后橋是指連接兩個后輪的一個橋,向后驅動車的后橋稱之為驅動橋,不是后驅車的后橋稱之為支撐橋
后懸架總成 往往出現在乘用車中,一般由彈簧、減震器、連接桿、等組成的起到傳遞和支撐輪胎和車身的之間的激勵的部件。
一般分為三種 獨立懸架(連桿式的)、半獨立懸架(扭力梁式)、非獨立懸架(橋或者軸式的)。后橋是指連接兩個后輪的一個橋,向后驅動車的后橋稱之為驅動橋,不是后驅車的后橋稱之為支撐橋,
后懸架總成是指用來支撐車輛后部車身的,一般為獨立懸架
1、將橋殼(ke)(ke)下部的放(fang)油螺塞擰下,放(fang)出橋殼(ke)(ke)的潤滑油;拆下主動錐齒輪凸(tu)緣與傳動軸的連接螺栓;
2、半(ban)(ban)(ban)軸(zhou)(zhou)的拆卸(xie)。拆卸(xie)前(qian)(qian),應將前(qian)(qian)輪(lun)(lun)用(yong)掩木(mu)掩住,松開駐車制(zhi)動器。拆卸(xie)時(shi),松開并擰下全部(bu)(bu)半(ban)(ban)(ban)軸(zhou)(zhou)緊固螺母及(ji)墊圈;用(yong)銅(tong)錘輕輕打擊半(ban)(ban)(ban)軸(zhou)(zhou)尾(wei)部(bu)(bu)中央2至3下,使半(ban)(ban)(ban)軸(zhou)(zhou)法蘭(lan)(lan)面與輪(lun)(lun)轂連(lian)接(jie)面分離后,用(yong)手(shou)拉(la)半(ban)(ban)(ban)軸(zhou)(zhou)法蘭(lan)(lan),即可(ke)將半(ban)(ban)(ban)軸(zhou)(zhou)抽(chou)出。注意在半(ban)(ban)(ban)軸(zhou)(zhou)花鍵部(bu)(bu)分即將通過油(you)封(feng)時(shi),要(yao)用(yong)手(shou)托住半(ban)(ban)(ban)軸(zhou)(zhou)桿部(bu)(bu),并緩緩轉動半(ban)(ban)(ban)軸(zhou)(zhou),使半(ban)(ban)(ban)軸(zhou)(zhou)并行移出,不致(zhi)將半(ban)(ban)(ban)軸(zhou)(zhou)油(you)封(feng)損壞,也預(yu)防(fang)半(ban)(ban)(ban)軸(zhou)(zhou)掉地扎傷(shang)人;
3、主減(jian)速(su)器(qi)總成(cheng)(cheng)的(de)拆卸:卸下(xia)(xia)后制(zhi)動軟(ruan)管(guan)與三通接(jie)頭;用小車,將減(jian)速(su)器(qi)殼(ke)支承好,拆下(xia)(xia)減(jian)速(su)器(qi)殼(ke)與后橋連(lian)接(jie)的(de)12個螺栓,將減(jian)速(su)器(qi)總成(cheng)(cheng)從(cong)橋殼(ke)上取(qu)下(xia)(xia);斷開制(zhi)動氣室軟(ruan)管(guan)、管(guan)路之間的(de)連(lian)接(jie),拆下(xia)(xia)制(zhi)動氣室,拆下(xia)(xia)調整(zheng)臂(bei)總成(cheng)(cheng);
4、拆(chai)除輪(lun)(lun)轂(gu)(gu)調整螺母鎖片(pian)緊(jin)固螺釘,取出鎖片(pian)用(yong),專用(yong)套筒(tong)拆(chai)掉輪(lun)(lun)轂(gu)(gu)調整螺母;稍稍轉動輪(lun)(lun)轂(gu)(gu)及制動鼓(gu)總成,用(yong)拉馬向外拉輪(lun)(lun)轂(gu)(gu),同(tong)時(shi)在(zai)制動鼓(gu)上輕輕敲擊(ji),以震(zhen)松外軸(zhou)承(cheng)內圈,待(dai)外軸(zhou)承(cheng)內圈松動后(hou),取下(xia)輪(lun)(lun)轂(gu)(gu)及制動鼓(gu)總成,但此時(shi)應注意該總成重(zhong)量較重(zhong),不(bu)要(yao)摔(shuai)壞(huai)或砸傷人,同(tong)時(shi)要(yao)注意保(bao)護外軸(zhou)承(cheng)內圈不(bu)要(yao)摔(shuai)壞(huai);
5、用拉(la)馬拆(chai)出內(nei)軸(zhou)承內(nei)圈(quan)(quan)總成(cheng)(cheng)和油封座圈(quan)(quan)總成(cheng)(cheng);用回位彈(dan)(dan)簧拆(chai)卸工具,拆(chai)下(xia)制(zhi)(zhi)動(dong)器(qi)回位彈(dan)(dan)簧,取(qu)下(xia)凸(tu)輪(lun)軸(zhou);用板手拆(chai)下(xia)制(zhi)(zhi)動(dong)器(qi)底板緊(jin)固螺栓,取(qu)下(xia)制(zhi)(zhi)動(dong)器(qi)底板帶蹄(ti)片及(ji)防塵(chen)罩總成(cheng)(cheng);拆(chai)下(xia)制(zhi)(zhi)動(dong)氣(qi)室支(zhi)架,拆(chai)下(xia)橋殼總成(cheng)(cheng);
6、最后安(an)裝(zhuang)拆卸的反序安(an)裝(zhuang)即可。
