在方向盤下邊的(de)(de)方向桿上找到(dao)助力電機,電機上一(yi)般有一(yi)個(ge)(ge)小(xiao)鐵(tie)蓋(gai)護著的(de)(de)、帶四根線(帶有一(yi)個(ge)(ge)插頭)的(de)(de)就(jiu)是轉(zhuan)向助力扭(niu)矩傳感器(qi),拆下小(xiao)鐵(tie)蓋(gai)就(jiu)能看到(dao)。
電(dian)動助力轉(zhuan)向(xiang)系(xi)統(tong)(tong)主要由扭(niu)(niu)矩(ju)(ju)(ju)(ju)傳感(gan)器(qi)(qi),車速傳感(gan)器(qi)(qi),電(dian)動機,減速機構與電(dian)子(zi)控(kong)制單(dan)元等組成。該系(xi)統(tong)(tong)通(tong)過扭(niu)(niu)矩(ju)(ju)(ju)(ju)傳感(gan)器(qi)(qi)感(gan)知駕駛員在轉(zhuan)向(xiang)操作(zuo)時方向(xiang)盤產生的扭(niu)(niu)矩(ju)(ju)(ju)(ju)力和轉(zhuan)向(xiang)角度(du),就會把操控(kong)信息轉(zhuan)換成數字信號(hao)輸入到(dao)控(kong)制單(dan)元,再經(jing)過控(kong)制單(dan)元對這些信號(hao)進(jin)行(xing)運算得到(dao)一個最佳的力矩(ju)(ju)(ju)(ju)最后控(kong)制驅使電(dian)動機工作(zuo)。以上(shang)就是整個電(dian)動助力系(xi)統(tong)(tong)構成和工作(zuo)的過程,不難看出扭(niu)(niu)矩(ju)(ju)(ju)(ju)傳感(gan)器(qi)(qi)在電(dian)動助力系(xi)統(tong)(tong)中(zhong)是最為重要的器(qi)(qi)件之一。
扭矩(ju)傳感器在(zai)電(dian)動(dong)(dong)(dong)助(zhu)(zhu)力轉(zhuan)(zhuan)向(xiang)系(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)中(zhong)(zhong)的(de)作用(yong)電(dian)動(dong)(dong)(dong)助(zhu)(zhu)力轉(zhuan)(zhuan)向(xiang)系(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)可以稱之為EPS,它就是一種(zhong)直接依靠電(dian)機(ji)(ji)提供輔助(zhu)(zhu)扭矩(ju)的(de)動(dong)(dong)(dong)力轉(zhuan)(zhuan)向(xiang)系(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)。在(zai)整個系(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)中(zhong)(zhong),扭矩(ju)傳感器起(qi)到決(jue)定性作用(yong)。與傳統(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)的(de)液(ye)壓(ya)助(zhu)(zhu)力轉(zhuan)(zhuan)向(xiang)系(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)不(bu)同的(de)是電(dian)動(dong)(dong)(dong)助(zhu)(zhu)力轉(zhuan)(zhuan)向(xiang)系(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)具有性能(neng)應用(yong)上更(geng)大(da)(da)(da)的(de)優(you)勢。它不(bu)光在(zai)需要轉(zhuan)(zhuan)向(xiang)時才啟(qi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)電(dian)機(ji)(ji)產生助(zhu)(zhu)力,這(zhe)樣能(neng)大(da)(da)(da)大(da)(da)(da)的(de)減少發動(dong)(dong)(dong)機(ji)(ji)燃油消(xiao)耗。電(dian)動(dong)(dong)(dong)助(zhu)(zhu)力能(neng)在(zai)各種(zhong)行駛工況(kuang)下(xia)提供最(zui)佳助(zhu)(zhu)力,減小(xiao)由路(lu)面不(bu)平(ping)所引起(qi)電(dian)動(dong)(dong)(dong)機(ji)(ji)的(de)輸出轉(zhuan)(zhuan)矩(ju)通過(guo)傳動(dong)(dong)(dong)裝(zhuang)置的(de)作用(yong)而助(zhu)(zhu)力向(xiang)系(xi)的(de)擾動(dong)(dong)(dong),改善汽(qi)車(che)的(de)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)向(xiang)特性,提高(gao)汽(qi)車(che)的(de)主動(dong)(dong)(dong)安全性。和液(ye)壓(ya)助(zhu)(zhu)力相比沒有液(ye)壓(ya)回路(lu),調整和檢測更(geng)容易,裝(zhuang)配自動(dong)(dong)(dong)化(hua)程度更(geng)高(gao),且可通過(guo)設置不(bu)同的(de)程序,快(kuai)速以及不(bu)同車(che)型匹(pi)配,縮短生產和開發周期。
扭(niu)(niu)矩傳感器的作用是(shi)測(ce)(ce)量(liang)動(dong)態扭(niu)(niu)矩和靜態扭(niu)(niu)矩,其檢測(ce)(ce)穩(wen)定性、抗干擾性,以(yi)及精度都很(hen)好,每次(ci)使用不需要調(diao)整為零。
