后橋是指連接兩個后輪的一個橋,向后驅動車的后橋稱之為驅動橋,不是后驅車的后橋稱之為支撐橋
后懸架總成 往往出現在乘用車中,一般由彈簧、減震器、連接桿、等組成的起到傳遞和支撐輪胎和車身的之間的激勵的部件。
一般分為三種 獨立懸架(連桿式的)、半獨立懸架(扭力梁式)、非獨立懸架(橋或者軸式的)。后橋是指連接兩個后輪的一個橋,向后驅動車的后橋稱之為驅動橋,不是后驅車的后橋稱之為支撐橋,
后懸架總成是指用來支撐車輛后部車身的,一般為獨立懸架
1、將橋殼下(xia)部的(de)放油螺塞擰下(xia),放出橋殼的(de)潤(run)滑油;拆下(xia)主動(dong)(dong)錐(zhui)齒輪凸緣與(yu)傳(chuan)動(dong)(dong)軸的(de)連接螺栓(shuan);
2、半(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)軸的拆(chai)卸(xie)。拆(chai)卸(xie)前(qian),應將(jiang)前(qian)輪用(yong)掩(yan)(yan)木(mu)掩(yan)(yan)住,松(song)開駐車制動器(qi)。拆(chai)卸(xie)時(shi),松(song)開并擰下全部(bu)半(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)軸緊固螺母及墊(dian)圈;用(yong)銅錘輕輕打(da)擊半(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)軸尾部(bu)中央2至3下,使半(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)軸法(fa)(fa)蘭面與(yu)輪轂(gu)連接面分離后,用(yong)手拉半(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)軸法(fa)(fa)蘭,即可(ke)將(jiang)半(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)軸抽(chou)出。注意在(zai)半(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)軸花鍵部(bu)分即將(jiang)通過油封時(shi),要用(yong)手托住半(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)軸桿部(bu),并緩緩轉動半(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)軸,使半(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)軸并行移出,不致(zhi)將(jiang)半(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)軸油封損壞(huai),也預防半(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)軸掉地扎傷人;
3、主(zhu)減(jian)(jian)速器(qi)總成的拆(chai)卸:卸下后(hou)制(zhi)動(dong)軟管(guan)(guan)與(yu)(yu)三通接頭;用小(xiao)車,將(jiang)減(jian)(jian)速器(qi)殼支(zhi)承好(hao),拆(chai)下減(jian)(jian)速器(qi)殼與(yu)(yu)后(hou)橋連(lian)(lian)接的12個螺栓,將(jiang)減(jian)(jian)速器(qi)總成從(cong)橋殼上(shang)取下;斷開制(zhi)動(dong)氣室軟管(guan)(guan)、管(guan)(guan)路之(zhi)間的連(lian)(lian)接,拆(chai)下制(zhi)動(dong)氣室,拆(chai)下調整(zheng)臂總成;
4、拆除輪轂(gu)調整(zheng)螺母鎖片緊固螺釘,取(qu)出鎖片用,專用套筒(tong)拆掉輪轂(gu)調整(zheng)螺母;稍稍轉動輪轂(gu)及(ji)制(zhi)(zhi)動鼓(gu)總(zong)成,用拉馬向(xiang)外(wai)(wai)拉輪轂(gu),同時在(zai)制(zhi)(zhi)動鼓(gu)上(shang)輕(qing)輕(qing)敲擊(ji),以震(zhen)松外(wai)(wai)軸(zhou)(zhou)承(cheng)(cheng)內(nei)(nei)圈,待外(wai)(wai)軸(zhou)(zhou)承(cheng)(cheng)內(nei)(nei)圈松動后(hou),取(qu)下輪轂(gu)及(ji)制(zhi)(zhi)動鼓(gu)總(zong)成,但此時應(ying)注意(yi)該總(zong)成重量較重,不(bu)要(yao)摔(shuai)壞或砸(za)傷人,同時要(yao)注意(yi)保(bao)護外(wai)(wai)軸(zhou)(zhou)承(cheng)(cheng)內(nei)(nei)圈不(bu)要(yao)摔(shuai)壞;
5、用(yong)拉馬拆(chai)出內軸承內圈總(zong)成和油封座(zuo)圈總(zong)成;用(yong)回位(wei)彈簧拆(chai)卸工具(ju),拆(chai)下制動(dong)器(qi)回位(wei)彈簧,取下凸輪軸;用(yong)板(ban)手拆(chai)下制動(dong)器(qi)底板(ban)緊固螺栓,取下制動(dong)器(qi)底板(ban)帶蹄片及防(fang)塵(chen)罩總(zong)成;拆(chai)下制動(dong)氣室支架,拆(chai)下橋殼(ke)總(zong)成;
6、最后安裝拆卸(xie)的(de)反序安裝即可。
