轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)機(ji)總成即轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)器(qi),又(you)名(ming)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)機(ji)、方(fang)(fang)(fang)向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)機(ji),它(ta)是轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)系中最重要的(de)部(bu)件(jian)。它(ta)的(de)作用是:增大轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)盤傳(chuan)(chuan)到(dao)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)傳(chuan)(chuan)動(dong)(dong)(dong)機(ji)構的(de)力(li)(li)和(he)改變(bian)力(li)(li)的(de)傳(chuan)(chuan)遞方(fang)(fang)(fang)向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)。轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)器(qi)的(de)操縱是全液壓(ya)(ya)式(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi),也就是說在轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)柱(zhu)和(he)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)輪(lun)之間沒有(you)機(ji)械連(lian)接,在轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)器(qi)與轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)油缸(gang)之間是液壓(ya)(ya)管或軟管鏈接。當轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)動(dong)(dong)(dong)方(fang)(fang)(fang)向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)盤,轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)器(qi)根據(ju)方(fang)(fang)(fang)向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)盤轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)動(dong)(dong)(dong)比例(li)輸送相對的(de)油量(liang)(liang),該油量(liang)(liang)直接流到(dao)操縱缸(gang)相應一側,同(tong)時另一側的(de)油量(liang)(liang)回到(dao)油箱(xiang)。轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)器(qi)按(an)結構形式(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)可(ke)分(fen)為:有(you)齒(chi)(chi)輪(lun)齒(chi)(chi)條(tiao)式(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)器(qi)、蝸(gua)桿曲柄(bing)指銷(xiao)式(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)器(qi)、循環(huan)球-齒(chi)(chi)條(tiao)齒(chi)(chi)扇(shan)式(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)器(qi)、循環(huan)球曲柄(bing)指銷(xiao)式(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)器(qi)、蝸(gua)桿滾輪(lun)式(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)器(qi)等(deng)。按(an)照助(zhu)力(li)(li)形式(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)又(you)可(ke)以分(fen):為機(ji)械式(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(無助(zhu)力(li)(li))轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)器(qi),和(he)動(dong)(dong)(dong)力(li)(li)式(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(有(you)助(zhu)力(li)(li))轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)器(qi)兩(liang)種(zhong),其中動(dong)(dong)(dong)力(li)(li)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)器(qi)又(you)可(ke)以分(fen)為氣壓(ya)(ya)動(dong)(dong)(dong)力(li)(li)式(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)、液壓(ya)(ya)動(dong)(dong)(dong)力(li)(li)式(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)、電(dian)動(dong)(dong)(dong)助(zhu)力(li)(li)式(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)、電(dian)液助(zhu)力(li)(li)式(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)等(deng)種(zhong)類(lei)。
第一步(bu):我們拿到方(fang)向(xiang)機(ji)以后居中(zhong)方(fang)向(xiang)機(ji),怎么居中(zhong)呢,把方(fang)向(xiang)機(ji)轉到任何一側的盡頭(tou),就(jiu)是(shi)打死方(fang)向(xiang)機(ji),做(zuo)好一個幾號,一圈(quan)圈(quan)的打到另外一側,數下有幾圈(quan),如果(guo)是(shi)3圈(quan),左右(you)2變(bian)就(jiu)是(shi)哥1.5圈(quan),這樣就(jiu)很好居中(zhong)了
第二步:把方(fang)向(xiang)機固定(ding)(ding)到車的(de)(de)(de)底盤安(an)裝(zhuang)位并固定(ding)(ding)好螺(luo)絲(si)(si),根據左右(you)(you)2邊的(de)(de)(de)制動轂(就(jiu)是安(an)裝(zhuang)輪胎的(de)(de)(de)那(nei)個東西),調整(zheng)好方(fang)向(xiang)機外(wai)球(qiu)頭(tou)(tou)的(de)(de)(de)大致位置(zhi),內(nei)球(qiu)頭(tou)(tou)擰進(jin)到外(wai)球(qiu)頭(tou)(tou)深度到正常位置(zhi)左右(you)(you),并保(bao)持2邊的(de)(de)(de)螺(luo)絲(si)(si)牙深度保(bao)持一致,并固定(ding)(ding)到剎車盤下面的(de)(de)(de)下球(qiu)頭(tou)(tou)上鎖緊螺(luo)絲(si)(si)。
第三步:安裝好2側(ce)(ce)輪(lun)胎,用(yong)卷尺,測量好2個前(qian)輪(lun)前(qian)面(mian)部(bu)位(wei)和后面(mian)的(de)2側(ce)(ce)輪(lun)胎的(de)距離保持(chi)一致,(看(kan)下(xia)面(mian)的(de)圖片)
第四步(bu):確定好方向盤(pan)居中的位(wei)置,套(tao)上十字節,鎖緊螺絲。
第五步:在(zai)路上跑一(yi)(yi)圈(quan),確定下十字節的位置,如果(guo)有偏差,在(zai)做(zuo)簡單調整,直到基本(ben)居中為(wei)止,如果(guo)你是車主,看到這里,一(yi)(yi)定叫(jiao)修理(li)廠調整到位,修理(li)工嫌(xian)麻(ma)煩(fan),你不能嫌(xian)麻(ma)煩(fan),因為(wei)最后(hou)一(yi)(yi)步四輪定位只能做(zuo)簡單的前速的調整。
第六步,找個專(zhuan)業(ye)店子(zi),四輪定(ding)位。
