變速器(qi)齒(chi)輪的(de)作用是輸出動力,實現變速器(qi)傳動比的(de)變換,即實現換檔,以達到(dao)變速的(de)作用。變速器(qi)齒(chi)輪經常在高轉速、高負荷、轉速和負荷不斷交變的(de)情況下工作,因(yin)此容易損壞(huai)。
1、輸出軸(主軸)倒(dao)(dao)檔齒(chi)(chi)輪,俗稱(cheng)倒(dao)(dao)檔從動齒(chi)(chi)輪;
2、中(zhong)間軸(zhou)(副軸(zhou))倒(dao)檔(dang)齒輪,一般與(yu)中(zhong)間軸(zhou)制為一體;
3、倒(dao)檔(dang)惰輪,裝在倒(dao)檔(dang)軸上,用來進行(xing)變換輸出軸主(zhu)旋向。
1、先安(an)(an)裝(zhuang)好掛(gua)鉤的所有叉子,安(an)(an)裝(zhuang)可以確(que)認(ren)的輸入(ru)軸、齒輪,以叉子為準(zhun),看(kan)是否(fou)安(an)(an)裝(zhuang)該部(bu)件,確(que)認(ren)是一檔、二檔,然后逐一安(an)(an)裝(zhuang)。
2、變(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)速(su)(su)器(qi)(qi)變(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)速(su)(su)器(qi)(qi)主要是(shi)指汽車變(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)速(su)(su)器(qi)(qi),分為手(shou)動(dong)(dong)(dong)、自(zi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)兩種。手(shou)動(dong)(dong)(dong)變(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)速(su)(su)器(qi)(qi)主要由齒輪(lun)(lun)和軸構(gou)成(cheng)(cheng),通過不(bu)同齒輪(lun)(lun)的(de)組(zu)合(he)產生(sheng)變(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)速(su)(su)轉矩(ju),另外一方面,自(zi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)變(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)速(su)(su)器(qi)(qi)AT由液力變(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)矩(ju)器(qi)(qi)、行(xing)(xing)星齒輪(lun)(lun)、液壓操作系統(tong)構(gou)成(cheng)(cheng),通過流體傳遞和齒輪(lun)(lun)的(de)組(zu)合(he)產生(sheng)變(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)速(su)(su)轉矩(ju)變(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)速(su)(su)器(qi)(qi)的(de)功能是(shi)改變(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)傳動(dong)(dong)(dong)比使(shi)發動(dong)(dong)(dong)機在(zai)有利的(de)情況下工作,在(zai)不(bu)改變(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)發動(dong)(dong)(dong)機旋轉方向的(de)情況下使(shi)汽車后退行(xing)(xing)駛(shi),利用空(kong)檔切斷動(dong)(dong)(dong)力傳遞,使(shi)發動(dong)(dong)(dong)機能夠起動(dong)(dong)(dong)、怠速(su)(su),使(shi)變(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)速(su)(su)器(qi)(qi)的(de)換擋和動(dong)(dong)(dong)力輸出變(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)得容易。
變速器齒(chi)輪的安裝方(fang)法(fa):
1、拉出撥叉軸,墊(dian)圈厚度是(shi)否(fou)合適(shi),各處紙(zhi)墊(dian)圈是(shi)否(fou)完好。組裝后,請旋轉輸入軸,依次(ci)掛(gua)上各擋(dang)塊進行主操(cao)作(zuo),防止安裝錯誤和安裝遺漏,并旋松拆卸順序(xu)和堵頭(tou)螺栓。檢查(cha)所有墊(dian)片;
2、按(an)組裝順序安裝變速器時(shi),其(qi)零部件組裝順序與拆卸時(shi)的順序相反,確保各齒輪嚙(nie)合(he)面。安裝過程中(zhong)請始終轉(zhuan)動配合(he);
3、請(qing)注意零件的潤滑(hua),在安裝(zhuang)軸承前涂抹黃油(you)或(huo)油(you)。從鏈輪方向拉(la)(la)出(chu)輸出(chu)軸,然后拉(la)(la)出(chu)兩(liang)端(duan)的軸承。曾拆下倒檔軸(或(huo)中間軸)及倒檔齒輪。
