減(jian)(jian)震(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)器(qi)(Absorber) ,減(jian)(jian)震(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)器(qi)主要用(yong)(yong)來(lai)抑制彈簧吸震(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)后反彈時(shi)的(de)(de)(de)震(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)蕩(dang)及來(lai)自路(lu)面(mian)的(de)(de)(de)沖(chong)擊。在經過不平路(lu)面(mian)時(shi),雖然(ran)吸震(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)彈簧可(ke)以(yi)過濾(lv)路(lu)面(mian)的(de)(de)(de)震(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)動(dong),但彈簧自身(shen)還會有往復運動(dong),而(er)減(jian)(jian)震(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)器(qi)就(jiu)(jiu)是(shi)用(yong)(yong)來(lai)抑制這種(zhong)彈簧跳躍的(de)(de)(de)。減(jian)(jian)震(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)器(qi)太(tai)軟,車(che)身(shen)就(jiu)(jiu)會上下跳躍,減(jian)(jian)震(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)器(qi)太(tai)硬(ying)就(jiu)(jiu)會帶來(lai)太(tai)大的(de)(de)(de)阻力,妨(fang)礙彈簧正常(chang)工(gong)作(zuo)。在關(guan)于(yu)懸(xuan)掛系統的(de)(de)(de)改裝過程中,硬(ying)的(de)(de)(de)減(jian)(jian)震(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)器(qi)要與(yu)硬(ying)的(de)(de)(de)彈簧相搭(da)配,而(er)彈簧的(de)(de)(de)硬(ying)度又與(yu)車(che)重息息相關(guan),因此(ci)較重的(de)(de)(de)車(che)一般(ban)采用(yong)(yong)較硬(ying)的(de)(de)(de)減(jian)(jian)震(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)器(qi)。與(yu)引震(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)曲軸(zhou)相接的(de)(de)(de)裝置,用(yong)(yong)來(lai)抗衡曲軸(zhou)的(de)(de)(de)扭轉震(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)動(dong)(即曲軸(zhou)受汽缸點火的(de)(de)(de)沖(chong)擊力而(er)扭動(dong)的(de)(de)(de)現象(xiang))。
懸(xuan)架系統中(zhong)由于(yu)彈性(xing)元件(jian)受沖(chong)擊產(chan)生震(zhen)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong),為(wei)改(gai)善汽(qi)(qi)車(che)行駛(shi)平順性(xing),懸(xuan)架中(zhong)與(yu)(yu)彈性(xing)元件(jian)并聯安裝減(jian)(jian)震(zhen)器(qi),為(wei)衰減(jian)(jian)震(zhen)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong),汽(qi)(qi)車(che)懸(xuan)架系統中(zhong)采用減(jian)(jian)震(zhen)器(qi)多(duo)是(shi)液力減(jian)(jian)震(zhen)器(qi),其工作原理是(shi)當車(che)架(或(huo)(huo)車(che)身)和(he)車(che)橋(qiao)間(jian)(jian)震(zhen)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)而(er)出現相對(dui)運動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)時,減(jian)(jian)震(zhen)器(qi)內(nei)的(de)(de)活塞上下移動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong),減(jian)(jian)震(zhen)器(qi)腔內(nei)的(de)(de)油液便(bian)反復地(di)從一(yi)個腔經過不(bu)同的(de)(de)孔隙流入另一(yi)個腔內(nei)。此(ci)時孔壁與(yu)(yu)油液間(jian)(jian)的(de)(de)摩(mo)擦和(he)油液分子間(jian)(jian)的(de)(de)內(nei)摩(mo)擦對(dui)震(zhen)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)形(xing)成阻(zu)尼力,使汽(qi)(qi)車(che)震(zhen)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)能量轉化為(wei)油液熱(re)能,再由減(jian)(jian)震(zhen)器(qi)吸收散發到大氣(qi)中(zhong)。在(zai)油液通道(dao)截面和(he)等因素不(bu)變時,阻(zu)尼力隨(sui)車(che)架與(yu)(yu)車(che)橋(qiao)(或(huo)(huo)車(che)輪)之間(jian)(jian)的(de)(de)相對(dui)運動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)速度(du)增減(jian)(jian),并與(yu)(yu)油液粘度(du)有關[1] 。
減(jian)震器與彈性元件承擔著緩沖擊(ji)和減(jian)震的(de)任務(wu),阻尼力(li)過大,將使懸架彈性變壞(huai),甚至(zhi)使減(jian)震器連接件損壞(huai)。因而(er)要調節彈性元件和減(jian)震器這一矛盾。
(1) 在壓縮(suo)行程(車橋和(he)(he)車架相(xiang)互靠近),減震(zhen)器阻尼力(li)較小,以便充分發(fa)揮彈性元(yuan)件(jian)的彈性作(zuo)用,緩和(he)(he)沖擊(ji)。這時,彈性元(yuan)件(jian)起主要作(zuo)用。
(2) 在(zai)懸架伸張行程中(車橋和車架相(xiang)互遠離),減震器阻尼力應(ying)大(da),迅速減震。
(3) 當車(che)橋(或車(che)輪)與車(che)橋間的相對速度過大時,要求減震器(qi)能(neng)自動加大液流量,使阻(zu)尼力始終保持在一定限(xian)度之內,以(yi)避免承受過大的沖擊載荷。
在汽車懸(xuan)架系(xi)統中廣泛采用(yong)(yong)(yong)的是(shi)筒式減(jian)震(zhen)器(qi),且在壓縮和伸張行程(cheng)中均能起減(jian)震(zhen)作用(yong)(yong)(yong)叫雙向作用(yong)(yong)(yong)式減(jian)震(zhen)器(qi),還有采用(yong)(yong)(yong)新式減(jian)震(zhen)器(qi),它包括充氣式減(jian)震(zhen)器(qi)和阻(zu)力可調式減(jian)震(zhen)器(qi)。
汽車減振器的安裝方法(fa)如(ru)下(xia):
1、將(jiang)車(che)輛駛入工(gong)位,正(zheng)確停(ting)放。將(jiang)舉升機(ji)支(zhi)撐(cheng)座伸入車(che)輛底(di)部(bu),確保支(zhi)撐(cheng)座和車(che)輛車(che)身(shen)支(zhi)撐(cheng)點良好接觸。取(qu)下(xia)接雨板、雨刷器,拆卸(xie)輪(lun)(lun)胎,拆卸(xie)下(xia)來的輪(lun)(lun)胎平穩的放在地上(shang)(shang),外側朝上(shang)(shang),將(jiang)輪(lun)(lun)胎螺(luo)絲放在工(gong)具車(che)上(shang)(shang);
2、逐步拆卸連接桿(gan)的螺絲(si),剎車(che)(che)油管(guan)螺絲(si),剎車(che)(che)ABS線。螺絲(si)拆卸后整理好放在工具(ju)車(che)(che)上(shang)(注(zhu)(zhu)意(yi):小心拆卸油管(guan)和(he)ABS線不(bu)(bu)(bu)要(yao)損(sun)壞(huai)(huai))半(ban)軸螺帽(mao)取下(xia),拆下(xia)自動系(xi)統。(注(zhu)(zhu)意(yi):合理固定卡鉗,不(bu)(bu)(bu)要(yao)損(sun)壞(huai)(huai)油管(guan)。)拆下(xia)方(fang)向拉桿(gan)(注(zhu)(zhu)意(yi):用專用工具(ju)取下(xia)球頭(tou))拆下(xia)車(che)(che)身高度傳感器(注(zhu)(zhu)意(yi):小心拆下(xia),不(bu)(bu)(bu)要(yao)損(sun)壞(huai)(huai))拆下(xia)下(xia)控(kong)制臂球頭(tou)取下(xia)上(shang)座連接螺栓(shuan),將減震器總成(cheng)及轉向節(jie)總成(cheng)一并拿出。(注(zhu)(zhu)意(yi):需兩(liang)人配合操作,避免更換相(xiang)關部件損(sun)壞(huai)(huai));
3、原(yuan)車(che)減(jian)震器(qi)(qi)總(zong)(zong)(zong)成已拆卸完(wan)成,開(kai)始更換新(xin)的減(jian)震器(qi)(qi)總(zong)(zong)(zong)成。取出(chu)新(xin)的減(jian)震器(qi)(qi)總(zong)(zong)(zong)成,對比(bi)新(xin)舊無(wu)誤后方(fang)能安(an)(an)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)。將(jiang)新(xin)的減(jian)震器(qi)(qi)總(zong)(zong)(zong)成安(an)(an)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)在轉(zhuan)向節總(zong)(zong)(zong)成上(shang),將(jiang)減(jian)震器(qi)(qi)總(zong)(zong)(zong)成及(ji)轉(zhuan)向節總(zong)(zong)(zong)成一同裝(zhuang)(zhuang)配(pei)回(hui)(hui)車(che)輛。把(ba)ABS線(xian)(xian)、油管、拉桿(gan)球頭恢復(fu)原(yuan)位。將(jiang)自動(dong)系統全部復(fu)原(yuan),仔細檢查油管及(ji)其他線(xian)(xian)路有(you)無(wu)干涉(she)。將(jiang)車(che)胎(tai)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)配(pei)回(hui)(hui)車(che)(注(zhu)意:仔細擰緊(jin)輪(lun)胎(tai)螺栓)依次將(jiang)接雨(yu)(yu)(yu)板、雨(yu)(yu)(yu)刷器(qi)(qi)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)配(pei)回(hui)(hui)原(yuan)車(che)。(注(zhu)意:安(an)(an)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)完(wan)成之后,要(yao)記得(de)調試雨(yu)(yu)(yu)刷器(qi)(qi))安(an)(an)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)完(wan)畢,進行路試
