電(dian)(dian)(dian)動(dong)助力(li)轉(zhuan)向系(xi)(xi)統(tong)主要由扭(niu)矩傳感器,車速(su)傳感器,電(dian)(dian)(dian)動(dong)機,減(jian)速(su)機構與電(dian)(dian)(dian)子控制(zhi)單元(yuan)等組成(cheng)。該(gai)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)通(tong)過(guo)扭(niu)矩傳感器感知駕(jia)駛(shi)員在(zai)轉(zhuan)向操作(zuo)時(shi)方向盤產生(sheng)的扭(niu)矩力(li)和轉(zhuan)向角度,就(jiu)會把操控信(xin)息(xi)轉(zhuan)換(huan)成(cheng)數(shu)字信(xin)號輸(shu)入到控制(zhi)單元(yuan),再經過(guo)控制(zhi)單元(yuan)對這些信(xin)號進行運算得到一(yi)個(ge)(ge)最佳的力(li)矩最后控制(zhi)驅使電(dian)(dian)(dian)動(dong)機工(gong)作(zuo)。以(yi)上就(jiu)是(shi)整個(ge)(ge)電(dian)(dian)(dian)動(dong)助力(li)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)構成(cheng)和工(gong)作(zuo)的過(guo)程(cheng),不難看出扭(niu)矩傳感器在(zai)電(dian)(dian)(dian)動(dong)助力(li)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)中(zhong)是(shi)最為(wei)重要的器件之一(yi)。

扭(niu)矩(ju)傳感器的作用是(shi)測量動(dong)態扭(niu)矩(ju)和靜態扭(niu)矩(ju),其(qi)檢(jian)測穩定性(xing)、抗干擾性(xing),以及精(jing)度(du)都很好,每次使用不(bu)需要調整為零。
