后橋是指連接兩個后輪的一個橋,向后驅動車的后橋稱之為驅動橋,不是后驅車的后橋稱之為支撐橋
后懸架總成 往往出現在乘用車中,一般由彈簧、減震器、連接桿、等組成的起到傳遞和支撐輪胎和車身的之間的激勵的部件。
一般分為三種 獨立懸架(連桿式的)、半獨立懸架(扭力梁式)、非獨立懸架(橋或者軸式的)。后橋是指連接兩個后輪的一個橋,向后驅動車的后橋稱之為驅動橋,不是后驅車的后橋稱之為支撐橋,
后懸架總成是指用來支撐車輛后部車身的,一般為獨立懸架
1、將橋殼下部的(de)放油螺塞(sai)擰下,放出(chu)橋殼的(de)潤滑油;拆下主動(dong)錐(zhui)齒輪凸緣(yuan)與傳動(dong)軸的(de)連接螺栓;
2、半(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)軸(zhou)的拆(chai)卸(xie)。拆(chai)卸(xie)前(qian),應將前(qian)輪(lun)用(yong)掩木掩住(zhu),松開(kai)駐車制動器。拆(chai)卸(xie)時,松開(kai)并擰(ning)下全部半(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)軸(zhou)緊固螺母及墊(dian)圈(quan);用(yong)銅錘輕(qing)輕(qing)打(da)擊半(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)軸(zhou)尾部中央2至(zhi)3下,使半(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)軸(zhou)法(fa)蘭面(mian)(mian)與輪(lun)轂連(lian)接面(mian)(mian)分離后,用(yong)手拉半(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)軸(zhou)法(fa)蘭,即可將半(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)軸(zhou)抽(chou)出。注意在半(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)軸(zhou)花(hua)鍵部分即將通過油封(feng)時,要用(yong)手托(tuo)住(zhu)半(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)軸(zhou)桿部,并緩(huan)緩(huan)轉動半(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)軸(zhou),使半(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)軸(zhou)并行移出,不(bu)致將半(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)軸(zhou)油封(feng)損壞(huai),也預防半(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)軸(zhou)掉地(di)扎傷人;
3、主減(jian)速器(qi)總(zong)成的(de)拆卸:卸下后制(zhi)動(dong)(dong)軟(ruan)管(guan)與(yu)三通接(jie)(jie)頭;用小車(che),將(jiang)減(jian)速器(qi)殼支承好,拆下減(jian)速器(qi)殼與(yu)后橋(qiao)(qiao)連接(jie)(jie)的(de)12個螺(luo)栓,將(jiang)減(jian)速器(qi)總(zong)成從橋(qiao)(qiao)殼上取下;斷開(kai)制(zhi)動(dong)(dong)氣(qi)室(shi)軟(ruan)管(guan)、管(guan)路之間的(de)連接(jie)(jie),拆下制(zhi)動(dong)(dong)氣(qi)室(shi),拆下調整(zheng)臂總(zong)成;
4、拆除輪(lun)(lun)(lun)轂(gu)(gu)調(diao)(diao)整(zheng)螺(luo)(luo)母(mu)(mu)鎖(suo)片緊(jin)固螺(luo)(luo)釘,取出鎖(suo)片用(yong),專用(yong)套筒拆掉輪(lun)(lun)(lun)轂(gu)(gu)調(diao)(diao)整(zheng)螺(luo)(luo)母(mu)(mu);稍(shao)(shao)稍(shao)(shao)轉動輪(lun)(lun)(lun)轂(gu)(gu)及(ji)制動鼓總成,用(yong)拉(la)馬向外(wai)拉(la)輪(lun)(lun)(lun)轂(gu)(gu),同(tong)時在制動鼓上輕(qing)(qing)輕(qing)(qing)敲擊,以(yi)震松外(wai)軸承內(nei)圈(quan)(quan)(quan),待外(wai)軸承內(nei)圈(quan)(quan)(quan)松動后(hou),取下輪(lun)(lun)(lun)轂(gu)(gu)及(ji)制動鼓總成,但(dan)此時應注意(yi)該總成重量(liang)較重,不(bu)要摔壞或砸傷人(ren),同(tong)時要注意(yi)保(bao)護外(wai)軸承內(nei)圈(quan)(quan)(quan)不(bu)要摔壞;
5、用拉馬拆(chai)出內軸(zhou)承(cheng)內圈(quan)總(zong)成(cheng)(cheng)和油(you)封(feng)座圈(quan)總(zong)成(cheng)(cheng);用回位彈簧拆(chai)卸工具,拆(chai)下(xia)(xia)制動(dong)器(qi)(qi)回位彈簧,取下(xia)(xia)凸輪軸(zhou);用板(ban)手(shou)拆(chai)下(xia)(xia)制動(dong)器(qi)(qi)底(di)板(ban)緊固螺栓,取下(xia)(xia)制動(dong)器(qi)(qi)底(di)板(ban)帶蹄片及防(fang)塵罩總(zong)成(cheng)(cheng);拆(chai)下(xia)(xia)制動(dong)氣室支架,拆(chai)下(xia)(xia)橋殼總(zong)成(cheng)(cheng);
6、最后(hou)安(an)裝(zhuang)拆卸的反序安(an)裝(zhuang)即可(ke)。
