后橋是指連接兩個后輪的一個橋,向后驅動車的后橋稱之為驅動橋,不是后驅車的后橋稱之為支撐橋
后懸架總成 往往出現在乘用車中,一般由彈簧、減震器、連接桿、等組成的起到傳遞和支撐輪胎和車身的之間的激勵的部件。
一般分為三種 獨立懸架(連桿式的)、半獨立懸架(扭力梁式)、非獨立懸架(橋或者軸式的)。后橋是指連接兩個后輪的一個橋,向后驅動車的后橋稱之為驅動橋,不是后驅車的后橋稱之為支撐橋,
后懸架總成是指用來支撐車輛后部車身的,一般為獨立懸架
1、將橋殼下(xia)(xia)部的放油螺塞擰下(xia)(xia),放出橋殼的潤滑油;拆(chai)下(xia)(xia)主(zhu)動(dong)錐(zhui)齒(chi)輪凸緣(yuan)與傳動(dong)軸的連接螺栓;
2、半(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)的拆卸。拆卸前,應將前輪用(yong)(yong)掩木掩住,松(song)開駐(zhu)車(che)制動器(qi)。拆卸時,松(song)開并(bing)擰下全部半(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)緊固螺母及墊圈;用(yong)(yong)銅錘輕輕打擊(ji)半(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)尾(wei)部中央2至(zhi)3下,使(shi)半(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)法蘭面與(yu)輪轂連接面分離(li)后,用(yong)(yong)手拉半(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)法蘭,即(ji)可將半(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)抽出。注意(yi)在半(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)花鍵部分即(ji)將通過油封(feng)時,要用(yong)(yong)手托(tuo)住半(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)桿部,并(bing)緩緩轉動半(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)(zhou),使(shi)半(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)并(bing)行移出,不致將半(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)油封(feng)損壞,也預防半(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)掉地(di)扎傷(shang)人;
3、主減(jian)速(su)(su)(su)器總成的(de)拆(chai)(chai)卸(xie):卸(xie)下(xia)后制動(dong)軟(ruan)管(guan)與三通接(jie)(jie)頭;用小車(che),將減(jian)速(su)(su)(su)器殼支承好(hao),拆(chai)(chai)下(xia)減(jian)速(su)(su)(su)器殼與后橋連(lian)接(jie)(jie)的(de)12個螺(luo)栓(shuan),將減(jian)速(su)(su)(su)器總成從橋殼上(shang)取(qu)下(xia);斷開制動(dong)氣(qi)室軟(ruan)管(guan)、管(guan)路(lu)之間的(de)連(lian)接(jie)(jie),拆(chai)(chai)下(xia)制動(dong)氣(qi)室,拆(chai)(chai)下(xia)調整(zheng)臂總成;
4、拆除輪轂(gu)(gu)(gu)(gu)調(diao)整(zheng)螺母(mu)鎖片緊固螺釘,取(qu)出鎖片用,專用套筒拆掉輪轂(gu)(gu)(gu)(gu)調(diao)整(zheng)螺母(mu);稍(shao)稍(shao)轉動(dong)輪轂(gu)(gu)(gu)(gu)及(ji)制(zhi)動(dong)鼓(gu)(gu)總(zong)成(cheng),用拉(la)馬(ma)向外(wai)拉(la)輪轂(gu)(gu)(gu)(gu),同(tong)(tong)時(shi)在制(zhi)動(dong)鼓(gu)(gu)上(shang)輕(qing)輕(qing)敲擊(ji),以震松(song)外(wai)軸承內(nei)(nei)圈(quan),待外(wai)軸承內(nei)(nei)圈(quan)松(song)動(dong)后,取(qu)下輪轂(gu)(gu)(gu)(gu)及(ji)制(zhi)動(dong)鼓(gu)(gu)總(zong)成(cheng),但此時(shi)應注意該總(zong)成(cheng)重量較(jiao)重,不要摔壞或砸(za)傷人,同(tong)(tong)時(shi)要注意保護(hu)外(wai)軸承內(nei)(nei)圈(quan)不要摔壞;
5、用(yong)(yong)拉馬拆(chai)(chai)(chai)出內軸(zhou)承內圈總(zong)成(cheng)和(he)油封座圈總(zong)成(cheng);用(yong)(yong)回位(wei)彈簧(huang)拆(chai)(chai)(chai)卸工(gong)具(ju),拆(chai)(chai)(chai)下(xia)(xia)(xia)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)動(dong)器回位(wei)彈簧(huang),取(qu)下(xia)(xia)(xia)凸輪(lun)軸(zhou);用(yong)(yong)板(ban)手(shou)拆(chai)(chai)(chai)下(xia)(xia)(xia)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)動(dong)器底(di)板(ban)緊固螺(luo)栓(shuan),取(qu)下(xia)(xia)(xia)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)動(dong)器底(di)板(ban)帶蹄片及防塵罩(zhao)總(zong)成(cheng);拆(chai)(chai)(chai)下(xia)(xia)(xia)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)動(dong)氣室支架,拆(chai)(chai)(chai)下(xia)(xia)(xia)橋(qiao)殼總(zong)成(cheng);
6、最(zui)后安裝(zhuang)拆卸的反序安裝(zhuang)即(ji)可。
