(chai)下(xia),不(bu)要損壞)拆(chai)(chai)下(xia)下(xia)控制臂球(qiu)頭取下(xia)上座(zuo)連接(jie)螺(luo)栓,將減震(zhen)器總成及轉向(xiang)(xiang)節總成一并拿出。(注意(yi)(yi):需兩人配(pei)合(he)操作,避免更換(huan)相關部(bu)件損壞);
3、原車減(jian)(jian)震(zhen)器(qi)(qi)(qi)總(zong)(zong)(zong)(zong)成(cheng)(cheng)已拆卸完(wan)(wan)成(cheng)(cheng),開始更換新(xin)的減(jian)(jian)震(zhen)器(qi)(qi)(qi)總(zong)(zong)(zong)(zong)成(cheng)(cheng)。取(qu)出(chu)新(xin)的減(jian)(jian)震(zhen)器(qi)(qi)(qi)總(zong)(zong)(zong)(zong)成(cheng)(cheng),對(dui)比新(xin)舊無誤后方能安裝(zhuang)(zhuang)。將新(xin)的減(jian)(jian)震(zhen)器(qi)(qi)(qi)總(zong)(zong)(zong)(zong)成(cheng)(cheng)安裝(zhuang)(zhuang)在轉向(xiang)節(jie)總(zong)(zong)(zong)(zong)成(cheng)(cheng)上,將減(jian)(jian)震(zhen)器(qi)(qi)(qi)總(zong)(zong)(zong)(zong)成(cheng)(cheng)及(ji)轉向(xiang)節(jie)總(zong)(zong)(zong)(zong)成(cheng)(cheng)一(yi)同裝(zhuang)(zhuang)配回車輛。把(ba)ABS線(xian)、油管、拉桿球頭恢復(fu)原位。將自動(dong)系統全部復(fu)原,仔(zi)(zi)細(xi)檢查油管及(ji)其他線(xian)路有無干涉(she)。將車胎裝(zhuang)(zhuang)配回車(注(zhu)意:仔(zi)(zi)細(xi)擰緊(jin)輪胎螺栓)依(yi)次將接(jie)雨(yu)板、雨(yu)刷(shua)器(qi)(qi)(qi)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)配回原車。(注(zhu)意:安裝(zhuang)(zhuang)完(wan)(wan)成(cheng)(cheng)之后,要記得調試(shi)雨(yu)刷(shua)器(qi)(qi)(qi))安裝(zhuang)(zhuang)完(wan)(wan)畢,進行路試(shi)
