后橋是指連接兩個后輪的一個橋,向后驅動車的后橋稱之為驅動橋,不是后驅車的后橋稱之為支撐橋
后懸架總成 往往出現在乘用車中,一般由彈簧、減震器、連接桿、等組成的起到傳遞和支撐輪胎和車身的之間的激勵的部件。
一般分為三種 獨立懸架(連桿式的)、半獨立懸架(扭力梁式)、非獨立懸架(橋或者軸式的)。后橋是指連接兩個后輪的一個橋,向后驅動車的后橋稱之為驅動橋,不是后驅車的后橋稱之為支撐橋,
后懸架總成是指用來支撐車輛后部車身的,一般為獨立懸架
1、將橋(qiao)殼下(xia)部的放油螺塞擰下(xia),放出橋(qiao)殼的潤滑油;拆(chai)下(xia)主動錐齒輪凸緣(yuan)與(yu)傳動軸的連接螺栓;
2、半(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)軸(zhou)(zhou)的拆卸。拆卸前,應將(jiang)(jiang)前輪用(yong)(yong)掩(yan)(yan)木掩(yan)(yan)住(zhu),松(song)開駐車(che)制(zhi)動器(qi)。拆卸時,松(song)開并擰下全(quan)部(bu)半(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)軸(zhou)(zhou)緊固螺母及墊圈;用(yong)(yong)銅錘輕輕打擊半(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)軸(zhou)(zhou)尾部(bu)中央2至3下,使半(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)軸(zhou)(zhou)法(fa)蘭面與輪轂連接面分(fen)離后,用(yong)(yong)手(shou)(shou)拉半(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)軸(zhou)(zhou)法(fa)蘭,即可將(jiang)(jiang)半(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)軸(zhou)(zhou)抽出(chu)。注意(yi)在半(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)軸(zhou)(zhou)花鍵部(bu)分(fen)即將(jiang)(jiang)通過油封(feng)時,要用(yong)(yong)手(shou)(shou)托住(zhu)半(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)軸(zhou)(zhou)桿部(bu),并緩(huan)緩(huan)轉動半(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)軸(zhou)(zhou),使半(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)軸(zhou)(zhou)并行移出(chu),不(bu)致將(jiang)(jiang)半(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)軸(zhou)(zhou)油封(feng)損壞,也預(yu)防半(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)軸(zhou)(zhou)掉(diao)地(di)扎傷人;
3、主減(jian)速器(qi)總(zong)成的(de)拆卸(xie):卸(xie)下(xia)后制(zhi)動(dong)軟管(guan)與(yu)三通(tong)接頭;用小車,將減(jian)速器(qi)殼(ke)(ke)(ke)支承(cheng)好,拆下(xia)減(jian)速器(qi)殼(ke)(ke)(ke)與(yu)后橋(qiao)連接的(de)12個(ge)螺(luo)栓(shuan),將減(jian)速器(qi)總(zong)成從橋(qiao)殼(ke)(ke)(ke)上取下(xia);斷開制(zhi)動(dong)氣室軟管(guan)、管(guan)路之間的(de)連接,拆下(xia)制(zhi)動(dong)氣室,拆下(xia)調整臂總(zong)成;
4、拆除輪(lun)轂(gu)調整螺母(mu)鎖(suo)片緊固(gu)螺釘,取出鎖(suo)片用(yong),專用(yong)套筒拆掉輪(lun)轂(gu)調整螺母(mu);稍(shao)稍(shao)轉(zhuan)動(dong)輪(lun)轂(gu)及制(zhi)動(dong)鼓總(zong)成(cheng),用(yong)拉馬(ma)向外拉輪(lun)轂(gu),同(tong)時在制(zhi)動(dong)鼓上輕(qing)輕(qing)敲擊(ji),以震松(song)外軸(zhou)承內圈,待外軸(zhou)承內圈松(song)動(dong)后(hou),取下輪(lun)轂(gu)及制(zhi)動(dong)鼓總(zong)成(cheng),但此時應注(zhu)意該總(zong)成(cheng)重量較重,不要(yao)摔壞或砸傷人(ren),同(tong)時要(yao)注(zhu)意保護外軸(zhou)承內圈不要(yao)摔壞;
5、用(yong)(yong)拉(la)馬拆(chai)出內軸承內圈總成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)和油封(feng)座圈總成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng);用(yong)(yong)回位彈(dan)簧(huang)拆(chai)卸工(gong)具,拆(chai)下(xia)(xia)(xia)制(zhi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)器回位彈(dan)簧(huang),取下(xia)(xia)(xia)凸(tu)輪(lun)軸;用(yong)(yong)板(ban)(ban)手拆(chai)下(xia)(xia)(xia)制(zhi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)器底(di)板(ban)(ban)緊固(gu)螺栓,取下(xia)(xia)(xia)制(zhi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)器底(di)板(ban)(ban)帶蹄片及防塵(chen)罩總成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng);拆(chai)下(xia)(xia)(xia)制(zhi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)氣室支(zhi)架,拆(chai)下(xia)(xia)(xia)橋殼總成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng);
6、最后安裝拆卸的(de)反序安裝即可。
