減(jian)震(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(Absorber) ,減(jian)震(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)主要(yao)用(yong)(yong)來(lai)(lai)抑制(zhi)彈(dan)(dan)簧(huang)(huang)吸震(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)后反彈(dan)(dan)時(shi)的(de)(de)(de)震(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)蕩及來(lai)(lai)自(zi)路(lu)面的(de)(de)(de)沖(chong)擊。在經過不平(ping)路(lu)面時(shi),雖然吸震(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)彈(dan)(dan)簧(huang)(huang)可以(yi)過濾路(lu)面的(de)(de)(de)震(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)動,但(dan)彈(dan)(dan)簧(huang)(huang)自(zi)身還會(hui)有(you)往復運動,而(er)減(jian)震(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)就是用(yong)(yong)來(lai)(lai)抑制(zhi)這種彈(dan)(dan)簧(huang)(huang)跳(tiao)躍(yue)的(de)(de)(de)。減(jian)震(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)太(tai)軟,車身就會(hui)上(shang)下跳(tiao)躍(yue),減(jian)震(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)太(tai)硬就會(hui)帶來(lai)(lai)太(tai)大的(de)(de)(de)阻力(li),妨礙彈(dan)(dan)簧(huang)(huang)正常工作。在關于懸(xuan)掛系統的(de)(de)(de)改裝過程(cheng)中,硬的(de)(de)(de)減(jian)震(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)要(yao)與硬的(de)(de)(de)彈(dan)(dan)簧(huang)(huang)相搭配(pei),而(er)彈(dan)(dan)簧(huang)(huang)的(de)(de)(de)硬度又與車重息息相關,因(yin)此較重的(de)(de)(de)車一般采(cai)用(yong)(yong)較硬的(de)(de)(de)減(jian)震(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)。與引震(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)曲軸相接的(de)(de)(de)裝置,用(yong)(yong)來(lai)(lai)抗衡(heng)曲軸的(de)(de)(de)扭轉震(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)動(即(ji)曲軸受汽(qi)缸(gang)點(dian)火的(de)(de)(de)沖(chong)擊力(li)而(er)扭動的(de)(de)(de)現象(xiang))。
懸架(jia)系統(tong)中(zhong)(zhong)由于(yu)彈(dan)性(xing)(xing)元件(jian)受沖(chong)擊產生震(zhen)(zhen)動(dong),為改善(shan)汽車(che)行駛平順性(xing)(xing),懸架(jia)中(zhong)(zhong)與彈(dan)性(xing)(xing)元件(jian)并(bing)聯安裝減(jian)(jian)震(zhen)(zhen)器(qi)(qi),為衰(shuai)減(jian)(jian)震(zhen)(zhen)動(dong),汽車(che)懸架(jia)系統(tong)中(zhong)(zhong)采用減(jian)(jian)震(zhen)(zhen)器(qi)(qi)多是液(ye)(ye)(ye)力(li)減(jian)(jian)震(zhen)(zhen)器(qi)(qi),其工作原理是當車(che)架(jia)(或車(che)身)和車(che)橋間(jian)(jian)震(zhen)(zhen)動(dong)而(er)出現相對(dui)運動(dong)時(shi),減(jian)(jian)震(zhen)(zhen)器(qi)(qi)內的(de)活塞上下移動(dong),減(jian)(jian)震(zhen)(zhen)器(qi)(qi)腔(qiang)內的(de)油(you)(you)液(ye)(ye)(ye)便反復地從一(yi)個腔(qiang)經過不同的(de)孔隙流(liu)入另(ling)一(yi)個腔(qiang)內。此時(shi)孔壁與油(you)(you)液(ye)(ye)(ye)間(jian)(jian)的(de)摩擦和油(you)(you)液(ye)(ye)(ye)分子(zi)間(jian)(jian)的(de)內摩擦對(dui)震(zhen)(zhen)動(dong)形成阻尼力(li),使汽車(che)震(zhen)(zhen)動(dong)能量轉化為油(you)(you)液(ye)(ye)(ye)熱能,再(zai)由減(jian)(jian)震(zhen)(zhen)器(qi)(qi)吸收散(san)發到大氣(qi)中(zhong)(zhong)。在油(you)(you)液(ye)(ye)(ye)通道(dao)截面和等因(yin)素不變時(shi),阻尼力(li)隨(sui)車(che)架(jia)與車(che)橋(或車(che)輪)之間(jian)(jian)的(de)相對(dui)運動(dong)速度增減(jian)(jian),并(bing)與油(you)(you)液(ye)(ye)(ye)粘度有關[1] 。
減(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)震器與(yu)彈(dan)(dan)性元(yuan)件承擔著緩沖擊和減(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)震的任務,阻尼力過大,將(jiang)使懸架彈(dan)(dan)性變壞(huai),甚至使減(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)震器連接(jie)件損壞(huai)。因而(er)要調節彈(dan)(dan)性元(yuan)件和減(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)震器這一矛盾。
(1) 在壓(ya)縮(suo)行(xing)程(車(che)橋和車(che)架相互靠(kao)近),減震器阻(zu)尼(ni)力較小,以便充分發揮彈性元(yuan)件(jian)的彈性作(zuo)用,緩和沖擊。這時,彈性元(yuan)件(jian)起主要作(zuo)用。
(2) 在懸架伸張行(xing)程中(車橋和車架相互遠離),減震(zhen)器阻尼(ni)力應大,迅速(su)減震(zhen)。
(3) 當車(che)(che)橋(或車(che)(che)輪(lun))與車(che)(che)橋間的(de)相(xiang)對速度(du)過(guo)(guo)大(da)時,要(yao)求減震器能自動(dong)加大(da)液流量,使阻(zu)尼(ni)力(li)始終保(bao)持在一(yi)定限(xian)度(du)之內,以避免承受(shou)過(guo)(guo)大(da)的(de)沖擊載荷。
在汽車懸架系統中廣泛采(cai)用(yong)(yong)(yong)的是筒(tong)式減震(zhen)器,且在壓(ya)縮和伸(shen)張行程中均(jun)能起減震(zhen)作用(yong)(yong)(yong)叫雙向作用(yong)(yong)(yong)式減震(zhen)器,還有采(cai)用(yong)(yong)(yong)新式減震(zhen)器,它包括充氣(qi)式減震(zhen)器和阻力可調式減震(zhen)器。
汽車減振器的安裝方法如下:
1、將車輛駛入(ru)(ru)工位,正(zheng)確停放。將舉升機支(zhi)(zhi)撐座(zuo)伸入(ru)(ru)車輛底(di)部,確保支(zhi)(zhi)撐座(zuo)和車輛車身支(zhi)(zhi)撐點良好(hao)接(jie)觸。取下接(jie)雨(yu)板(ban)、雨(yu)刷器,拆卸(xie)輪胎(tai)(tai)(tai),拆卸(xie)下來的(de)輪胎(tai)(tai)(tai)平穩的(de)放在(zai)(zai)地上(shang),外側朝上(shang),將輪胎(tai)(tai)(tai)螺絲放在(zai)(zai)工具(ju)車上(shang);
2、逐(zhu)步(bu)拆(chai)卸(xie)連接桿(gan)的螺(luo)絲(si)(si),剎車(che)油(you)(you)管螺(luo)絲(si)(si),剎車(che)ABS線(xian)。螺(luo)絲(si)(si)拆(chai)卸(xie)后整理(li)好放在工具車(che)上(shang)(注意(yi):小(xiao)心拆(chai)卸(xie)油(you)(you)管和(he)ABS線(xian)不要(yao)(yao)損(sun)(sun)壞(huai))半軸螺(luo)帽(mao)取下(xia)(xia),拆(chai)下(xia)(xia)自動系統。(注意(yi):合理(li)固定卡鉗,不要(yao)(yao)損(sun)(sun)壞(huai)油(you)(you)管。)拆(chai)下(xia)(xia)方(fang)向拉桿(gan)(注意(yi):用專用工具取下(xia)(xia)球頭)拆(chai)下(xia)(xia)車(che)身(shen)高度(du)傳感器(qi)(注意(yi):小(xiao)心拆(chai)下(xia)(xia),不要(yao)(yao)損(sun)(sun)壞(huai))拆(chai)下(xia)(xia)下(xia)(xia)控制臂球頭取下(xia)(xia)上(shang)座(zuo)連接螺(luo)栓,將(jiang)減震器(qi)總(zong)成(cheng)及轉(zhuan)向節總(zong)成(cheng)一并(bing)拿出。(注意(yi):需兩人配合操作,避免(mian)更換相關部件(jian)損(sun)(sun)壞(huai));
3、原(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)車(che)減(jian)(jian)(jian)震(zhen)(zhen)器(qi)(qi)(qi)總(zong)成已拆卸完成,開(kai)始更換新(xin)的減(jian)(jian)(jian)震(zhen)(zhen)器(qi)(qi)(qi)總(zong)成。取出新(xin)的減(jian)(jian)(jian)震(zhen)(zhen)器(qi)(qi)(qi)總(zong)成,對比新(xin)舊無誤后方能(neng)安(an)(an)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)。將新(xin)的減(jian)(jian)(jian)震(zhen)(zhen)器(qi)(qi)(qi)總(zong)成安(an)(an)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)在轉(zhuan)向節(jie)總(zong)成上,將減(jian)(jian)(jian)震(zhen)(zhen)器(qi)(qi)(qi)總(zong)成及(ji)轉(zhuan)向節(jie)總(zong)成一同裝(zhuang)(zhuang)配回(hui)車(che)輛。把ABS線、油管、拉(la)桿球頭恢復原(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)位。將自動系統全部(bu)復原(yuan)(yuan)(yuan),仔細(xi)檢查油管及(ji)其(qi)他線路有無干涉。將車(che)胎裝(zhuang)(zhuang)配回(hui)車(che)(注意:仔細(xi)擰緊輪胎螺栓)依(yi)次將接雨板(ban)、雨刷(shua)器(qi)(qi)(qi)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)配回(hui)原(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)車(che)。(注意:安(an)(an)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)完成之后,要記得調試(shi)雨刷(shua)器(qi)(qi)(qi))安(an)(an)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)完畢,進行路試(shi)
