減(jian)(jian)(jian)震(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)器(qi)(Absorber) ,減(jian)(jian)(jian)震(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)器(qi)主(zhu)要用(yong)來(lai)抑(yi)制彈簧(huang)(huang)吸(xi)震(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)后(hou)反彈時(shi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)震(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)蕩及來(lai)自(zi)(zi)路面(mian)(mian)(mian)的(de)(de)(de)(de)沖擊。在(zai)經過不平路面(mian)(mian)(mian)時(shi),雖然吸(xi)震(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)彈簧(huang)(huang)可以(yi)過濾路面(mian)(mian)(mian)的(de)(de)(de)(de)震(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)動(dong)(dong),但彈簧(huang)(huang)自(zi)(zi)身還會有往復運動(dong)(dong),而減(jian)(jian)(jian)震(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)器(qi)就(jiu)是(shi)用(yong)來(lai)抑(yi)制這種彈簧(huang)(huang)跳(tiao)(tiao)躍的(de)(de)(de)(de)。減(jian)(jian)(jian)震(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)器(qi)太(tai)(tai)軟,車(che)身就(jiu)會上(shang)下(xia)跳(tiao)(tiao)躍,減(jian)(jian)(jian)震(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)器(qi)太(tai)(tai)硬(ying)(ying)就(jiu)會帶來(lai)太(tai)(tai)大的(de)(de)(de)(de)阻力(li),妨礙彈簧(huang)(huang)正(zheng)常工作。在(zai)關(guan)于懸掛系統的(de)(de)(de)(de)改裝過程中,硬(ying)(ying)的(de)(de)(de)(de)減(jian)(jian)(jian)震(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)器(qi)要與(yu)硬(ying)(ying)的(de)(de)(de)(de)彈簧(huang)(huang)相(xiang)搭(da)配(pei),而彈簧(huang)(huang)的(de)(de)(de)(de)硬(ying)(ying)度(du)又與(yu)車(che)重息(xi)息(xi)相(xiang)關(guan),因(yin)此較(jiao)重的(de)(de)(de)(de)車(che)一般(ban)采用(yong)較(jiao)硬(ying)(ying)的(de)(de)(de)(de)減(jian)(jian)(jian)震(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)器(qi)。與(yu)引(yin)震(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)曲(qu)軸相(xiang)接的(de)(de)(de)(de)裝置,用(yong)來(lai)抗衡曲(qu)軸的(de)(de)(de)(de)扭轉震(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)動(dong)(dong)(即曲(qu)軸受汽缸點火(huo)的(de)(de)(de)(de)沖擊力(li)而扭動(dong)(dong)的(de)(de)(de)(de)現(xian)象)。
懸架(jia)系(xi)統中由于(yu)彈(dan)性元件受沖擊產生震動(dong)(dong),為(wei)改善汽車(che)(che)(che)行駛(shi)平順性,懸架(jia)中與(yu)彈(dan)性元件并聯安裝(zhuang)減(jian)(jian)(jian)震器(qi),為(wei)衰減(jian)(jian)(jian)震動(dong)(dong),汽車(che)(che)(che)懸架(jia)系(xi)統中采用減(jian)(jian)(jian)震器(qi)多是液力減(jian)(jian)(jian)震器(qi),其工作原理是當(dang)車(che)(che)(che)架(jia)(或(huo)車(che)(che)(che)身)和(he)車(che)(che)(che)橋間震動(dong)(dong)而出現相(xiang)對(dui)運(yun)動(dong)(dong)時(shi)(shi)(shi),減(jian)(jian)(jian)震器(qi)內(nei)的(de)(de)活塞上下移動(dong)(dong),減(jian)(jian)(jian)震器(qi)腔(qiang)內(nei)的(de)(de)油液便反復地(di)從一(yi)個腔(qiang)經過不同的(de)(de)孔隙流入另(ling)一(yi)個腔(qiang)內(nei)。此時(shi)(shi)(shi)孔壁與(yu)油液間的(de)(de)摩擦和(he)油液分子(zi)間的(de)(de)內(nei)摩擦對(dui)震動(dong)(dong)形成阻(zu)尼力,使(shi)汽車(che)(che)(che)震動(dong)(dong)能(neng)量轉化為(wei)油液熱能(neng),再由減(jian)(jian)(jian)震器(qi)吸(xi)收散發到大(da)氣(qi)中。在油液通(tong)道截面和(he)等因素不變(bian)時(shi)(shi)(shi),阻(zu)尼力隨車(che)(che)(che)架(jia)與(yu)車(che)(che)(che)橋(或(huo)車(che)(che)(che)輪(lun))之間的(de)(de)相(xiang)對(dui)運(yun)動(dong)(dong)速度(du)增減(jian)(jian)(jian),并與(yu)油液粘(zhan)度(du)有關(guan)[1] 。
減(jian)震器(qi)與彈(dan)性元(yuan)件(jian)(jian)承擔著緩沖擊和(he)減(jian)震的任務,阻(zu)尼(ni)力過大,將使懸架彈(dan)性變(bian)壞,甚至使減(jian)震器(qi)連接件(jian)(jian)損(sun)壞。因而(er)要調節彈(dan)性元(yuan)件(jian)(jian)和(he)減(jian)震器(qi)這一矛盾。
(1) 在壓縮行(xing)程(車橋和車架相互靠近),減震(zhen)器阻尼力較小,以(yi)便充(chong)分(fen)發揮彈(dan)(dan)(dan)性元(yuan)(yuan)件(jian)的彈(dan)(dan)(dan)性作(zuo)用,緩和沖擊。這時,彈(dan)(dan)(dan)性元(yuan)(yuan)件(jian)起主要作(zuo)用。
(2) 在懸架伸(shen)張行程中(車橋和車架相互遠離),減(jian)(jian)震(zhen)器阻尼力應(ying)大,迅(xun)速(su)減(jian)(jian)震(zhen)。
(3) 當車橋(或車輪)與(yu)車橋間的(de)相對速度過(guo)大(da)時,要求減(jian)震器(qi)能自動加大(da)液流量,使阻尼力始終保持在(zai)一(yi)定限度之(zhi)內,以避免承(cheng)受(shou)過(guo)大(da)的(de)沖(chong)擊(ji)載荷。
在汽車懸架系統中廣(guang)泛(fan)采(cai)用(yong)(yong)的(de)是筒式(shi)減震(zhen)器(qi)(qi),且在壓(ya)縮和(he)伸張行程中均能起減震(zhen)作(zuo)用(yong)(yong)叫雙向(xiang)作(zuo)用(yong)(yong)式(shi)減震(zhen)器(qi)(qi),還(huan)有(you)采(cai)用(yong)(yong)新式(shi)減震(zhen)器(qi)(qi),它包括充氣式(shi)減震(zhen)器(qi)(qi)和(he)阻力可調式(shi)減震(zhen)器(qi)(qi)。
汽(qi)車減振器的安裝方法如下(xia):
1、將車輛(liang)(liang)駛入(ru)工位,正確停(ting)放。將舉升(sheng)機支(zhi)撐(cheng)座伸入(ru)車輛(liang)(liang)底部,確保支(zhi)撐(cheng)座和(he)車輛(liang)(liang)車身支(zhi)撐(cheng)點(dian)良好接觸(chu)。取下接雨板、雨刷器,拆卸(xie)輪(lun)胎(tai)(tai),拆卸(xie)下來的輪(lun)胎(tai)(tai)平穩的放在地上,外側(ce)朝上,將輪(lun)胎(tai)(tai)螺絲(si)放在工具車上;
2、逐步拆(chai)卸連接桿(gan)的螺(luo)絲(si),剎車(che)油(you)管螺(luo)絲(si),剎車(che)ABS線。螺(luo)絲(si)拆(chai)卸后整理(li)好放在工(gong)具(ju)車(che)上(注(zhu)意:小(xiao)心拆(chai)卸油(you)管和ABS線不要損壞)半軸螺(luo)帽取下(xia)(xia),拆(chai)下(xia)(xia)自(zi)動系統。(注(zhu)意:合理(li)固定(ding)卡鉗,不要損壞油(you)管。)拆(chai)下(xia)(xia)方向拉桿(gan)(注(zhu)意:用專用工(gong)具(ju)取下(xia)(xia)球(qiu)頭(tou))拆(chai)下(xia)(xia)車(che)身高度(du)傳感器(注(zhu)意:小(xiao)心拆(chai)下(xia)(xia),不要損壞)拆(chai)下(xia)(xia)下(xia)(xia)控(kong)制(zhi)臂球(qiu)頭(tou)取下(xia)(xia)上座(zuo)連接螺(luo)栓,將減(jian)震器總成(cheng)及轉(zhuan)向節總成(cheng)一并拿出。(注(zhu)意:需兩人配合操(cao)作,避(bi)免(mian)更換相關部件(jian)損壞);
3、原(yuan)(yuan)車減(jian)震器(qi)(qi)總(zong)(zong)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)已拆(chai)卸完成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng),開始更換(huan)新(xin)的減(jian)震器(qi)(qi)總(zong)(zong)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)。取出新(xin)的減(jian)震器(qi)(qi)總(zong)(zong)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng),對比新(xin)舊無(wu)誤(wu)后(hou)方能安(an)(an)裝。將新(xin)的減(jian)震器(qi)(qi)總(zong)(zong)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)安(an)(an)裝在轉(zhuan)向節總(zong)(zong)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)上,將減(jian)震器(qi)(qi)總(zong)(zong)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)及轉(zhuan)向節總(zong)(zong)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)一同裝配回車輛。把ABS線(xian)、油(you)管、拉桿球(qiu)頭恢復原(yuan)(yuan)位。將自動系統全部復原(yuan)(yuan),仔細檢查油(you)管及其他(ta)線(xian)路有無(wu)干涉。將車胎裝配回車(注意:仔細擰(ning)緊輪胎螺栓)依(yi)次將接雨(yu)板、雨(yu)刷器(qi)(qi)裝配回原(yuan)(yuan)車。(注意:安(an)(an)裝完成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)之后(hou),要記得(de)調試(shi)雨(yu)刷器(qi)(qi))安(an)(an)裝完畢,進行路試(shi)
